Book 2: Chapter 11 (1/11)

Finwe saw a blurry vision of Kain, he smiled and said in a whispering tone, “I'm glad to see you one last time before I die.”

Kain's hearing had greatly improved after he became a Vampire Emperor and heard what Finwe said. Kain lightly shook his head and firmly said, “You won't die. I can’t let you die. Please rest assured knowing that I am here, my friend.”

“What do you mean by saying that? Are you here to rescue this rascal?” An Eagle Man angrily asked.

Another Eagle Man said, "Human, I see that you have traveled here using your astral form which means you are a Conjurer Mage. There are two rules created by The Creator preventing humans like you to interfere with our lives. If you break this rule, the Watcher of our realm will punish you."

An Eagle Woman said, "We don't need the Watcher to punish him. We have a hundred while he is just by himself."

The reason Kain knew she was an Eagle Woman was because of her voice and big boobs.

An Eagle Man pointed his right index finger toward that Eagle Woman and said, "Lady Georixia is right. The weakest of us have attained level 80 in magical power and Fifth Stage Saint Warrior. The strongest of us is Lady Georixia who has reached level 92 in magical power and Tenth Stage Saint Warrior. If you leave right now without angering Lady Georixia, she may not command us to kill you."

Wasting no time to talk to them, Kain activated his strongest magic spell. The ultimate spell was granted to him after he upgraded his Demonic Soul to the Devil Soul, [Devil Anatomy]. Two horns grew out of Kain’s head while his black hair was turning into silver hair. Kain's face remained the same but his Vampire Emperor Wings turned into a pair of the Devil Wings. Similar to Archangel Wings, but Devil Wings have black color instead of white.

“Ah… This power. Yes… Aggggghhhhhh!” Kain shouted as he released a powerful explosion aura of energy that immediately killed more than twenty Eagle Men standing close to him.

Other Eagle Men were wordless after seeing what just happened. Lady Georixia immediately gave the command to withdraw because there is no way they can win against such a mighty foe. Kain didn’t intend to let any of them alive after hurting Finwe that badly. He created a giant fiery battle-ax out of mid-air. Kain then grabbed the battle-ax with both hands and started to hunt them down one by one.

One of the Eagle Men said in a worrying tone, “How can this be? We can't use [Teleportation] spells."

Another Eagle Man said, "Forget [Teleportation], use [Thunder Step] instead."

They casted [Thunder Step] spells and started flying away as soon as possible. Two seconds later, an Eagle Man said, "What? He can chase after us even after we use [Thunder Step] spells? How fast can he fly?”

Their speed was supposed to be increased a hundred times faster. But little did they know, Kain had activated the [Magic Annulment] spell before he activated the [Devil Anatomy] spell to prevent them from being able to cast any magic spell.

“No, I don’t think we have successfully activated our [Thunder Step] spells. We needed to split up. If we stick together, all of us will die!”

“Run!”

“No!”

“Please spare me!”

“I’m sorry, please-”

“Agghhh!”

“Help!”

All kinds of begging and screaming came from the Eagle Men as Kain chopped their heads down one by one until none of them could escape alive. Lady Georixia couldn't even parry one powerful swing from Kain's giant fiery battle-ax as it broke through her long sword and cut her into two pieces. Kain flew back toward Finwe’s location. Using the mighty power of a Devil, Kain could easily summon Amdusias, Demon Lord of the Fourth Gate, and command her to heal Finwe, as well as recover his mana pool in full.

While Finwe was being healed, he looked at Kain and shook his head, "Kain, Watcher Sivna won't let this go. You shouldn't help me. This could cost you your life."

Kain laughed and said, "As long as you are okay, that is all I needed. Watcher Sivna can eat shit. She can't punish me if I never come to any realm that she managed."

Three seconds later, Kain asked, “What happened to you? Why did the other Evolved-Thunder-Eagles try to kill you?”

“I have never told you about myself, have I?”

“No.”

“I am the Fourth Prince of Adrydith, a kingdom that was built for Evolved-Thunder-Eagle Creatures. My father, Darsel, the King of all Eagle Men and Eagle Women has recently advanced into God-tier and traveled to the higher realms without appointing any successor to be the new King. My brothers and sisters were fighting for the throne as I am being dragged into it despite showing that I have no intention toward the crown. I have always been more focused on training my sword skills and meditation to improve my magical power. But after my youngest brother killed all other brothers and sisters, he wanted to murder me too so no one can ever challenge him for legitimacy as the new King. The Eagle Men you killed earlier were the Imperial Guards who have sworn loyalty to only serve the King and obey his commands at all cost. It seems like my youngest brother has declared himself King but still wants to kill me to secure his throne better.”

This is the first time Kain and Finwe have had a conversation this long. Kain normally only conjures Finwe when needed and doesn't really care about his personal life. If Finwe’s lifeforce weren’t reaching closer to depletion today, Kain would have never known that Finwe was the Fourth Prince of Adrydith Kingdom.

Kain said, “Follow me to the Timeless Dungeon. If my calculation is correct, we can still rest for at least six months before my next battle. Take that time to get away from all this bullshit. If I can receive a reward of Advancement Potion, I will give it to you so you can instantly advance into level 100 in magical power. This will better help you to survive and fight back other Evolved-Thunder-Eagles.”

Finwe nodded as he agreed. Kain couldn't come back to the realm of Thunder Eagles or any realms managed by Watcher Sivna to avoid her punishment for violating The Creator's rules of killing other creatures in his astral form. If not, Kain would be happy to help Finwe to become the new King of Adrydith Kingdom using the power of his [Devil Anatomy] spell.

Kain said, “Alright, time for me to get out of this realm before getting punished by Watcher Sivna.”

Kain deactivated his [Devil Anatomy], as well as banished Amdusias back to the Hell Realm. He then deactivated his astral form to teleport back to his true form in the Timeless Dungeon. Kain then casted [Soul Bridge] to conjure Finwe and they rested together for nine months straight before Kain deactivated his [Soul Bridge] allowing Finwe to go back to his realm.

Kain deactivated his [Devil Anatomy], as well as banished Amdusias back to the Hell Realm. He then deactivated his astral form to return to his physical form in the Timeless Dungeon. Kain then casted [Soul Bridge] to conjure Finwe and they rested together for six months straight before Kain deactivated his [Soul Bridge] allowing Finwe to go back to his realm.

Kain said, “My next fight will be in two weeks. For you, it will be like half an hour. I will activate [Soul Bridge] to conjure you to help me fight in the next battle because I can feel my next opponent won’t be too easy to defeat.”

“I will be waiting for you to conjure me then.” Finwe humbly said.

"Dude, I told you already. Just be normal. I don't like you being humble against me like that."

"Kain, you have saved my life. I owe you."

"Dude, you agreed to be bound to my Conjurer Soul when I was just a Master-tier Conjurer Mage. If you can do something stupid like that, so can I. You don't owe me anything, just like I don't owe you anything. Agree?"

Finwe smiled and nodded his head as Kain deactivated [Soul Bridge] spell allowing Finwe to be teleported back to the realm of Thunder Eagles.
