Chapter 771 - Spreading Dark Secrets

"You take it easy," Michael replied again. He straightened his back and followed what Greta did. The man took the coffee cup and took a sip, "I won't hurt my nephew. I just want to take what is rightfully mine."

Michael straightened his back on the back of the sofa. "I don't know what I'm going to do. The important thing is that I will remove Oscar from the CEO seat of Petersson Communications."

Greta's hand clenched tightly at Michael's words. People would have seen smoke coming out of her ears and her eyeballs turning all black if they were in some kind of a movie.

"Are you crazy!? Oscar is the only successor to Petersson Communication in the current generation! In the next few years, the company will definitely belong to him!" Greta replied in a shrill tone.

The smile that had graced Michael's lips was now fading away. The man's face did look almost like Oscar and Peter's at a glance. But unfortunately, the aura that the man gave off was filled with malice.

"That company should be in my hands, not Oscar. At that time, I also fought like my brother, but he was too smart for me to beat. His mouth is smart enough to win the hearts of my parents. It was a rule that if Peter retired, the company would be passed down to me. However, your husband did not comply with that decision and handed over the telecommunications company to Oscar."

"At that time, I was silent because in the eyes of my parents, my achievements were not promising enough to become CEO of Petersson Communication. But now that I'm back, I'll do whatever it takes to get that company. It should have been mine since Peter retired."

"Hey, you had better take your chill pills again. Getting a company that my husband has given to Oscar? Keep dreaming." Greta replied, the veins in her neck sticking out even more.

The corners of Michael's lips lifted upward at her words. "I was afraid you wouldn't say that to me, considering what I could do. Besides, as far as I know, Oscar is indeed your son. But he's not Peter's flesh and blood. Except you and I… no one else knows about it."

Greta, who was initially so emotional that made her want to get up from the chair and throw the hot coffee in Michael's face, immediately gasped. Her whole body was filled with fear, and she automatically turned right and left. Making sure no one around knew them.

At the same time, Lisa, who was sitting not far from Greta and the mysterious man, immediately looked up when she heard the man's words.

At first, Lisa thought that Greta was meeting an old friend, and maybe they missed each other. But when she heard what the man said, she was taken aback and her mouth inevitably gaped.

Even though Lisa wasn't sure what Greta's relationship with that man was, she wasn't stupid. She had already guessed that the demonic woman must've had an affair with the mysterious man long ago. If her guess was right, they had been together since Oscar's childhood.

And hearing Michael's serious tone, Lisa was even more sure of what she was thinking now.

Not to mention that she heard him say Oscar was not Peter's real son...

Just when Lisa felt that the news was quite shocking, she heard Greta's voice again. This time the woman's voice sounded a little quivering even though her tone sounded serious.

"What do you mean?! Have you gone mad? Of course Oscar is Peter's son! If not Peter, who else is his father?"

Greta was still surprised to hear Michael's words that she hadn't anticipated before. Without realizing it, her hands that were still tightly clenched into fists trembled slightly and her face turned pale, so pale that she heard Michael's mocking laugh.

There was a feeling of pride and satisfaction when he saw Greta's face filled with fear. He put his hands behind his head, raised his eyebrows, and looked at Greta intently.

"Oh, really? When you married Peter, you ran to my house and said how Peter could not satisfy your desires. You keep crying and whining for my help—"

The more the words left Michael's lips, the more Greta felt uneasy. As time went on, she continued to feel like she was being cornered, with no one helping her.

Greta could only grit her teeth now. She hoped nobody overheard their conversation.

"So what if I cried and ran to your house when Peter couldn't satisfy me?" Greta challenged, the woman was sure that her face looked pale like the tote bag she was wearing today. "I said that for nothing. You know that my marriage to Peter at that time was only a contract, right? But now everything is different. Peter and I love each other unconditionally."

"And don't even doubt that Oscar is Peter's son. He is my son and Peter is the father." Greta continued firmly.

"Hmm, hmmm," Michael replied as he didn't leave the smile on his lips, "True love, huh? Typical of you. When you gave birth to Oscar, you told me you were afraid Oscar was not Peter's son. But why is it different now? Have you done a DNA test with Oscar as well as Peter?"

Greta looked at Michael with a look of surprise and disgust, all mixed up together. In that second she regretted agreeing to the demonic man's request to meet.

All feelings of panic, fear, hatred flooded and filled her heart. All these feelings made her legs keep moving and her eyeballs tried to glance around her.

"Michael, you can insult me and accuse me carelessly. But don't ever try to insult and accuse Oscar carelessly. Oscar is Peter's biological son, his flesh and blood! He is the first grandson of the Petersson family. Shut that disgusting mouth of yours or I'll finish you off." Greta snarled viciously.

"You can't fool me, Greta. I know everything," Michael replied no less cruelly, "It all depends on what you do in the future.. If you don't do what I ask you, be sure that the dark secret you've been hiding, that Oscar is not Peter's son and the grandson of the Petersson family, will reach people's ears."
