Chapter 23 - I'm Called Lobster

Chapter 23 I’m Called Lobster

After Cheng Wei sat down, she took out her cell phone and quickly sent a message to Cheng Kun, asking him to send someone to take Cheng Xin away.

After sending the message, she turned to look at Feng Yi, only to see him staring straight at Cheng Xin, his eyes full of the lost joy he had regained.

Cheng Wei clenched her fists, but she couldn’t lose her temper, attempting to preserve her image.

She sat next to Feng Yi and clung to him as if she was declaring her sovereignty. She said, “Little Xin, I forgot to tell you. I’m with Feng Yi now. You should give us your blessing, right?”

So, she was called here to show off their love?

Cheng Xin looked at them coldly, as if it had nothing to do with her.

Feng Yi was a little embarrassed. After all, he had chased Cheng Xin before.

“No, that’s right. I’m with Weiwei now.”

Cheng Xin’s expression didn’t change. She said calmly, “You really have the wrong person. I’m not the Cheng Xin you’re talking about.”

As she said that, she took out the fake ID she had just gotten from Qin Qi. Her slender fingers blocked the other information, leaving only her name and photo.

“My name is Lobster.”

“Huh?!”Feng Yi and Cheng Wei’s reactions were similar to Qin Qi’s.

Cheng Xin was serious as she looked at the funny expressions on their faces.

“L-lobster?”Feng Yi looked at the ID and then at Cheng Xin.

Why did such a beautiful girl have such a shocking name?

“Right, now you know that you have found the wrong person.”

Cheng Xin put her identification card back into her bag and prepared to leave.

Did she really get the wrong person?

In terms of appearance, the woman and Cheng Xin looked precisely the same in front of her.

But upon closer inspection, the temperament of this woman was utterly different from Cheng Xin’s.

Cheng Xin was usually submissive, but this woman had a determined look in her eyes, and she did not look easy to provoke.

Cheng Wei was not reconciled and grabbed Cheng Xin’s wrist.

“Miss, what are you doing?” Cheng Xin frowned and looked at Cheng Wei warily.

Cheng Wei pulled Cheng Xin’s sleeve abruptly, wanting to see if there was an electronic lock on her wrist, but she didn’t know that this behavior was vulgar to others.

Feng Yi also felt that Cheng Wei was too aggressive, so he couldn’t help but frown.

“I’m… sorry.” Cheng Wei hurriedly let go of Cheng Xin’s hand and stammered, “I, I just want to confirm… you really don’t have twin sisters?”

Cheng Xin was displeased and said coldly, “You guys are bizarre. I still have something to do, so I’ll leave first.”

After saying that, she turned around and walked out.

“Don’t go!” Cheng Wei shouted and chased after her.

It was not easy to catch her, so how could Cheng Wei let her go so easily?

Whether she was Cheng Xin or not, it would not be wrong to let Cheng Kun send her to the slums!

“Weiwei, what’s wrong?” Feng Yi was also baffled by Cheng Wei’s behavior. Looking at her, she didn’t look like she was looking for Cheng Xin at all. Instead, she felt a little guilty. Cheng Wei was worried that she would be exposed. She rolled her eyes and explained, “I… I just miss Little Xin too much. It’s not easy to see someone who looks like her, so I was too excited for a moment.”

“Miss Long, it’s fate that we met. Why don’t… we sit down and get to know each other?”

Cheng Wei had to calm this woman down. She wasn’t afraid of anything, but just in case.

Cheng Xin looked at Cheng Wei indifferently as if she was looking at a stranger. “We don’t know each other, so nothing to talk about.”

Cheng Wei grabbed Cheng Xin’s hand and pulled her back to the sofa. She smiled and said, “C’mon, Miss Long. I’ve offended you just now, and I apologize.”

“Yes, Miss Long. Weiwei was just too excited just now. Since fate has brought us together, let’s get to know each other,” Feng Yi said to Cheng Xin, reluctant to part with her.

Cheng Xin raised her eyes and looked at the two people singing along with each other, feeling disgusted.

Seeing that Cheng Xin didn’t leave, Feng Yi promptly handed her his business card and said, “Hello, Miss Long. I’m Feng Yi. This is my business card.”

“You should know me. I’m Cheng Wei.”Cheng Wei felt that she was a household name. Even when she introduced herself, she still acted arrogantly.

Cheng Xin took the business card. She was also used to Cheng Wei’s behavior.

She looked at the words “Feng Corporation” on the business card and pretended to be surprised. “So you’re Feng Yi, the rumored boyfriend of the internet celebrity Cheng Wei? Didn’t Cheng Wei say that you were just ordinary friends when she was interviewed?”
