Chapter 257 257 What Did the Premonition Entail?

Kitty let Leo come over to her and then she touched his shoulder. She took him away from the house. Where she took him to was the other family manor that her father had. "Darling, this is one of the places where I grew up in. I saw my father tonight or I should say an image of him. He was exactly how I remember him. He knew what was going to happen and knew that he was going to die. It was a surprise to find out that instead of trying to change his future, he chose to die." She leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Cry if you need to, my sweet. I will be here to comfort you. Your father chose to die as it was probably his time to move on from the world of the living and you should know that it is not a thing that should be known. Charles was always a strong individual and I had heard that his powers were out of this realm of unbelievable. What exactly did he want?" Leo hugged her and let her cry out all of her tears.

Kitty cried so much, "Erebus, I am scared that my life will not be by any means normal. I know that I am asking for a lot with being a supernatural and all but I really want to just spend time with you and our children. Charles gave me a gift that is meant to be for the head of the clan. I was gifted with all the past knowledge and all the spells are now stored in my mind it is a bit of an information overload. He brought me to his old family manor and there is now a person that will be hunting me down. My father told me some things that I expected to hear but I had no way to be certain that it was what was happening."

Leo walked up to her and hugged her closely. "Calm down, my love." He held her close and let her cry in his arms. He patted her back.

Kitty cried in his arms until there were no more tears left for her to cry. She slowly calmed down "I'm sorry, Darling. I do not know what is going on with me. I seem to be extra emotional right now."

"It is okay to be emotional right now, you have gone through so much over the years. We are both still young and I will not leave you for anyone else in this world. I belong solely to Kitsune, my lovely fiance. I am lucky that you are mine and I will do everything I can to protect you. I do not know everything about you and you don't even know everything yet. I know that as you learn things you will let me know when the timing is right." Leo looked down at her and kissed her lips softly. "You haven't eaten much today. We should go home and get you some food."

Kitty didn't take them back yet and rested her head on his shoulder thinking about her father confirming that she would not die. 'I can't tell him this. I am not going to be able to tell him what I have done to him until it is time for him to find out.' She was about to say that she was going to take them back when she was hit with a premonition dream. Her eyes clouded over and her body leans heavily against Leo's.

Leo felt the change in her and quickly supported her. He picked her up and took her to the couch that was in the room that they were in. "Can you hear me, my dear? If you can talk, it is just us in the house."

"We are not alone, Leo. There are eyes that are watching this house. They somehow know who has entered the house..." She holds onto him suddenly.

Leo looked down at her and sat down. 'Eyes that are watching this place. It is interesting that I can talk to her. I wonder if I can keep asking questions in this state will she answer?' He touched her cheek. "Who is the one that is watching this place?"

"I don't know them by name…. Wait..." Kitty tries to focus on hearing something, "I can faintly hear a name. Fakhir, I think that is the name I am hearing." She focuses on what she can but the vision is lost and her body goes lax on the couch.

Leo looked down at Kitty and saw that she had now fallen asleep. He touched her head and waited until she woke back up. 'There really isn't all that much that I can do to help her out. I will just make sure that if I hear something I will protect her with all that I am.' He listened to the house but didn't hear anything strange.

Kitty stirred and looked at Leo. "I said something to you this time in the dream. You would not be this focused if I haven't said anything. I am better now. The one name Fakhir is hunting for the thing I received. It seems that he may have set up some things so that if someone came to this house a tracer would be placed on them but I already destroyed the tracer. There is nothing that he can do to me so I am not worried. Was I out for a long time?"

"What did the dream entail with this Fakhir guy? His parents must have hated him to give him such a mouthful of a name. You were not out for too long but I asked you a question and this time you were able to reply. Maybe it is getting easier to go through the process? That is just a speculation and not a fact." Leo touched her cheek and smiled down at her as she was lying with her head on his lap.
