Chapter 22 - spying

I pulled max and we sat right behind were Mr Nick was sitting ( Mr nick is the most coolest teacher you can get. he is the head of the social department and also in-charge of all the third year students in middle school. ) i and max peeked and saw that he was talking with professor sara ( the head of the science department and also in-charge of all the first year students in high school ) i was certainly surprised as they usually never come together since they always keep fighting. soon another person came and said," you both can't stop fighting for a minute can you" and sat down beside them. max whispered," that's miss lisa. she is the head of the english department and also the in-charge of all the second year students in middle school but why are all of them here?" "maybe a secret meeting" i replied in a low voice. we were able to hear a few random things like " the vice principals are up to some thing" "i think they are having secret meetings" "this noodles is amazing" "cheers" " did you know that principal is enjoying himself in england" and more complaining about the students and teachers. after they left i and max finally ordered we didn't have a lot of money so we bought noodles and shared it. while eating max said," remember the day we met each other for the first time"i giggled and said," i remember, it was the day i moved to the apartment and you came and gave me noodles and said that you didn't have any cookies to welcome me to the apartment" "and you didn't even show any expression for an entire month.and after i gave you the noodles i got hungry so you shared the noodles." max said eating more noodles. i soon had a flashback of meeting max, emma and jack and fighting and seeing who is faster at climbing things and who can eat max's cooking without spiting out and lying on the grass seeing the clouds in the daytime and seeing the patterns formed by the stars from the roof at night and then i remembered the people i love die right in front of me. i blinked my eyes and came back to reality.after eating i and max payed the bill and walked out of the restaurant when somebody hugged me from the back....
