Chapter 443 It's Better For You To Forget The Past

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
After dinner, Mandy asked Nathan to drive Sharon home.

Once they reached the car, Nathan opened the back door of his sports car and motioned Sharon to get inside. Sharon hid her surprise, with a part of her wondering why he didn't invite her to sit in the front with him.

However, in order not to arouse his suspicion, she complied.

Nathan started the engine and drove out of the driveway. As a few minutes had passed, it seemed that he had no intention of talking to her.

By midway, she already lost her patience for this silence. She leaned in. "Mr. Jin, do you mind if I ask how you met Mand?"

"It's fate." He stared straight at the road, but Sharon could see from the rear-view mirror that his eyes were still as cold and arrogant as ever.

"Is she your first love?" she tried again.

"What does it matter? As long as we meet the right one. At the end of the day, nothing else matters," he responded with a frown. Once again, there wasn't any trace of emotion in his voice.

Nathan had been holding onto Sharon for four years, but now that he had Mandy, he soon forgot about her. All his past experiences with his first love were still in his memories, but it seemed that he was willing to let them stay that way.

"Mand must feel very lucky to have met you," she said genuinely. A smile bloomed on her face.

"I heard you lost your memory. How has it been?" he questioned ruthlessly.

"It's actually been five years since I lost my memory due to a car accident. I heard that I was with Mand when I got into the accident. I'm not really upset that I can't remember the past. I only wish to know who I was back then." She lowered her head, as her voice turned into a mere whisper. Tears sprouted out of her eyes as she turned to the window. She tried to find solace in the silence.

Nathan stepped on the accelerator

own," Lillian said respectfully.

Daisy waved her hand to stop Lillian. "There's no need. Let them sleep in."

Ever since Mandy and Nathan got married, the Jin and Zhou families held a family gathering once a month. It turned out Daisy and Madeline had a lot of things in common. They usually went out to shop and watch movies together, like a couple of best friends.

On the first day of the New Year, Daisy and Madeline already discussed how the two families should come to the villa to celebrate the New Year. They did it with good intentions so that Mandy and Nathan wouldn't have to choose where they should go.

Daisy took out the card game of "Killers of Three Kingdoms" from her handbag. Although she was old, she still loved to play these types of card games. Madeline had also grown to love them through the years. Having no choice, Jason and Stanley had to entertain their wives.

Nathan walked downstairs with Mandy's hand in his. His eyes widened when he saw the two pairs. They weren't expecting that they would be here.

"Hello, Mom and Dad," they greeted.

"Good morning. You can go and have your breakfast. We'll be here playing," Daisy said happily, not even bothering to look at the newlyweds.
