Chapter 362 - 362 Something That can be Worn During Spell Casting

Kitty looked at Liz, "I would like that. There is a lot about this world that you do not really know but you are trying your best. All the people that are here to make this photoshoot run smoothly. I am glad that I get to work with you." Kitty walked back to the couch.

Luke came downstairs and handed Charlette to Kitty and tossed the blanket that was on the back of the couch. He sat on the chair next to the couch to make sure not to disturb his sister while she ate. "Mother, do you need anything. It is quite warm outside. I know that the air conditioning is on but do you need anything that I would be able to grab?" 

"Luke if you do not mind could you get me some water to drink. You are right it is very warm outside so it would be a good idea to rehydrate." Kitty positioned and fed Charlette. Once the little girl was done eating she fixed her dress top and burped Charlette. "There, there, little Sunshine." She spoke to her daughter endearingly. 

Luke got up and raced to the kitchen. He quickly grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and brought it back to Kitty.

Liz sat next to Kitty and she was handed Charlette by Kitty. "She is so small. I am amazed that you are okay letting others hold your precious bundle of joy." 

Luke handed Kitty the water and sat down next to her. "If Charlette does not get used to it now. It will be hard when all the people that come and go from here. Then she might become shy but I think that she will be fine. There are a lot of people that she has met so far. Some people, Charlette will see more than others."

"Luke, you are a very bright individual for your age. Just how old are you? That is if you do not mind me asking." Liz looked at Luke when she asked the question then looked back down at the baby that was gurgling.

"I am now fifteen years old. I honestly thought that I would be done with my studies soon but Father keeps pushing me into more subjects." Luke let out a dramatic sigh.

Kitty opened her water bottle and drank about half the water in the bottle. "You know that he does that for your own good. I know that you do not care for it but remember you could always have it worse. He could be making you retake courses because you completed them without a high score."

"God, no thank you. If I ever have to learn history again I will cry. Mother you are so evil. I start my University courses in September. I am sorta on a break from now until then. Besides, Leo was proud of me for graduating early. I might have to go into town to take a few more tests but I am not sure about that. I do however feel that the fresh air does me good." Luke sighed and leaned back.

"Wait, you finished high school already?" Liz looks at Luke floored. 

"I am homeschooled so after all my tests are done at the school but all the homework can be done at home. I even have a study room set up. I do not mind showing it off but please let mother get changed. It has to be hot in that outfit." Luke was looking at Kitty worried to all hell.

"Oh my goodness. Yes, Katherine. Please go ahead and get changed. If Luke is okay with it maybe we can use that area as a photoshoot location?" Liz eyed Luke from the side. 

"I do not mind at all. I will go and make sure that my books are cleaned up." He got up and then helped Kitty up. "Mother do take care of yourself."

Kitty smiled and patted Luke's head. "You are so grown up now. I remember when you were Charlette's age. It was then that I caved and became your godmother." Kitty waved and left the room she went to her charge room trailer. She looked at the next outfit. "It's not a dress!"

Janet came up and helped Kitty pull off the dress. "I heard that you might be doing a study type picture with Tiana. That little girl is so cute. Michelle is with her putting a lip gloss on her lips. Do you think that Michelle is acting a little strange with Tiana?" 

"So it was not just me imagining it. I thought so when she first laid eyes on her. I am sure that I heard him say Edith. It was Tiana who confirmed my suspicions. So I wonder if the two share the same soul? I know that Tiana was afraid of vampires but she has been good for the last few days. I think that all the vampires in the house are helping her overcome her fear but honestly, I think that Stella showing her that she will not hurt her and slowly winning her over with material items has really helped." Kitty stepped into the pants that Janet was holding open.

The pants were yoga pants but at the same time looked like normal work pants. They were black in color. Janet picked up the shirt and it was a black shirt that was short-sleeved and like a normal everyday shirt but then Janet picked up a cardigan. "I know that you will be warm wearing this back to the house so I will let you go without but I must say that the light grey color with the black will be nice." She held it up for Kitty to see. 

Kitty touched the cardigan. "It is super light for when there is a light breeze. This is something that could be worn whether or not you are expecting as there are no buttons to do it up. I will love using this as I work on spells. The air sometimes goes ice cold and this would be able to ward off the cold for me." She giggles at Janet's expression
