The sun was rising above the small town. Bryn was already awake and made sure that they had everything for the rest of the trip. Esral woke up and stretched. She yawned and rubbed her eyes. She sat there for a minute before deciding to get up. Grila woke up soon after. She grabbed her shoulder guard and put it on, she put her sword around her belt. They left the room and Bryn paid the owner of the inn and they went to grab their horses. Grila climbed onto one of the horses and Bryn and Esral climbed onto the other. They left the town in direction of the sanctuary. They were about half an hour away from the town when a group of knights appear in front of them on the path. They stopped and quickly both paths were blocked by other knights, "What is this about?"

"We are aware of your plans, we can't let you continue your road," The knight that resembled the leader stepped forwards, "The beast you look for is sealed away and none shall awake him, we will prevent you from doing so."

"Those are your orders?"

"Yes, now if you will, give us your weapons and descend from your horses."

"What for?"

"Your execution, we can't have people trying to summon the demon king."

"Oye you fucking retard," Grila said drawing her blade, "You know what an elemental blade is?"

"Yes, why?" The knight turned to face her and his expression turned to fear, "Is-is that, a-an, ele-elemental blade?"

"She has one as well," Grila said pointing at Esral's blade, "If you want to die, stay and fight, you have a choice," The knights vanished back into the forest, "Cowards, I kinda wanted to kick their asses."

"Enough talk, we have to get going, we have a little more than 10 kilometers left," They stopped their horses and attached them to a tree, they walked towards the entrance of the sanctuary. The sanctuary was a small island surrounded by a running river and the only way in was a small bridge. They walked towards the bridge and were called to halt by two figures who appeared on each side of them. Grila pulled her sword but Bryn held her wrist down. He shook his head and she put her sword back in its sheath. One of the cloaked figures jumped in front of them, a long staff with a blade on the end was sheathed on his back. The other one walked down and stood next to the other.

"What do you want from the Mouths of the Creator?"

"A long staff blade, you must be Nehro, and this must be your sister, Nami, the elemental mage," Bryn said, "An honor to meet you two, we wanted to ask for advice."

"How do you know our names?"

"I did my homework before heading here," Bryn said kneeling in front of them, "We mean no harm to the sanctuary."

"I don't know, what do you think,Nami?"

"They can enter, they don't seem harmless," Nami said as she turned around, "Follow us, don't question them about their appearances, if you did your research, you know why they are like that."

"Because of H-," Bryn covered Esral's mouth as they continued to walk. Esral looked at him puzzled, "What was that for?"

"Don't mention him, yet, they don't like his name anymore," He whispered, "Nehro has a short temper and he could easily kill us, they are nearly gods when it comes to power, apart from Cassidy, who is a mere immortal who could just as well be a mortal."

"Sona," Nami said talking to a woman figure. She had black wings and two horns near the middle of her hair line. Her back was covered in black scales. She had a dragon's tail was was covered in black spikes. Her hair was pale with purple tips. She turned revealing a very human face, "These people came to talk to you and Omega."

"Nehro, get Omega, he is with Cassidy."

"Yes," He said as he blinked away from them.

"So what do you want? Well, before that who are you?"

"We are travelers looking for advice."

"Names?" She said, "That is the only way I can find your destinies and help you, ah, Omega is here."

"I am Bryan, this is Grila," He said before Esral finished his sentence.

"I am Esral," She said before she blinked and saw Nehro's blade stopped in front of her. She looked and saw Sona had stopped his blade. He swung it again and Sona blinked from her seat and blocked his blade. She punched him in the stomach and he fell to the ground.

"Why did you stop me? Let me satisfy my blade with soul of the woman who drove my father mad."

"What a way to treat visitors, you two, go back to your posts," She said, gesturing they leave with her hand, "Sorry, he has a very short temper, Omega sit down with us."

"We know why you came now," Omega and Sona talked together, finishing each others sentences, "Hugo is no longer a being in this world."

"After Jarvan the Third made a mistake and killed the demon king, he had to hide it from the creator and used Hugo's body to encapsulate the soul of the demon king," Sona sighed, Omega continued, "He hoped that Hugo would stay the same and that his mind would be strong enough to not go crazy, but when he met you, something happened that he slowly lost control of his feelings and himself."

"Before finally snapping," Cassidy appeared out of nowhere, "Why are you talking of him? And why do these people want to know?"

Sona and Omega looked at each other, "Well, they are looking for him."

"Who are you to look for him?" She said turning to the three sitting in front of Sona and Omega, "Why would you care to find him, if even I, his former wife, doesn't want to?"

"Me and Grila are just following her," Bryan explained.

