Chapter 184 Eve's Plan

"Mand, I've asked you not to take pills. Haven't I?" Cassie whispered into Mandy's ears.

"I know that contraceptives have side effects, but I can't get pregnant now. I'll lose my worth if I get pregnant."

"You could have asked him to wear a condom." Cassie was looking helpless.

"I won't take it anymore. I promise." Mandy flashed a toothy grin.

"That's good. Don't worry, it's not a big deal. You guys will make things work."

"Well, I have a surgery this afternoon. I'll talk to you later." Mandy checked her watch. It was already half past one. She didn't know how long she had been talking with Cassie.

"Okay," said Cassie and stood up to leave.

Cassie let out a sigh of relief once she was out of the office. Her racing heart finally began to slow down. She immediately typed a message about what Mandy had told her and sent it to Eve. Cassie's phone blinked with Eve's message. She had replied to her message with a thumbs up.

Reading the long message she had sent to Eve, Cassie immediately regretted it, but it was too late. Eve had received all the information that she had needed.

Eve sauntered into JS international, looking different than usual.

She had tied her wavy hair into a high ponytail. She was wearing a black hollow-out dress, which made her look sexy and innocent at the same time.

Eve had observed Mandy, the way she dressed and carried herself. Therefore, she had dressed up to look like Mandy. She even thought of straightening her hair but decided against it.

"Okay." Nathan reached out to his landline and called Mary. "Mary, don't let anyone in," he said curtly and disconnected the phone.

"Yes," answered Mary.

Eve let out a happy squeal. She was glad that Nathan wanted to spend quality time with her and didn't want anyone to disturb their date.

"Nathan, are you tired?" Eve was looking like a concerned wife.

"A bit," he answered mindlessly as his thoughts were wandering to Mandy.

Mandy had never massaged him. People in love always took care of each other. Nathan was disappointed to find out that Mandy was on pills. He was a man and couldn't vent out his emotions, and therefore, he was suffering in silence.

"Do you want me to massage you every day?" Eve didn't have a job. Photography was a mere hobby, and she didn't have to work for money. This was a great opportunity for her to get closer to Nathan. He was stressed, and she could get closer to him if she made him feel better.
