Chapter 265 265 Ketan the Fool

"Poison, your blood is like a sweet poison but at least it kills my hunger." Ketan licked the wound to stop the blood from leaking out. When he was done he tossed her arm away. "You now smell like blood. Sylvie and Leo will be able to smell it on you. I would say shower but you can't do that without raising suspicion."

"I have nothing to hide Ketan. I do not need to worry about the blood loss what I need to worry about is losing control. My eyes are probably intense but I will mask the hunger that I have and hold back it's only five more days. Make sure to hold your bloodlust in." Kitty touches the wound on her wrist and leaves the cave and appears back in the living room.

Sylvie looks at her sharply and then looks for a wound on her and Kitty holds her wrist up and points to it. "Brielle, how was Charlette for you?"

"She was a little angel but I think that she is getting hungry she keeps looking like she wants food." Brielle handed Charlette to Kitty.

Kitty took Charlette and fed her there so that she didn't get fussy. After Charlette finished eating she was burped and then handed back to Brielle. "I am sorry that you can't have your own but I will let you come over and see her anytime. There is also a little girl named Tiana living with us as well. The house has become rather lively."

Brielle happily took Charlette and rocked her back and forth.  "I would like to meet the other girl you two have picked up. How is Luke taking having all these new people in the house?"

"He is taking rather well. I think as long as Leo makes the call, he will not have an issue with who comes over. Leo is his father figure and no one can really go against him." Kitty smiled and looked at Sylvie. ~Ketan is going to drink her blood. He will not be able to resist.~

Leo came down the stairs and he could tell that Kitty was struggling. He went to her and picked her up. ~I wish I could be the one to take you home. You are now too weak to even do that.~

Ketan appeared behind the two. He touched their shoulders and brought them back to the house and into their room. Before Brielle could comment on anything that was said out loud. "Sorry, Leo. This is partly my fault. She is the fool who fed me the blood even in her weakened state. I will take you both home now."

"No, it is her choice and she would not do this unless she wanted too. She was weak, to begin with, and you can't sedate your bloodlust. Will you lose control of yourself? If you can't keep yourself in line that I will lock you up until Friday but honestly, I think that she should just this all over and done with. Is there a reason she wants to wait for Friday?" Leo laid her down on the bed. "I wish I could help her more."

"If I knew of a way to help her I would tell you but I do not have the cure for this and she can't break her seals anymore as it will damage her body but I think it is a good thing that she is finally moving on from this and is getting ahold of her powers. It is probably hypocritical for me to say such things as I am fighting my powers and I refuse to get mine back. I just can't bring myself to seal the deal but there will come a time where I have to make the choice. I hope that it does not happen anytime soon. I can not handle the repercussions from doing that." Ketan shook his head and looked at the door.

"What are you so afraid of Ketan? What could a vampire possibly be afraid of? You are not meant to die unless you are killed." Ketan looked at Kitty and sighed, "I can't say everything right now. If I say the wrong thing it could lead to a misunderstanding just know that being a partner of one of a being like us is a task that is hard to deal with. I do not think that I will be set on only having one food source which is normal for most vampires. I reason that I can't say is because it is not a normal thing to deal with but I will only ever choose one partner." Ketan saw Kitty's eyes open and she glared at him.

"You are speaking hypotheticals again, Ketan. You do not know what will happen and I already know that you won't be able to stop me. My powers are too dangerous and the combination of supernatural is the cause. It is what is going to make me so different from you. I can feel that you are gaining your abilities back without you even noticing and that is actually good but with the fact that I am younger and with all the magic I have to learn, you will not be able to touch me but I think you will be able to choose a partner and still take blood from an outside source. I will not be able to give you my blood once I get my powers completely back. You should understand that each time you drink my blood it brings you closer to something that could kill you." Kitty reached out her hand to Leo.

Leo worried that Kitty was hurting he sat down next to her and took her hand. "I trust you Kitsune. I am forever yours." He kissed her hand while looking into her eyes.

"I understand that fully well. I was trying to kill the taste of Brielle's blood. I want more but I can not ask her for it and it kills me. I do not want to form a bond with you. Kitsune is already bonded with Leo and that is not fair to either one of us. Leo, I want you to not be left in the dark about anything. If I continue to take her blood I will form a bond with her that is not reversible. I do not want her as my partner which is another reason Sylvie and my parents kept us apart. I am unstable and Kitty's blood is a poison that I can not forget." Ketan slides down the door.
