Chapter 802 - I Don't Believe It!

At that very second, after repeatedly reading the DNA test result, Michael couldn't sit still. His mind drifted back to what happened a few weeks ago. The panicked look on Greta's face was still in his memory. How the woman's hands tugged at his clothes, and how she burst into tears… Everything was still very clear.

If Oscar really did do a DNA test, why was Greta crying a few days ago? Was it all just acting?

A few weeks ago, Greta looked so frightened by their past relationship being spilled out. Why was Greta pretending to be scared when she already knew that Oscar was Peter's child?

Not just that. Why? Why did Michael fall into her bullshit then?

It must all be Greta's mere act wanting to fool him! Michael did not expect that he, a leader of the biggest mafia in Europe, was fooled by his ex-lover!

The emotion on Michael's face seemed to shrink with time. The man was trying hard not to look surprised and carried away by his emotions. Hearing Oscar's words just now made him look like an idiot in front of Oscar, and Greta too.

Of course Michael couldn't believe what he just read. He left the piece of paper lying on the empty table next to them, and his eyes stared intently at Oscar's two eyes.

"I don't care if you tricked me with the fake report or not," Michael said quietly. "But I believe that you are my biological son, not Peter's."

Then Michael chuckled, "But thanks for going to the trouble of making a fake test report to fool me."

Hearing Michael's reply made Oscar raise his eyebrows. He met Michael's sharp gaze and replied, "I'm sure you still have a good working brain right? Why would I waste my time writing a fake report? I still have a lot of work in the office. If you don't believe what you read, I can and will do a DNA test again."

"This time using samples from you." Oscar continued.

After listening to that, Michael tilted his head to the side for a bit. The look on his face was still the same as before, cold and firm. Until then, until the last drop of blood, Michael would not show his fear and surprise at Oscar's words.

It was better for him to die than to be defeated by a man who was much younger than him.

Not long after, Michael straightened his back and took a sip of the red wine. He smacked his lips, set the wine glass on the table, and continued.

"Oscar, don't think you can outsmart me. Remember, I will always be five steps ahead than you."

The tense aura emanating from within their bodies made their conversation look serious in the eyes of those who accidentally looked at their table, "Even if you are not my biological child, I will not stand still."

"Have you forgotten that your mother and I had a special relationship in the past? I wonder what will happen if Peter finds out the truth? Will you and Greta be kicked out of the Petersson family?"

Without giving Oscar a chance to speak, Michael continued, "How about it? Do you agree with me?"

"Poor Greta. She's living the best life but suddenly… it's all taken from her. How will she deal with it all, hmm?"

"What would you do if that were to happen?" Michael asked again.

Oscar actually understood the meaning of Michael's questions. As a leader of a big mafia gang, he must have a way of scaring other people. Making people bow and kneel because their legs feel weak is his main skill.

Michael is dealing with the wrong person, Oscar thought after heaving a deep sigh. It seems the pot-bellied man forgot that Oscar is no longer a teenage boy who is easily fooled again. He could make anyone submit to his domineering presence, including Michael.

Actually, Michael just wanted to scare Oscar and Greta. His next step is to take Petersson Communication from his hands. His plan had always been simple and boring.

Oscar leaned back against the back of the chair and looked at Michael with cold eyes. "You're threatening me?" The smile that graced his lips was deadly, "Since I'm sure that I'm not your biological child, I won't care. I don't care about your relationship with my mother in the past. Even if you two still have a special relationship, I don't care."

"So just do what you want to do." Oscar continued.

"Huh," Michael's lips curled upwards, "I can't believe it. You don't care? Ha ha! How could it be."

Hearing that made Oscar smile even more. "Well…. Your relationship with her happened several decades ago, it's all in the past. It has nothing to do with the ownership of the company. Have you forgotten who owns the company?"

Michael was still speechless. The man already knew what Oscar was going to say next.

"Grandma loved Papa very much and wanted the company to be in Papa's hands. Therefore, right before Papa's retirement, Grandma changed all the names of the building and land ownership to his name, Peter Peterson."

"So no one can take over Petersson Communications without getting the owner's approval."

Oscar then got up from his chair and picked up the piece of paper and the brown envelope on the floor. The man then walked back to the table that Dani had ordered earlier.

"See you later, uncle. Have a nice night." Oscar said in a tone that sounded mocking.

At first, Michael came to the restaurant with joy. He knew that Oscar would give up and finally surrender everything. He knew that at last, after decades, Petersson Communication would be completely his.

However, Michael did not expect that he would be defeated by a piece of paper. The paper is none other than the DNA test result carried out by Oscar.

The moonlight at night entered the boy's bedroom sweetly. His small hand supported his chin which seemed lazy.. His sparkling eyes, as if struck by thousands of tiny stars, looked up at the moon that adorned the night sky.
