Chapter 262 262 Explaining to Brielle

Leo followed Kitty and touched her cheek when they got outside. "Where are you taking me?"

"You will see." Kitty hugged Leo and transported him to the safe house in Belize that Brielle, Will, Sam, Thompson, and his family were staying. "I need to talk to Brielle."

Leo walked up to the safe house and entered his pin and it scanned his fingerprint then did a retinal scan before it allowed him to walk through the front door.

Brielle was sitting in the study and heard the intruder alarm get disabled. She grabbed her knife and sneaked downstairs and found that it to not be an intruder at all. "Leo, what in god's green earth are you doing here?"

"Brielle, it is good to see you again as well. I am only here because my dear fiance wanted to chat with you." Leo said that and pointed to Kitty.

Will came rushing down the stairs. "How did the alarm disarm so quick…. Leo! It is good to see you. That explains the alarm being disabled so quickly. Have you come to chat with us?" Will pushed the button on his weapon and it went back to a metal rod.

"Darling, you can catch Will up, I will talk with Brielle." She hooked her arm on Brielle's and dragged her outside the house.

Once they reached the beach did Brielle finally spoke up, "you know that I gave him my blood you asked me to make a choice. I don't know what you want from me this time but I have thought about what you have said I think that I do need to make a choice. Is that why you are here today?"

"Yes and no. I want you to witness the life that you will be getting yourself into before you make a choice. I know that it is not an easy choice but you should know that I am not a normal supernatural and neither is Ketan. It would be bad if he got addicted to my blood. I can't be his partner but I satisfy his blood lust. I do not want to be his source of food as I could accidentally kill him and that would not be fair. I need you to be there not to stop him but to stop me. I want you to see the world that we live in. I can tell that you are stronger than you look. Your body after feeding him blood directly has changed and you have more essence inside you. You need to stop me from killing Ketan. I am not worried about him killing me." Kitty looked up at the stars.

"What do you mean by saying that you want me to stop you from killing him? I think I understand the changes within myself. I am sleeping less already so I know that the choice I need to make. I just do not know if it is going to happen anytime soon. Where is the baby? You are no longer pregnant." Brielle looked down at Kitty's belly and had a look of concern.

"As for killing him I need something that he will provide me with. My powers are locked by a spell and Sylvie is one of the people that locked my powers many years ago. There is a being that Valdis is looking for and you know three of them. Ketan, Sylvie and myself are what Valdis is searching for but we are not complete beings at the moment. There is nothing that I can do about it at this time and Ketan will not do what needs to be done. I am afraid that I went into labor early due to helping out a friend. The little girl is doing well. Charlette is mine and Leo's daughter's name. She was born just today." Kitty looked up at the stars.

"You are giving me this information because I need to know it but does Leo know all this yet?" Brielle looked at the stars and then at Kitty again, "you were very early that is not a good thing. Are you sure that Charlette will be okay? I look forward to you coming to the association office. Will you come as his wife or the Advocate?"

"Leo knows everything that is going on he just didn't know that Sylvie and I had planned to have you there to witness this happening but now he does. I made it so that he could hear this conversation and with that being said since he knows what the plan is I will close the connection." Kitty kept her eyes on the stars. ~There you know what is going on. I approve of their coupling I think it is good for him to have a partner that knows what she is getting herself into.~

~If you feel that it is the right thing to do. You and stronger than Ketan right now that must mean that you have an idea of what he needs and I trust you to do the right thing. Even though Brielle is one of my people she is old enough to make her own choices. I will not get in between this.~ Leo looked at Will, "how is the vacation for the two of you so far?"

Will stared down at Leo, "you seem a lot happier. I will say that this is the best protect job ever. Elizabeth is an adorable little girl. Thompson has been hiding indoors learning all that he can. I think that it is a good idea to have him in our circle."

"Who wouldn't be happy after their proposal was accepted and their baby has arrived safely in this world." Leo smiled and looked at the door.

"Oh my goodness! I must find Kitty! She didn't tell me that the baby had been born where is she Leo?" Sam was at the door and looked excited.

"The baby is not with us but I will be bringing her to the office not tomorrow but the Monday after and everyone is allowed to come home on Sunday and be in the office for Monday. You will meet our daughter then." Leo looked at Sam who was bouncing on the spot.