"Who is she? What is her name? Why does she smell familiar?" She sniffed, "Why did Hugo have your scent when he returned from Demacia?"

"She, um, she is, well, Esral," Cassidy face turned from annoyance to rage. Her eyes stared through Esral. She said nothing and simply turned her head and walked away. Sona and Omega then asked a question.

"But what was her role in his life?"

"Esral, maybe you should explain it."

"Okay, well, in Demacia, I fell in love with him and we, well, you know."

"I see, that is why he got weaker, he was hiding his love from Cassidy, no wonder he got weaker," He was nearly talking to himself, "You must have done something amazing for him to crack after a year."

"Well, Omega, don't make up such things, come with me," She said getting up, "I need to talk to you in private, about Hugo, without the others, the Creator has told me not to."

"Okay," They said as they got up. Sona forced Grila and Bryan to sit down as the ground rose and held them down. Omega chuckled as they tried to free themselves. She gestured to Esral to follow her, "When she is back, you will be freed, just wait, if you fight, the bounds tighten."

"What did you want to tell me?"

"Why do you look for the demon king?"

"I am looking for Hugo, he is still alive."

"Look, I am the demon queen, I am well aware that you love Hugo, but Hugo is no more, he is trapped inside the demon king, you can't break that seal," She said placing her hand on Esral's shoulder, "Unless the demon king already consumed his soul, he will be there, trapped."

"Do you know where he is?"

"I can't tell you that."

"Why not? Why won't you let me find him?"

"You can't find him! He is gone, there is nothing you or I can do about it!"

"Give me a chance," She pleaded, "I beg you, give me a chance, I want to see him, even if he is the demon king, I want to be sure of it."

"No, I haven't brought myself to go see him since he has been sealed away," She said, "My son never deserved this, he was fine until Jarvan made a mistake, giving the demon king's soul to someone, he was crazy, wait a minute."

"What is it?" Sona stood there thinking for a minute or so, looking up at the sky, before speaking.

"I remember from a long time back, when Omega had become an alpha demon, he cried blood, losing his emotions, but I never saw Hugo cry those tears," She said, "The demon king is the only demon with emotions, if Hugo would still be there he would be able to feel emotions, no, that won't work, the demon king is too dangerous."

"What do you mean?"

"He will trick you into thinking that he is Hugo and fool you into giving him his heart back."

"His heart?! What do you mean?"

"The Creator controls him by squeezing his heart to stop his power from accumulating, that is the only way he can stay sealed in his jail," She sighed, "If you really loved Hugo, he will use that to retrieve his heart and release himself from his prison. I don't know if I should trust you with this, you don't seem very strong of heart nor of mind."

"How rude," She snapped, "What a way to judge people, but can't you see my destiny?"

"Look, me, Omega, Hugo, Cassidy, Nehro and Nami have blank destinies, we can bend the creator's writings with our actions, so if you even meet him, whatever I tell you now will be pointless, he knows that too well," She turned her back and sighed, before turning her head to the side, "Maybe I could have a chance to see my son, once more, if I give you this chance but if I do and you fail, you will die and the creator will kill the people of this realm to save it from destruction."

"Where is it?"

"What do you mean?" She said turning around to face Esral, "Where is what? Oh, you still want to find him."

"Of course I do, I loved him and I still do," She shouted, "I beg you, let me know where he is, maybe I can change him if he still has emotions and a soul."

"I wish you could, but I don't think that is will be possible, the creator hasn't made another being for the king's soul, so he keeps it in Hugo's body," She sighed, "Maybe one day he will, but for now it's Hugo."

"Tell me where he is."

"Stubborn child," She said shaking her head, "Maybe I could tell you, but it would probably lead to the release of the demon king again."

"I want to try, what is I succeed? Have you thought of that?"

"No, because I don't think it will."

"Give me a chance, I beg you," She said, "I've come all this way, I don't count on giving up."

"You aren't strong of mind."

"Can you just fucking tell me where he is already?"

"Maybe the creator will end our suffering if you release him, maybe," She sighed, "His prison is in the mountain south from here, go now, leave me alone."

"Thank you," She said as she skipped back to Grila and Bryn, "Let's go guys, I know where it is."

"Should we go now? Or go back to the town?"

"We go now, I don't think I can wait," She said as they walked back to the horses, "We have to go to the Yoinkos mountain, in the south, that is what Sona told me."

"Let's go then," Bryn said pulling her up onto the horse, "I know the way."

"You know a lot of things."

"I have to explain them to her," He laughed at Grila's comment, "So I kinda have to know many things or at least a brief version of those things."
