Daniel and Mandy had both agreed that she'd forgive him again if they would see each other in another foreign land one day.

Although Mandy would never know if they'd meet one day, she still believed in faith, but as a matter of fact, she never really thought of being friends with Daniel in the first place.

Nathan had been the perfect lover, satisfying every single one of her desires, whether physically or emotionally.

He was like a superman who swooped in, fulfilling all her dreams.

At present, their relationship was very stable. Even if they weren't married yet, life couldn't be any more perfect than it already was.

"It's actually me, Mand." A low and attractive voice came from the door, and as it creaked open, her heart almost skipped a beat.

It was no other than Colin.

With a blue meal box in hand, Colin gently closed the door and came in with a small smile on his face.

"Hey! How did you know I'm here?" She tilted her hea

"I've just been suffering from a lot of stress recently. They think I'm suffering from malnutrition," Mandy lied through her teeth, avoiding his gaze. She really wasn't good at lying.

"Really? So it's not because you're pregnant?" he blurted out snidely.

So he already did know about it. Her cheeks flushed, knowing fully well that her lie had been exposed.

"Colin... I..." she hesitated.

"I think you should get an abortion, Mand," he suggested. Colin's face had turned cold at the suggestion as his hands balled into fists.

"And why would I have that?" she snapped.

It was her baby. Nobody got to decide what she should do with her child, not even Nathan!

"Have you ever thought of the baby's future then? He could... He could be an illegitimate child, just like me. Do you understand that?" Colin said slowly, word for word. They were like knives aiming for Mandy's heart.

And it seemed, at this point, they were knives aimed at his old wounds too.
