“Butler Chu, can you let me open the door for Young Master later?”

Butler Chu nodded. “Certainly.”

Clearly, Butler Chu did not treat Bai Feifei as an ordinary maid and was giving her a chance.

More than ten minutes later, Chu Yichen’s car arrived. As soon as it stopped, Bai Feifei sashayed to the Rolls-Royce in the middle of the convoy and called out to him coquettishly.

“Yichen, are you tired? I’ve already prepared dinner.”

Bai Feifei was like a wife waiting for her late-returning husband. She put on her charms and opened the car door. When she saw Chu Yichen’s cold face, she pulled up her already short skirt, revealing an inappropriate amount of flesh.

Chu Yichen sat in the car, reading a telecommunications partnership proposal. He was disgusted by Bai Feifei’s coquettish voice.

He flung the proposal away and got out of the car. Ignoring Bai Feifei’s words, he kept at least half a meter away from her and walked into the villa with the bodyguards.

“Yichen, are you tired? Shall I give you a back rub? I also know massage, and I’m pretty skillful at it. I specially learned all of this. Will you let me do it for you?”

Bai Feifei jogged after him and forcibly squeezed past Chu Yichen’s bodyguards.

“Yichen, wait for me! I can’t walk fast in high heels. If you move too fast, I’ll fall. It hurts!”

Li An’an tried very hard to hold back her laughter. She finally understood what Auntie Zhang meant by an entertaining show.

Auntie Zhang nudged her with her arm. The two of them exchanged glances and held back their laughter.

After Chu Yichen went in, he ate alone. Li An’an was assigned to the living room again.

She realized that the food was sumptuous, but Chu Yichen did not eat much.

Bai Feifei continued to speak in an unbearably coquettish voice.

Chu Yichen ate expressionlessly. Even Li An’an admired how he could keep his food down.

“This soup is a liii~ttle hot, but Feifei has already blown on it for you. Drink it slowly!”

“And this fish has some ouchy little bones. Be careful too!”

Li An’an was having a truly hard time holding it in.

Finally, the meal ended amidst Bai Feifei’s coquettish chattering. After dinner, Chu Yichen sat on the sofa and was drinking water.

He took off his jacket, revealing a dark-colored shirt that outlined his muscular figure. Bai Feifei trailed after him with fruits in her hands.

“Yichen, would you like grapes, apples, or strawberries today? How about strawberries? I specially washed them for you. In order to get them clean, I even hurt my hands and broke a nail.”

Bai Feifei picked up a crimson-red strawberry and was about to feed it to Chu Yichen. She leaned against him, but Chu Yichen suddenly stood up. She lost her balance and fell onto the sofa.

Li An’an couldn’t take it anymore.

“Pfft!”

A chuckle escaped her.

Two pairs of eyes turned towards her at the same time. One was Bai Feifei’s furious glare, and the other was Chu Yichen’s stern gaze.

She hurriedly lowered her head.

Chu Yichen glanced at her and went upstairs.

Li An’an heaved a sigh of relief. Thankfully, he didn’t take it to heart.

Bai Feifei gritted her teeth and followed him with a red face.

The two of them went upstairs. Li An’an was curious about what Bai Feifei would do next and how Chu Yichen would respond. However, she couldn’t see them from downstairs.

What a pity.

She glanced at her phone. It was almost time to pick up her children.

Fortunately, the butler said that they could go, so she hurriedly rushed out.

After running out of the villa, she hailed a taxi and rushed to the kindergarten.

The sky was already dark. The three children and Principal Liu were watching television in the K1 classroom.

“Mommy!”

The three children flew out of the classroom when they saw her.

Li An’an gave each of them a hug.

“I’m sorry, Mommy had to work overtime.”

“Mommy, you’ve worked hard.”

Li An’an was very touched. Her babies were the most obedient and sensible children in the world.

“Thank you, Principal.”

Li An’an was very grateful to her for staying back with her children.

Principal Liu smiled.

“Don’t worry about it. Parents these days have to work and take care of their children. It’s very stressful. We’ll try our best to help if we can. Go home with them while it’s still early. See you tomorrow, children.”

“See you tomorrow, Principal.”

Li An’an brought the three children out of the kindergarten, then went to the nearby supermarket to buy groceries before taking the bus back to their apartment.
