Chapter 260 - Just like that, they were now married?

By the time he was done teaching his naughty wife a lesson, she was so tired that she did not want to move a single finger. 

"The first thing you did as my husband was bully me." She complained. 

"You asked for it."

It should have been romantic to get married on her man's birthday. Why did she have to make it so...terrifying?

Wan Jia recalled something and checked the time.

It was almost midnight! His birthday was almost over. She dragged her tired body out of bed. This Lu Aotian! 

"Where are you going, Mrs. Lu?" Lu Aotian asked with a grin. 

"To get my husband a present." 

There was another one? 

She opened her closet and out of it she brought another wrapped box. 

Lu Aotian looked at her curiously. What was she up to this time? 

She gave him the box and retreated to look at him nervously. 

Under her gaze, he finally unwrapped the box and opened it to reveal a blue tuxedo. 

When he took it out, he realized that it was of the same color series as the dress she had been wearing that evening. It looked better than most of his tuxedos. It was obvious that it had been very carefully selected.

He smiled. "You bought this for me? It's gorgeous." 

When she heard the compliment, a warm color appeared on her cheeks. 

Lu Aotian looked at her curiously. Why was she blushing so hard? She couldn't have... "Don't tell me you designed it yourself?" 

She blushed even harder. He checked it carefully and there was indeed a 'EFW' label on the inside. So she had even used the company's name to privately produce one outfit just for him? As the president, he knew how difficult that was.

His feeling...couldn't be described using words.

"It's the first male outfit I've ever designed." She said. 

Lu Aotian felt even more special. His new wife....sure knew how to surprise him. At that moment, it was as though he was walking on clouds. 

With a proud expression, he tried it on and stood before her. "Do I look like a showstopper or what?" 

Wan Jia straightened his bowtie. "You look more handsome than a showstopper." 

The tuxedo was designed specifically for him. It would be shocking if he didn't look dashing wearing it. 

"You made all the three?" Anyone would be curious of how they fit perfectly together. 

Wan Jia squinted her eyes. "Are you that forgetful? You bought mine and Little Jia's dresses in country F when you went for a business trip." 

Well, he could not be blamed. This mother and daughter duo had so many clothes that even they couldn't remember half of them.

"My love, thank you. For all the surprises." 

Not only was he her husband now, he also got to be her fist male muse and celebrate his thirtieth birthday with her. What else could anyone ever ask for? 

"If you want to thank me, help me take a day off tomorrow. I want to spend the day with my husband."

Following which, he held the back of her head and kissed her urgently. She responded to his kiss by deepening it as she reached for his buttons. 

Lu Aotian held her little fingers that were tugging his shirt buttons roughly. "Be careful, it's my best shirt." 

Wan Jia rolled her eyes. She did not intend to design a romantic rival for herself, okay? 

Left with no choice, she was very careful while helping him out of his clothes.

Two days later, Lu Aotian was bright and early for work. He was wearing his new tuxedo. 

[The President looks so dashing!] The woman at the reception typed in the company's group chat.
