Chapter 272 You Owe Me An Explanation

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
Bruce was responsible for Nathan ending up at the hospital. He appeared everywhere all the time wherever Nathan went. The more Nathan thought about it, the more hatred he had for Bruce. Nathan went berserk, wondering about how many things Mandy might have hidden from him. Why didn't she tell him anything? What did she take him for?

'Or am I even less important than Daniel to Mandy?' Nathan thought.

Normally, if two people spent more time with each other, they were likely to develop a stronger bond and understanding. That was exactly what happened when Nathan and Eve were together. Eve had a crush on Nathan. At the very beginning, Eve had been waiting for Nathan to take the initiative and propose to her. But with the passage of time, she had found that there were too many women around him. Eve found it hard to deal with it and came up with an honest confession to Nathan.

Things got the worst when two lovers ended up hating each other at last. Everything would become disgusting once love turned sour.

"Well, that's all. You can go now. I have a lot of work pending," Nathan said, furrowing his brows, and his dark eyes looked as fierce as a storm. He then calmed down in silence. Nathan was good at endurance, but when it came to Mandy, he became very impulsive.

He sat up late in the night and buried himself in work at JS International just to stop himself from looking for her. He was afraid that he couldn't help but go to the MC Garden again.

After asking Eve to leave, Nathan tried focusing on the files that were open in front of him.

Eve looked at him with a tinge of sadness in her eyes and let out a heavy sigh. However, now that Nathan had asked her to leave, she had no choice but to go away. She could see that Nathan was already very unhappy. She didn't want to be the cause for him to become more upset.

"Okay, Nathan, I am going home now," Eve said with a smile as she eyed the chiseled face of Nathan, who looked so down at the moment.

But Nathan could not bring himself to reciprocate with a smile. He just sat there silently, seemingly unmoved by anything that took place around him. Besides, Eve did not hold much importance to him anyway.

However, one feeling that became stronger and stronger in Nathan's heart was the void that was created by Mandy's absence. Yes! He was missing Mandy all the time. He had no idea when things had changed. Just like with any other girl, Nathan had even taken Mandy for granted. He was under the impression that he didn't like

ight then. Don't hesitate to call me if you need anything." Mandy picked up her bag from the bedside table and walked towards the door.

Nacy rolled her eyes and glared at Mandy with a sneer. She perceived Mandy as a bitch, who always pretended to be innocent in front of men. Mandy cheated on her brother, and now she was deceiving her as well. Nacy hated Mandy from the core of her heart.

"Okay, don't worry." Bruce waved at Mandy with a faint smile.

"The two of you seem to be deeply in love. You are so affectionate with each other!" Nacy said with gritted teeth after Mandy left.

"Nacy, don't be so sarcastic towards us. I have known Mand for many years. It's not her fault for hiding our childhood friendship from you," Bruce, who looked calm, sighed helplessly as he explained to Nacy in a quiet voice.

"That's enough, Bruce. Stop defending her. Who does Mandy think she is? She is just a bitch, who is very smart at cheating on stupid men like you!" Nacy screamed out in an insane manner. She was extremely bitter towards Mandy. Nacy could not accept being cheated like this. She had never been treated like this in her life.

For the first time in her life, she felt like she was being slapped hard in the face. She feared that she was ripped off her dignity. She couldn't believe that she had been fooled by them. She had always treated them with utter sincerity. She could never imagine that they would ever plot against her.

"Stop humiliating her in this way," Bruce reprimanded Nacy, sounding a little sullen.

"Okay. If you say so... But don't you think that you owe me an explanation?" Nacy stared straight into Bruce's eyes, fuming with rage.
