29 Are You Okay, Rishi?

Both of them had got into a BMW of Rishi and hurried to the hospital. As soon as they reached, Rishi again took Aliya in his arms. By this time Aliya was sub-conscious. She could only see someone carrying her but soon she lost her senses again. Rishi and Bhavna chased the doctors who were carrying Aliya on a stretcher until Aliya was admitted in the ICU.

Bhavna was exhausted from the whole incident while Rishi was still anxious for Aliya's condition. Seeing him worried, Bhavna went near him and patted his shoulders. When he turned around Bhavna said

"All is well, Rishi. Don't worry."

"How did it happen?"

Without even bothering Bhavna's attempt to console him, he threw this question

"Maybe because of the...weather?"

Hearing her answering with uncertainity Rishi could only sigh and brood over this thought. Soon doctor exited the ICU theatre with a gentle smile.

"Mr.Rishi, nothing has happened to her, it was.....

"If nothing happened to her why did she fell unconscious?"

Seeing Rishi about to outburst on the doctor, Bhavna tried to handle the situation

"That means nothing is serious, isn't it doctor?"

"Yes, she fainted because of low blood pressure. Her body was dehydrated. But I think there maybe other causes also."

Before asking the doctor, Rishi looked suspiciously on Bhavna

"What other causes?"

"Maybe she was in an intense emotional stress which combined with the former cause and ended up in..... fainting...

Before the doctor could complete his explanation, he already saw the growing anger on Rishi's face. Rishi took glances on Bhavna. Realizing that she was no more safe around him, she quickly changed the topic.

"Doctor, can you tell me when will she open her eyes?"

Now this was a smart move. Bhavna knew that this will be the question which will divert Rishi's attention from her.

Aliya opened her eyes and saw Rishi and Bhavna sitting on either sides. She saw that Rishi was shooting glares at Bhavna while she was ignoring his stare by looking down. As soon as Bhavna saw her moving she exclaimed

"FINALLY! You are awake darling!"

When Rishi saw Aliya awake, he had a grinning face. Aliya was puzzled on the whole scene

"You are in the hospital. You were unconscious so we took you here. As soon as we reached, the doctors took you to the ICU.....

Before Rishi could complete, Aliya yelled

"ICU!!!!!!!! AM I OKAY?"

"Nothing to worry. You are fine. You are shifted to this normal room. Soon you will be discharged."

Assuming that she is in general ward, Aliya looked around but could not find any one else except herself lying on the bed. As Rishi saw her in a confused state he answered before her question arrived

"You are in a private room."

"Oh okay. VIP one."

"So from how many days aren't you drinking water?"

Seeing Bhavna throw this weird question to her all of a sudden, she was baffled

"What happened Bhavna?"

"The doctor said your body was dehydrated totally and so you fainted. So now I have decided to drench you."

"Ugh..... Was that the reason? I thought...

Rishi was about to ask Aliya what was the actual reason but soon Bhavna changed the topic again

"Are you the doctor Aliya?"

"NO... But why are you suddenly so rude to me?

"Ugh... not rude but....

"Bhavna I think you may leave now. You have to reach the location for shooting. Do not worry about Aliya. I am here to look at it. If the doctor permits then I will bring her. Or else I will drop her in the hotel and then join you later."

Seeing Rishi cut off their conversation, Bhavna felt that Rishi had done a correct thing for the first time. She was already tensed here, if she escapes then she can be saved from his anger and can also get time to inform Anushka. But leaving her bff in this condition was definitely not her choice.

"Bhavna, I am fine. You should go now. You have your own commitments. Do not delay it. It is you first big project, right?"

"Ya right. But I will have that guilt." Bhavna sighed

"Nothing was your fault, go now."

Wondering about which guilt she was talking about, Rishi looked at Bhavna.

"Okay then. I will leave now. And you better take care. Or else I will literally drench you from head to toe."

"As you say, master."

Bidding goodbye to both, Bhavna left the hospital.

An awkward silence came in the room. Aliya and Rishi both wondered how to start their conversation. But then Aliya spoke to Rishi which elicited a smile on his face that at least she is comfortable to speak to him informally

"Thank you, sir. And also sorry that because of me your whole schedule turned upside down."

"You should at least now know that your boss has many people under him who can handle small meetings.Nothing was more important than your health."

Aliya felt a sense of gratitude towards this person. She had nothing but only those things Bhavna said revolving in her mind. Seeing her in deep thoughts, Rishi feared that due to taking tension Aliya will again risk her health.

"If you have anything that is disturbing you... can... share.. even though you had warned me not to have any personal talks with you."

Aliya remembered those incidents in which she had taunted him mercilessly. Suddenly she asked a question which startled Rishi and made him to think for a few seconds as to what she was referring to.

"Are you okay, Rishi?"
