Chapter 1389 A Dislocated Arm

A young woman walked out to the kindergarten gate a few minutes later.

The teacher, who Helen had identified as Miss Li, walked past Linda and stopped in front of Helen Chen. "Miss Chen. Is there something wrong? Aren't you supposed to be in the hospital with Damian?"

"Miss Li. We came by to report that Damian was seriously hurt. There is no way to cure his wound if Bryson's parents will not be willing to cover the entirety of his medical bills. Ten thousand dollars isn't enough to cover it."

The teacher crossed her arms and quirked an eyebrow. "Well. It was already so kind of them to give you money in the first place. They offered it immediately, even. I don't know if you'll be able to get a penny if you ask for more, Miss Chen."

Linda's eyebrows furrowed in irritation.

It seemed to her that the teacher was trying to defend the bully and his cheapskate parents.

"But it's not enough, Miss Li. It was Bryson's fault for injuring Damian. Ten thousand is merely a fraction of what Damian's medical bill is right now due to the extensive damages." Before they came to the school, Linda had demanded that Helen should become more proactive in protecting her son. She had told Helen that she had all the right to demand Bryson's parents to pay for what their son had done to Damian. Linda smirked when she noticed how Helen was starting to bite back.

Miss Li's eyes widened a

"If you are, then the three of you are horrible people. How dare you start trouble in a children's school? If you do not leave, I will not hesitate to call the police."

"Oh? Call the police then. Let them find out what you have done as a teacher. Your student's eye was hurt by another student, whose parents paid hardly the bare minimum for his treatment. Do you think the problem will go away because they were just 'so kind' to offer compensation in the first place? What would you feel if it was your own child whose eye was poked by scissors?"

"What is wrong with you people? Both students are in the wrong here. Why do you even think that Bryson hurt Damian in the first place?"

"Really now?"

Bun scoffed aloud. She rolled her eyes before yanking the teacher's arm towards her. She twisted her arm and held her in place.

Miss Li shrieked out in pain. She could feel the bone breaking. Miss Li yelped and cried.
