Chapter 807 - Conditions

After hearing that, how could Lisa have the heart to send William back to boarding school? Instead of taking the boy to school again, she's going to take William out of boarding school and put him in a public school!

For the next few moments, Lisa really didn't know what to say. Her eyes felt hot and she knew that soon tears would run down her cheeks. The woman pursed her lower lip, expressing how sad she was to hear William's request.

"Okay, I promise not to take you to school for the next few days. I can take you to the principal and ask permission to take a few days off." Lisa replied while trying to hold back her tears.

"Really!? You're not lying to me, right!?" William asked back. The boy immediately got off the dining table chair and ran to his mother's chair which was in front of him. Without needing to ask, Lisa immediately lifted his tiny body and hugged him tightly.

"Since when did I ever break my promise to my favorite child, hmm?" 

Hearing that immediately made William turn his head and look at the man sitting next to his mother, "Dad, did you hear what Mama said? Mama has agreed that I won't have to go back to school for the next few days."

To be honest, Oscar didn't really care about education. Ever since he was a kid, Oscar wasn't the type of kid who liked to study. He prefers to relax reading a book or playing games at home. But that doesn't mean Oscar sucked at school. Fortunately, he was gifted to be able to easily understand the lessons he learned.

Oscar didn't have to study hard to get above average grades. He only needed to read once or twice, then in the next minute, all the formulas would be neatly stored in his brain. 

It's the same with his desire since he became a father. Ever since Oscar became a father, the clear blue eyed man was determined not to force his will on William. He thought that William's life belongs to the boy himself, and that he had no right to rule the boy's life. The important thing was that William wouldn't take the wrong path.

So, when he heard William's request not to go to school for the next few days, Oscar had already granted the boy's request in his heart. After all, elementary school's lessons are still easy and can be caught up quickly, considering the boy's intelligence.

Oscar took a sip of the corn soup and replied, "Okay. After this I will contact your principal and ask for permission to take a day off for the next few days."

"Hurray!!!" William shouted with joy. The boy's loud voice boomed in the originally quiet dining room. "Then, from today until the next few days, Mama has to sleep with William!"

"Hey, of course not," Oscar replied quickly when he heard William's request. He was initially busy eating and filling his bowl with cream of corn soup, but now turned his head and showed a disapproving face, "What do you mean Mama has to sleep with you for the next few days? It's not going to happen!"

If Oscar had known it would end like this, he would have disagreed to William's request. He knew that he should really send William back to his boarding school so that he could sleep with Lisa again every night, without being disturbed by the boy who was none other than their child.

William frowned, "You're so selfish! Can't I sleep with Mama!?"

Not wanting to interrupt Lisa's lunch, Oscar stood up from his chair and lifted the little boy from her. He put William back in his original chair and sat down next to Lisa again. Of course the man will not stand by and let William take what is his!

Lisa has not been able to eat in peace because she is busy peeling chicken skin and sometimes shrimp for William. She couldn't eat because she laughed too much at William's stories. Finally, the woman was hungry too, and wanted to taste the food.

Actually, Oscar was aware of his status in Lisa's heart. Even though she had told him many times that she loved Oscar so much and was even willing to die for him, Oscar's position in her heart would fall now that they had William. Lisa was too weak with the boy and would definitely comply with William's request. 

Since Oscar knew that Lisa would sleep with the boy, his brain worked fast. He tried to find a way to get William to succumb to him and let Lisa sleep with him.

"What the hell are you guys doing?" Lisa grumbled softly, "Can't you guys sleep together with me? The bed in the master bedroom is big enough for three people—"

"That's it, William." Oscar interrupted quickly, without letting Lisa finish her sentence, "Shall we make a deal?"

"What deal?" William asked curiously.

"If you wish to stay at home, you can't sleep at night with your Mama. You also can't be spoiled in front of me. Anyway, as long as you keep your promise, I will give you whatever you want. Just say whatever you want to buy, then I will immediately buy them for you." 

William glanced at his mother who was enjoying her corn soup. After thinking for a while, the boy replied, "Ah, this isn't fun. I already have everything I want…"

Hearing William's reply instantly made Oscar's mood gray. What William said was true. All the toys, clothes and books the boy wanted were neatly stored in William's room.

At this rate, Oscar didn't know how else he should persuade William. 

"Ok, I agree," William finally replied after breaking Oscar's heart. "But I have a few conditions."

Lisa, who was too busy enjoying the rich taste of the food on her tongue, didn't really hear the conversation between the two.

Oscar sighed, "Oh my, are you still using conditions? Alright, what are the conditions?"

"First of all, I want to take a month off from school.." William replied without a second thought, then continued before his biological father refused his request, "Oh or two months is fine too."
