Chapter 1424 A Surprise

Paul's comments made Linda feel ashamed. She suddenly remembered that she hadn't cooked for Charles in a while.

"Save it. I haven't cooked for Charles in a while," Linda replied.

"My Lady, you've been so busy lately. I understand. I know you always cook for Young Master when you get the time. That's how much you love him," Paul said in a comforting tone.

Linda couldn't help but think of how much of a sweet talker Paul had become.

If Paul had always been like this, maybe he and Bun would have been together.

However, Linda immediately shoved these thoughts away as soon as she thought of them.

Paul, who once loved Bun, had already met Cindy, the love of his life.

And Bun had also married and she was a mother now.

So Linda didn't want to mention anything anymore.

Linda went on with the cooking.

She cooked fried prawns for Charles first.

However, as soon as the first dish was finished, Bun wasn't ab

Linda said playfully, grinning.

They passed the time by merrily chatting with one another. This way they didn't feel the heavy traffic as much.

Around 5:30, Linda arrived at the office.
