Chapter 202 - Best Husband

Andrea could barely get up from the bed. Her entire body was sore from all the love-making they did last night. She regretted giving the man his fantasy kiss and lick as they ended up having sex three more times in between.

When she started kissing and licking him from his forehead down to his neck, Lu Fang said he was so turned on that they did it. After this, the man asked her to finish what she started, so she proceeded down to his torso. However, as she nibbled on his nipple, he said he was so turned on again that they did it... again.

She thought the fantasy task had already ended but with just an hour of resting; the man reminded her of the remaining parts of his body that needed kissing and licking. She knew it would end up being another round, but she did it anyway, amused by her husband's eagerness. Had she known her entire back and thighs would hurt so much, she would have put it off for another day.

They were supposed to catch up with General Lei and Chunhua for lunch, but she doubted if her body could manage. She was about to send a text message when her phone beeped. She checked her device and saw it was from Lei Dong saying Chunhua was exhausted and that they will meet the next day instead.

Andrea laughed as she assumed Chunhua could not get up for the same reasons. "I mean, it has got to be it. There should not be any other reason!" She told herself.

She turned to check on her husband who's back was facing her. She forced herself to sit up and pulled the man closer. She saw his brows knitted together.

"No, Andy… Please…" He cried in his sleep.

"Babe? Babe, wake up. You're dreaming!"

Hearing his wife's voice, Lu Fang's eyes opened wide. He gasped for air, relieved it was only a dream. He immediately turned to Andrea and hugged her so tight.

"Babe, don't ever leave me. I don't know what I would do without you," he said with fear in his eyes.

Andrea could feel him take deep breaths as he hugged her. He was truly afraid his dream was real.

"I saw you walking away from me. Like you never knew me at all," said Lu Fang as he buried his face on her shoulders.

She hugged him back tightly and said, "Babe, it's only a dream. It's not real. I will always be with you and our children. So long as you love me, I will always love you back."

"I love you, Andy."

"I love you too… More than you ever know."

The following night, the couple planned for dinner with Lei Dong and Chunhua.

The Four Seasons Hotel had one of the best garden restaurants in the city. It was where Lei Dong's wedding was held and Lu Fang made arrangements for dinner in the same place.

Strangely, they were asked to wait outside the restaurant when they arrived. "Mr. and Mrs. Lu, we are very sorry but we ran into some problems with table allocations. We hope you don't mind waiting for a few minutes."

The man agreed. His actions caught Andrea by surprise. He was normally impatient when it comes to these, having made reservations in advance. She also noticed how quiet the restaurant was and to think they were fully booked. She simply shrugged it off and sat in the waiting area with her husband.

Andrea also wondered where Lei Dong and Chunhua was but figured they were late for dinner.

A few minutes passed, the man started to check his watch. The restaurant was surrounded by vegetation so it was difficult for Lu Fang to see what was going on.  He asked Andrea to wait at the reception area while he examined.

As she waited, she received a call from Yeong. He told her she wanted her to check on Yanmei saying she seemed to be avoiding him recently. "That's absurd, Yeong. Maybe she is just busy."

"Well, just check on her, okay!" Her brother demanded.

After hanging up the phone, she tried calling Yanmei but her phone was off. She simply sent her text messages and hoped to hear from her soon enough.

It did not take long for a restaurant attendee to approach Andrea telling her their table was ready and that her husband was waiting for her.

She frowned at the thought that her man did not come out to get her. She swore he was going to get a beating for it.

The moment she stepped on the garden walkway, she noticed the lights slowly subdued.

All of a sudden, she heard music. As she walked, her mouth hung open, realizing this was a surprise prepared by her husband. After several steps, she was led to a secluded yet spacious area of the garden where it was completely dimmed.

A romantic song by James Arthur's Say You Won't Let Go was playing. In front of Andrea was a big screen projecting pictures of her; those ones that Lu Fang took while she slept and took care of the babies. There were also selfies that the couple took together.

Andrea's tears were helplessly falling. She never expected such a heartwarming surprise.

The last few slides were photos of the babies and all four of them; one that they took when the twins were a month old. The last family picture included a message for her saying, "You are the best mommy in the world. Thank you for taking care of us. Will you marry us, mommy?"

The lights were turned on at the end of the song and seeing no one appeared in front; she turned to find her husband holding both Chevre and Brie, kneeling down, holding up her long-promised additional engagement ring.

At that point, her make-up was completely ruined. She leaned down to kiss Lu Fang and accepted the ring without words.

"Congratulations!"

"So romantic."

"Finally, you two. Make the wedding happen."

Andrea heard words of praises and clapping from the crowd that slowly appeared. Li Wen and her family were there, Lei Dong and Chunhua, Christina Lu, as well as the babies' nurse and midwife, were also present.

Seeing Andrea needed some comfort, Christina instructed Karen and Xing Mi to take the twins allowing Lu Fang to hug his wife.

"Babe, I'm sorry I made you cry."

Soon after, Andrea finally composed herself and looked up to Lu Fang, "Babe, you are the best husband ever. I love you."
