Chapter 737 - Oscar's Agony

Seeing a pair of lovers come out of the women's restroom made the middle-aged woman nauseous. She looked at them mockingly and her urge to urinate instantly disappeared without leaving a trace.

"We can explain everything—" Lisa said with a panicked face.

"What the hell is this?1" The woman interrupted quickly. She looked at Oscar and Lisa in turn, frowned, and continued, "Young people these days don't have any shame, huh! Hey, public restrooms are not the right place to do that. Isn't the bed in your hotel or house big enough for you two!?"

"It's not like that, ma'am—"

The woman raised her hand. "Stop. I don't want to hear your explanations." Then she turned around and walked away. She continued, "I don't want to pee here!"

Oscar, who had forgotten to put on his sunglasses, could only look down and hope the middle-aged woman didn't recognize him. He knew that his ears and neck would be red with embarrassment.

Even when he heard the sound of high heels stomping away from him, he still didn't dare to look up. He really didn't know where to put his face.

"Oops, I'm sorry," Lisa finally said when the middle-aged woman was no longer in front of them. She turned and saw Oscar lowering his head, making her feel even more guilty, "Sorry for roping you into this trouble."

"Has that person left?" Oscar asked quietly.

Lisa nodded her head "Yes, let's go now!"

***

From the first time she hit puberty until now, her stomach hurt so much whenever her period came, and it felt like all the cells in her body were slowly decaying. Not to mention that her back ache and her mood swung rapidly.

Since the first days of Lisa's period were so painful for her, the woman chose to take a day off at the office. Instead of forcing herself to work and fainting because her stomach hurt, she'd better just lie down at home.

Usually, her body and stomach would feel sore all the time, but somehow it felt different now. Her stomach ached more than usual and hours after she woke up, her mood was going up and down fast, as if on a rollercoaster.

Luckily, today was Friday, so the woman had an extra two days off.

Seeing Lisa in pain and couldn't stop scolding him made Oscar choose to take the day off too. Since he woke up from his sleep, the man was always beside Lisa. Whatever the woman wanted, like even stroking her back, he had to do it immediately.

Wherever Lisa went, Oscar had to follow her from behind. Even to the bathroom, the man had to stand at the door. When Lisa wanted to eat her favorite meal near her old house, Oscar had to tell Dani to go there immediately and buy them 2 servings.

After eating, Lisa complained that her stomach hurt and that the sauce was too spicy. It's really a pity for Dani, Oscar doesn't have anyone else he can be mad at. The man contacted Dani and scolded him out loud.

Oscar finally put a warm towel over Lisa's stomach.

Until 11 o'clock in the afternoon, Oscar thought that the woman was pregnant, not menstruating. He just found out that women would want things that were usually desired by pregnant women during their periods too.

When Lisa wanted to eat an apple at 3 pm, Oscar had to peel one for her. If Lisa saw that the skin was still stuck to the fruit, the woman would be furious and say that Oscar was not doing it right.

Not just apples. When Lisa wanted to eat grapes, which so coincidentally weren't in the fridge that the man had to tell Dani to go and buy them, Oscar had to peel the skin off the fruit before feeding it off.

His suffering continued until not long after that the woman wanted to drink yogurt milk. Oscar was not the type of person who liked dairy products. So when the woman whined and asked him to finish the yogurt milk, Oscar felt like running away from home.

But of course he did everything Lisa told him to without much protest. Even though he didn't like milk and his hands were all sore from having to peel the skin off the fruit, the man did it anyway.

Sometimes, Lisa felt sorry for the man. It's just that her heart seems unable to cooperate with her brain. When her brain told her to tell Oscar to do something strange, her heart actually felt pitiful.

She had mixed feelings that day.

Maybe because Oscar was so in love with Lisa that he didn't protest much whenever Lisa told him to do weird things. Even when the woman wanted to drink some warm orange ice, Oscar tried his best to make warm orange ice.

That afternoon, the weather was warm and calm. Lisa's desire to have Oscar do this and that slowly decreased. After finishing the warm orange ice, which was actually lukewarm orange drinks, Lisa invited Oscar for a walk around the complex.

"Is your stomach okay?" Oscar asked.

Lisa tied her hair and put on a hat. "It's okay. After all, when I am sick like this, I have to walk so that the pain will feel less."

Their surroundings were very quiet when the lovers walked out of the house. Sometimes they heard the sound of people walking behind them. The warm sunlight fell on Lisa and Oscar's bodies sweetly. The sound of the laughter of children playing in the park near the housing was heard softly.

Lisa is no longer angry with herself and now tells a funny incident that happened at the office. Oscar was relieved that her stomach was less sore. And somehow, their hands were tightly tied together without them realizing.

This kind of atmosphere made Oscar grateful that he took the day off.

If he could, Oscar wished he had the power to stop time. He and Lisa, hand in hand in the afternoon sun, walking around the compound effortlessly…. Would be the perfect plan to spend his day off.

If possible, Oscar wished he could always hold Lisa's hand forever.. Until death do them part, he hopes that he will always be there beside her, accompanying her.
