Chapter 375 - 375 Makeup Done by Janet

"I agree with that statement. You are right to get back into studying. Luke, you are an amazing young man. I am glad that Kitty has such an amazing godson." Janet beamed happily at Kitty and Luke. 

"Now that you understand why the books rejected you. I will ask for your help and the two of us will place all my books on the shelves together but that will be after all this photo stuff is over." Kitty covered the books back up and went to the door then walked to the bedroom. 

Janet followed behind Kitty and closed the door after she entered the room. She waited and helped Kitty pull off the shirt. Then she removed the fake belly and went to the closet. "What are you thinking of wearing?" 

Kitty sat down and took off the pants. "Anything that matches the weather. It is beautiful outside and I need to catch some rainwater as it is going to be the purest water of all." She closed her eyes and let her magic flow through herself and opened her eyes. "Still a pale blue but there is a hint of purple."

Janet pulled out a navy blue party dress. It looked amazing and she sighed in awe of the dress. "This is the one that matches the weather. The purple is very faint but it is slightly there. If you are not looking for it then you would totally miss that color." 

Kitty picked up the dress that came down to her knees, came in at the waist, the straps were the lasagna style, and went and connected in the back. At the bottom of the dress, there was an inch of see-through fabric and another inch of the same fabric that the dress was made out of. Kitty stepped into the dress and held up her hair.

Janet walked over and zipped up the dress. "Yes, just like I thought this is beautiful. It might be a bit of an inconvenience if you were to go and do something but you are going to be having a meeting about the commercial." 

"Ah, yes that is true." Kitty let her hair fall, then she sat down at the vanity, and removed the makeup that Michelle had done and let Janet fuss with her hair. "I wonder if there is a way I can collect the water that is falling. I want to teach Luke that he will be able to use water to his advantage now." 

Janet let down Kitty's hair and went to the door and saw Luke still waiting. "Luke, you can come on in now." 

Luke skipped over and peeked into the room before entering. "Mother, that dress is really nice. it suits you really well. Is there something that I could help with?" 

"Thank you, Janet. Luke, you are just coming into your element. So I was hoping that you wouldn't mind going and catching some of the rainwater. With that water I will be able to teach you about the element better." Kitty looked over at Luke and smiled. 

"That is an easy task. I really do not mind doing that at all Mother. About how much would you like me to get and does it matter what the water is contained in?" Luke kept looking at Kitty waiting for her command. 

"Empty one of the containers and place the books on the shelves temporarily. We can fix the books later and bring the container here. I will cleanse it before you use it." Kitty smiled and thought about casting water element magic with Luke. 

"Is one container going to be enough or do you think that two would be better?" Luke got up and walked towards the door. 

"You are probably right. Two containers would be better than just one. I will come to the study if Janet finishes before you do." Kitty smiled and turned her head back to the vanity. She had added some moisturizer to her face and sat there for a moment. 

Luke left the room and went back to the study room and started on emptying two containers as fast as he could. 

"Janet, you are learning more about makeup right?" Kitty sat still as Janet was playing with Kitty's curled hair.

Janet started to pin Kitty's hair and looked at Kitty in the mirror. "I know how to do it and I have been practicing but I am not as good as Michelle. Damn her for being a professional in everything that involves beauty." She starts giggling.

Kitty giggles along with her, "why not do my makeup. I do not mind if you mess up and have to redo something. That will give Luke more time to empty the containers and if I were to do it the color will blend in so that it does not look like I am even wearing makeup." 

"If you really do not mind me doing it then I will totally do it for you. I have an idea that I would like to test out. I want to perfect my techniques and I vowed that I would one day beat Michelle as she is the best out there at the moment." Jent starts working with Kitty's curls and has them pinned up. She lets down Kitty's bangs and brings the rest of the curls into a hairpiece and puts the hair needle through the hair and lets the curls flow down her back. She moves in front of Kitty and holds the longer bangs and clips them to the top of her hair. She lifts Kitty's chin and lets out a sigh.

"That's it, take deep breaths. You can do this Janet. I trust you fully." Kitty closed her eyes and allowed Janet to move Kitty's face as she needed.

Janet smiled, "I am glad that you can put your faith in me." She picked up the mascara and applied it to Kitty's eyelashes. She grabbed the dark purple eye pencil and added the color to Kitty's eyelids. She picked out the smokey colors. She slowly blended the grey and purple and started to apply the mixture and blended it in. Then she picked up the liquid eyeliner and added a few dots at the corners of her eyes. She blows some black glitter on Kitty's eyes and cleans up a little bit and sighs. "Kitty, you can open your eyes and can you tell me if you like it?"
