After arriving at the home, we immediately prepare ingredients for lunch. Since it's already lunch time, I will make another easy and fast to serve the dish. I already make some rice in the rice cooker before we left home to the Department of Industry and Trade, I only need to prepare some dish to accompany the rice. My choice goes to a dish called Honey Mustard Pork Chops, and to make that dish s quite simple. All I need is :

1/4 cup honey,2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard,1 tablespoon butter, Garlic powder for taste,1 1/2 pounds center-cut boneless pork chops - 1/2-inch thick

The process to cook this also not too complicated, and within 30 minutes it's all done.

Mix honey and mustard together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and lay pork chops into the hot butter. Sprinkle chops with half the garlic powder and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder, and pan-fry chops for 3 more minutes.

Brush honey mustard sauce over chops, turn them over, and cook for 5 minutes; turn chops onto other side and brush with honey mustard sauce. Cook until chops are no longer pink inside and an instant-read meat, about 5 more minutes.

Ming Er comes to the kitchen with her camera, and start to take pictures before we eat.

"Hubby, what is this dish called?"

"Honey Mustard Pork Chop. I make it special for you, there's sweet flavor from honey and sour flavor from mustard"

"Um, hubby really knows what I'm like. Let's eat hubby, I'm already hungry"

"Yes, here's your bowl wifey, eat until you full for our baby too"

Ming Er smiles sweetly when hearing the words 'our baby', she timidly accepts the bowl and eats it neatly. After one bowl emptied, she handed her bowl for another serving

"Hubby, one more, please. This pork chop is too delicious, the sweetness from the honey and sourness from mustard can mix elegantly with the crispiness of the pork meat"

"Sure, here's the second serving"

Watch my wife eat so happily make my heart also feel happy. There's no more happiness to see someone you love so much look happy, especially when she eats something that you made for her.

When the lunch is over, we wash the dishes together and after that Ming Er returns to her laptop. She wants to make some logo design for our business and will be painted in our food truck too. After working on her laptop for some time, she calls me for my opinion for the logo

"Hubby, take a look for these logos, which one do you like?"

She turns her laptop and shows me several images on the screen. They are the good logo and I having trouble which one is suitable and good for our business. Finally, I make up my mind on a logo that resembles a child but having wings on his back carrying fork and spoon in his hand.

"Wifey, they all good make me hard to decide, but I choose this one, little child with the wings, it looks cute"

"That's Cupid, hubby"

"Cupid? What is that?"

"A deity in Roman mythology who delivers love for a couple. In this logo, I want to give the message that we give our love in our cooking"

"Good meaning. I like that logo"

"Um, I also think hubby will like this one too"

I kiss her forehead as a token of appreciation for her work.

"Wifey, for this afternoon agenda, where will we check our baby? We go to the clinic or hospital?"

"How about Guanghan Maternity & Children Health Hospital, hubby? It's a big hospital and I think we can get information about how to keep our baby safe and healthy during pregnancy.

"Okay, let's go there when the day is not too hot later"

"Um, I also want to send this logo to my brother. He will give to the workshop that working our food truck to paint it on the truck walls"

"Okay, I also prepare something for dinner later"

So, we busy with our own job. My wife busy with the business thing while I'm preparing something to cook for dinner.
