"It's pretty simple. I just don't like her!" Angelina had never been fond of Nancy.

"Auntie, you know your son. It doesn't matter whether you like her or not. All that matters to Charles is that he does. I think it would be better if you just leave them alone! I really can't understand why you put Nancy in a difficult position. You women tear each other down!" Joseph muttered to himself.

"What did you say, Joseph?" Angelina shouted, her eyes wide with indignation.

"No, no. Ha-ha..." Joseph hurriedly put on a sarcastic smile. "I said Auntie is wise, absolutely wise!"

"I know what's going on in your mind. If Charles married Nancy who has no family background, it will be an opportunity for you to take over the TS Group. You and your father are very scheming. Joseph wouldn't deny that the idea crossed his mind before. But ever since he came back, he had witnessed how hard Charles worked day by day as the CEO. He didn't even

It was such a coincidence. Right after Hiram bought the steamed buns, he chanced upon Nancy and Edward entering a special barbecue joint.

Hiram had met Edward in the hospital before.

By the way it looked, he had the impression that Nancy and Edward were enjoying their conversation.

"Uncle Hiram, is that mommy?" Nadia was keen-sighted like a hawk, but she was having second thoughts about if it really was Nancy. She was unsure so she asked Hiram.

"Nadia, you must be mistaken. I didn't see her. Let's go." Hiram hurriedly handed the steamed buns to the two children and took them home.

He stayed with the children after arriving at the house. However, it was starting to get dark but Nancy was yet to show up at home. That was when he began to feel uneasy.

If something happened to Nancy and Edward, how could he explain it to Charles?

The more he thought about it, the more worried he became. He decided he should call Charles.
