Chapter 264 264 Brielle Holds Charlette

Charlette made a gurgling sound and flailed around in her arms.

Sam froze at Kitty's words. "You are not playing games with me are you?" She looked down at her stomach and then back at Kitty in complete shock.

Sylvie looked at Kitty and chuckled and then walked up to Sam. "It is true there is a small heartbeat in your belly. I can hear it but don't ask me how. I think you need to take a few deep breaths."

Brielle giggled as she watched Sam's facial reaction. "You have been going on and on about how you will be gifted a child and now you are frozen on the spot but if both of them are saying it is true then you should go take a test so that you can see for yourself. As for you, Baby girl, you are adorable. I am not a loud person, will you allow me the honor of holding you as well?"

Kitty watched as Sam ran to the bathroom and she handed the gurgling girl to Brielle. "You need to support the neck because the baby is weak in this area and she is smaller than an average baby. She was born early but at least she was at least born healthy. I was blessed that she was born as healthy as she is."

Brielle held onto Charlette and smiled, "Baby girl, you are so precious. I will help your mommy anytime she needs my help if it is to help with you. I won't be able to have a child of my own but I will do what I can to help the children of my friends."

Sam rushed from the bathroom and she cried as she hugged Kitty. "You were right! I am going to be a mother. I hope that my child will be a boy and maybe our children will one day fall in love. The only one left is Brielle. If you ever have a child that would make us all the same."

Brielle slightly flinched but smiled, "I can't have children of my own but I will love your children as if they were my own. So if you need my help I will be willing to watch your child, Sam."

"Are you going to tell Will the good news or keep chatting with us down here?" Kitty looked upstairs and chuckled. ~Incoming. Sam is a bit of a clutz so make sure to catch before she falls, please.~

Sam raced up the stairs and opened the door and tripped as she entered the room. Leo caught her before she could fall. ~I caught her.~ "You should slow down. You will get hurt if you are not careful."

"Thank you, Leo!" Sam went to Will's side. "Hunny, I am pregnant. I just found out. We are going to have a baby!!"

Will was shocked for a moment then he placed the cigar that was half done down and then pulled her into his lap. "Are you sure? Did you take a test?"

"I did! It came out positive. I am so happy. We have our own little one coming." Sam touched her belly then kissed Will on the cheek.

"Congratulations, to both of you. You have announced your engagement and now you are expecting your first child. This is a huge thing to have happened and I am glad that I was here to witness it." Leo lifted his glass up and drank some. He could hear the gurgling of Charlette from downstairs.

"Thank you, Leo. You are a great friend. I am glad that I could be your right-hand man." Will smiled and hugged Sam who was sitting on his lap.

"Thank you, Leo. I met Charlette she is just the cutest little thing. I will go back down and see the baby girl and once I calm down maybe I will be able to hold her." Sam was bubbly in Will's lap and she didn't get up right away.

Brielle took Charlette and looked down at her happily, "you are so sweet, Baby girl. Thank you for bringing her Sylvie. I will trust you or Ketan to pick me up on Friday if Kitty is not able to. I trust you even if you are not human. It is not your fault for being born as you are." She rocked her arms and leads them to the living room. She sat down and smiled at Charlette.

Charlette flailed happily in Brielle's arms.

"Thank you for your trust I know that is is not going to be easy for you as I am not the same as you but I am going to do my best to protect you from harm." Sylvie bowed to Brielle and then looked at Kitty in relief.

Kitty nods to her and then looks out the window. She disappears from her spot and pins Ketan in the sand. "Your presence is too strong. Either you feed where I take you from the animals there or I force-feed you."

"I can't control the blood lust that I am feeling Kitty. I don't think a mere animal will satisfy me." Ketan doesn't fight her and doesn't move from where she pinned him.

"Fine." Kitty transports both of them to a cave that had an animal in it and she drinks the essence first. "You will drain this creature's blood before I give you mine. I can not risk you hurting me in the process of the exchange." She looks down at the body and then at Ketan.

Ketan looked at the body and shuddered. "Evil, I can smell the creature's blood." He got up and picked up the creature and drained its blood quickly. Kitty took Ketan's hand and cut it into her wrist using his fingernail. Ketan smelled her fresh blood and saw it start to leak out. He grabbed her wrist and licked the blood and then bit into the wound.

Kitty watched as he drank her blood and then her blood caused Ketan to freeze after four gulps. "My blood is still too much for you. Any more than this and you will feel intense pain but at least you will not feel the blood lust anymore."
