Chapter 324 - WHEN JANUS TURNS FERAL

Chan Gu butted in as soon as he heard what his other two friends were talking all about.

To be honest it was not just Mu Lingxi who was curious about Luna.

Even Chan Gu and the rest of their friends were also curious to know how exactly was Luna right now.

After all, they had been together through thick and thins and brave different dangers just to help Luna in her recovery.

But more than that, it was because Luna was also their savior.

If it was not for the other party pitting herself against the army of the undead just to buy them some time to escape, she would not have landed herself to a precarious situation.

Which in the end made her lost her consciousness for a long time.

Long Yue's friends were also worried sick about Luna as much as he did.

At the same time, they were also ridden by guilt by what happened to Long Yue's pet

That was why when they found out that the other party was already awake, they also wanted to see her right away.

So when Chan Gu heard his friend, Su Yan (Mu Lingxi) brought up the matter, he supported the other party right away.

"Err... About that, I'm afraid I can't----"

"Long Yue, what was wrong?? Is everything okay here? Why does it feel like you were trying to hide something from us????

This time it was Yun Xue who spoke.

He rarely involved himself in these kinds of trivial matters.

The two young warlocks who apparently came late were surprised to see their friends gathered up together.

When Long Fuzi saw that Long Yue seemed to look pale and there were even bids of sweat forming on his forehead he immediately approached him.

"Ohh... I-- I'm o--o- okay. I think, I just need some rest."

Long Yue answered his brother while trying his best to stop himself from stuttering as much as he could.

When Chan Gu, Mu Lingxi and Yun Xue saw  Long Yue's reaction, it only further make them more curious and suspicious at the same time.

Just what exactly could have happened to Luna for Long Yue to react weirdly like that?

"I'm sorry Long Yue if we are putting you on the spot right now. If you are really not comfortable showing us Luna yet, then we will respect your decision..."

Mu Lingxi said.

"No. Its not like that. Its not like I don't want you guys to meet Luna... It is just that..."

Long Yue trailed off in his words when he tried to explain himself.

"What's wrong Long Yue? You can tell us."

"Luna.... she is..."

[WHAT?!!!!! Luna is what??? She is what?!!!! DARN IT!!! Why this Long Yue can't just complete his words?! HAIXT!!!]

Janus said fully anxious this time.

Among all of the listeners gathered around Long Yue, he was undeniably the most agitated one.

Since he was the only one who can't butt into the conversation due to the fact that no one could understand him aside from Mu Lingxi

He had been dying to know what had happened to his beloved Luna. But this Long Yue was a complete pain to his ass.

Aside from preventing anyone from meeting Luna, he could not even tell them exactly what was happening.

Then when he decided to finally reveal what was actually was happening to Luna, he was then trailing off with his words like that.

[Haixt! If I could just choke out those words out from that annoying lad, I would have done it already...]

Mu Lingxi hissed to her pet when she noticed that Janus was starting to get more agitated and was becoming hysterical to the point that he almost looked like a feral cat in the side.

Thankfully, only she could understand Janus words.

Or else, Long Yue would possibly receive an earful from him.
