Chapter 442 Miss Lin Didn't Die

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
'It was daytime. Am I seeing a ghost?' Lillian thought as she gazed at the young woman that had just entered the villa. Sharon had passed away a long time ago–that she had been sure of. She remembered seeing it on the news just after the incident happened.

There was a room on the third floor of the villa that Lillian cleaned regularly. It contained framed pictures of Nathan and Sharon. She knew of his past and who the girl was. Although tragic, their love story was incredible.

And now it seemed that the girl had come back to life. Lillian was absent-minded for more than ten minutes while she was processing the idea of Sharon being here. She had been holding a plate of Milan Fish Fillets, but her hands trembled so much that the dish fell and broke into pieces.

Mandy quickly walked into the kitchen to see Lillian cleaning up the broken glass. She stopped her. "Lillian, stop," she said gently. "I'll get the broom."

She pulled Mandy's hand, shaking her head. "No, Madam. I can handle it."

Mandy hesitated. "Are you sure?"

"Yes, of course. You can go show your guest around." Lillian's lips twitched, but she kept it together.

Mandy held Sharon's arm and brought her to the living room. When Nathan finished eating the bowl she had brought for him, he looked up to see Mandy's starry gaze.

His face darkened when he saw who she was with–Sharon. It felt as if the entire living room's temperature had dropped.

Noticing the tension in the room, Mandy walked over towards him with a smile.

"This is my best friend–Sharon, the one I've been telling you about." The warmth of Sharon's fingertips brought back so many memories of their friendship that she couldn't help but beam at him.

"Hello," Nathan sad casually, not bothering to stretch out his hand.

"Mr. Jin," Sharon greeted. She was wearing a pink sweater dress, which emphasi

ho had just won the lottery.

Fred hung up the phone and looked up at the ceiling.

Truly, it was faith that had manipulated this game of love. Time always played a key role in things.

"Nathan, where did you go? We were waiting for you." Mandy rushed towards him, frowning. She clasped her hand around his fingers, noticing how cold they were.

"I answered the phone outside." Nathan gazed at Mandy with a doting smile. His handsome face was filled with love for his wife. Without another word, he placed the carefully plucked plum blossom behind her ear, stroking her hair back from her face.

"What's that for?" Mandy chuckled.

"It looks good on you, keep it on." He pulled out a chair for Mandy and sat beside her, encircling an arm around her waist.

"Are you sure?" Mandy teased. "I look like a village girl."

"Then you're the most beautiful village girl in the world," he praised.

Just seeing how intimate the couple was, Sharon couldn't help but envy them. She wished Damian was even half as good as Nathan.

Her hands clenched into fists. The crystal lamp in the center of the table shone, capturing the happiness and love in everyone's eyes. However, it seemed to have captured Sharon's calculating gaze as well.
