Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
While all of this was going on, Nacy was busy reciting her scripts at home. She was making highlights over the piece of paper as she gazed thoughtfully at her lines. She was a professional actress, so she had to work hard.

Suddenly, her phone started to ring. She peered over only to see that it was an unknown number.

Hesitating for a while, she finally picked it up and answered it.

"Hello, is this Miss Jin?" Cassie glanced at Nathan.

"Yes, I am. Why?"

"Mr. Simon Ye was just in a car accident. Now, he is receiving emergency medical treatment at JR Hospital. He kept saying "Nacy" when he arrived, and I just found your contact number on his phone." Cassie's acting skills were definitely convincing. It was a piece of cake. Besides, this was her day job, to get hold of as many family members as possible.

Nacy's eyes widened, and, gripping her phone, she shot up from the sofa. "What did you say? A car accident? Is it serious? How is he doing?" The script fell down to the carpets, forgotten. She quickly grabbed her coat as she searched for her sneakers. Her hand was sweaty now as numerous thoughts ran through her mind.

"The doctors are in the operating room now, but he was in a bad state when they brought him in. He had multiple fractures all over his body," Cassie elaborated, shooting a sneaky smile at Nathan.

"Mandy, I owe you one," Simon thanked her once she was already packing up her makeup.

"I'll take you up on that." Mandy clapped her hands in excitement as she looked him up and down. The makeup was truly realistic.

"Thank you." Once he finally tidied up, Simon quickly climbed onto the gurney. His expression was calm and indifferent, despite the pandemonium in his head.

"Be kind to Nacy, okay?" She smiled.

About half an hour later, Mandy and Cassie finally pushed Simon out of the operating room.

Nacy's eyes lit up at the sight of the gurney moving towards them. However, her heart clenched when her gaze landed on Simon.

He looked badly beaten as if he'd just lived through an apocalypse. Nacy winced, rushing over towards him to hold his hand.

"Mandy, how..." she choked. "How is he doing?"
