Chapter 291 - § DREAM COME TRUE §

CHAPTER 037

Yanarym chuckled hearing Lyndon's conflict with the female lead from Guide-sama. Now that everything was transpiring more smoothly than her prediction, it felt silly getting worked up with these types of people. Was she getting smarter or they were just stupid? She couldn't say. She was having this confidence that this world was too easy to accomplish. She was not even in the quarters but she could sense a strong feeling of winning this game. Well, from the very point where Kraig gave in to her so easily she knew they were manageable—susceptible.

Lyndon considered resigning from his endeavor to win Tiana back after Yanarym had a word with him in the locker room. However, according to the plot, the next phase that these characters had to be on was where they had to fight a lot. Lyndon in that story did not have the thought of giving up. He was determined to possess Tiana. Kraig on the other hand was commencing on eradicating Lyndon's family.

If Yanarym had not acted out of character to the field when she came here. Kraig would not think of her, and he might still be all over Tiana. But because she managed to get to his head, Tiana was anxious and made that call to Lyndon. That call… was Lyndon's breaking point. It was always a domino, once something get out of hand, everything would follow…

It was not that simple to concrete a procedure to have revenge, a night was not enough to polish it. The aftereffect of her sex with Kraig, was not, particularly part of her strategy. Regardless, it went well for her. Her initial plan though was to get Kraig's mind occupied, which would please Lyndon and anger, Tiana. Nevertheless, Kraig exceeded her expectations... the same result—a much better result from his response to her seduction.

Lyndon's attention would be fixated on winning Tiana's heart. He would not pester her now and then to do this or do that to Kraig. Yanarym could fiddle with Kraig's revenge on Lyndon… to make it a little intense. To Tiana, it would be fun to see tormenting her without doing anything. After all, she had Kraig to do all the work for her.

Nevertheless, trusting Kraig's temporary affection would be dangerous if she relied on it too much. Especially when she had no idea how these people's minds operate. Since she just came here two days ago, the data and information she retained was only the biased memory of the original and the infuriating storyline of the author. It could be as reliable as it was supposed to be.

This game was not like a game of chess where she had to analyze and win the game by frequent strategizing of the pieces. Rather, she supposed she could address this as a training camp—of puppies. Where she had to observe, but the work of building a monopoly, tame… and destroy them.

"You're smiling a lot," Kraig uttered, she shook her head and looked at the window. "It's really pretty."

The fourth period was almost over. It was almost time to go home, she pouted upon realizing the most problematic variable in this world. That Matteo god. "Don't call it out, I'm getting embarrassed."

"If we stay this close every day, you will get used to it in no time…"

"I can never get used to you, you should know that by now. I'm just so happy that I can't stop smiling." Kraig ardently displayed his handsome grin before holding her hand and intertwining their fingers.

She shifted her eyes on him and saw how delighted he was. He liked physical contact so much, it was as if he was so familiar with her skin. Yanarym was not estranged with that behavior considering she'd been in physical intimacy with numerous men already. Kraig's drastic change of treatment bothered her a lot. Looking back to the other guys who she had sex with, they all had a reasonable explanation and took their time to develop certain feelings to justify their actions towards her.

For example, Alvan had sex and it took weeks to get through his mind. Months to get through his schedule and almost a year to have his heart. It was a different case for Alyx though, he had it hard upon seeing each other for the second time. Kane was a process as well… Maki, his first love was the original so it was somewhat justifiable to have his perspective shift after the lovemaking. Achis was—

"I'm happy that it's not too late for us as well." Yanarym stared at him hearing what he said. She ceased thinking about the other worlds. It was making her nostalgic remembering the men who loved her. "Thank you for the chance, Rym."

"There's nothing for you to thank about Kraig, I should be the one who is supposed to be thankful to you for making this dream come true."

A dream came true, my ass. Yanarym winched in her head from cringes. Though it was true, she was receiving Kraig's attention and affection which was the original all ever wanted. That might be the case—however, she was not the original. Worst of all, she had the memory of the ill-fated villain and was aware of the ending of this book. That fool might be worshipping Kraig to this very second—or maybe it wasn't possible because she already liked Lyndon at this period… no. I'm pretty sure the original still liked Kraig even when she was in love with Lyndon. Yanarym mulled, whatever it was, the original had it good if she managed the feat of gaining Kraig's fondness. But a complication would arise with Lyndon's pride.

Wait a minute, why am I even thinking what would the original do or what would happen if it was the original in my place? If she could do it, I might not be needed here. Yanarym grumbled, where do even the original's souls go if I replaced them? Guide-sama.

Guide-sama: "I don't know."

…You don't know anything, geez. Yanarym flattered her eyes to Kraig. About you, mister trash, you are not late. There was no saving for this relationship between us. The woman you were thinking I am is not me. She's gone, you killed her… fucking trash.

"You speak so sweetly and highly of me," he tucked her hair strands behind her ears and smoothly paved his way to bestow her a peak on her temple.

"Kraig, we're still at class," she murmured, pushing his shoulders away. He was stunned himself as he placed distance on their faces.

"...I'm sorry, I can't help it." He swerved his eyes to the front and sighed of relief seeing that the professor was no longer standing on the platform. Was the class dismissed already? Was he too absorbed at Yanarym again that he didn't hear? He was spacing out from the morning—damn, he had no discretion today.

"The class is over?" He redirected his eyes to Yanarym hearing her confused whisper. Guess he was not the only person zoning out for the entire time. Kraig was elated but prevented himself from smiling. He looked around and saw that only a few of this class was left… and saw not a shadow of Tiana nor Lyndon. Or maybe they were here but he was too occupied to think about them at the moment.

"Come on, let's head to the next class." Yanarym stood up along with Kraig who was searching for the other leads in the classroom. He finally noticed they were not here.

Speaking of Tiana, she may be Azkin's reincarnation, she's the female lead after all.

Guide-sama: "I don't know Yanarym, I'm sorry I couldn't clarify it for you."

No worries, I'm not interested. It just popped out of my head.

Guide-sama: "You're not worried?"

About?

Guide-sama: "If she's Azkin, she is Matteo's sister. You would ascend with her to heaven since you will be marrying Matteo, right?"

Marry? Coaxing him is already hard enough now I also have to marry him? No! It's not even part of the task.

Guide-sama: "Are you saying you will only do things if it's on the task?"

Yeah,

Guide-sama: "And if it is not, you will not do it?"

Of course, why do it? It's not beneficial.

Guide-sama: "Then why are you having vengeance on them? It's not stated on the tasks at all."

Because I gave my word for a vengeance to the original. Also, I want to become these people's karma.

Guide-sama: "After that?"

A happy ending, I guess? The priority was to keep mother safe from them. But I'm sure that after I destroy their lives… they won't think about messing with me again.

Guide-sama: "That's it?"

Yes, what else? We leave these scoundrels here and we don't die, that's not tragic.

Guide-sama: 'If you say so," Yanarym didn't reply anymore, "Yanarym, you can do something to see if Tiana is Azkin."

How?

Guide-sama: "Matteo can detect Azkin's soul."
