48 Registering Business

Next morning when I wake up, Ming Er still lying in my embrace, I feel so refreshed and peaceful today. I kiss her back and whisper in her ears to check if she already wakes up or not.

"Wifey, are you already awake?"

"Um, yes hubby, but I want to stay longer under your embrace like this"

"Okay, I also want to do the same"

So we stay like this for a while until Ming Er start talking

"Hubby, what's your plan today?"

"We have a technician to repair the water heater today, so I can't go out before the technician come"

"If the technician come early and we still have time, I want to go to the Department of Industry and Trade to register our new business, hubby"

"Alright, if we had time to go there. Anything else?"

"I'll design the logo and layout for the food truck while waiting for the technician to come"

"Um okay. Wifey, don't you want to go to the doctor to check our baby?"

I ask her while rubbing her belly gently

"Um, I just remember that. I haven't checked it at all after getting pregnant. Hubby, can you accompany me to the doctor?"

"Sure, we can go in the afternoon"

"Mmm, thanks hubby"

"You welcome, wifey"

After that, we get up from the bed, go to the bathroom and bath together, and do another round again in the bathroom because we get aroused when rubbing each other body. Finish taking bath and wearing clothes, I'm going downstairs to prepare breakfast while Ming Er cleans up our room from the remains of last night romance.

Since I haven't prepared anything for breakfast last night, I decided to use leftover from the last night. There is some rice in the rice cooker, but not other dish remains. So the only available menu for breakfast is fried rice. To make a simple fried rice is quite easy, what you need to prepare is:

1 egg,1 tablespoon water,1 tablespoon butter,1 tablespoon vegetable oil,1 onion, chopped,2 cups cooked white rice, cold,2 tablespoons soy sauce,1 teaspoon ground black pepper,1 cup cooked, chopped chicken meat.

The cooking direction also quite simple,

In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg and leave flat for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and cut into shreds.

Heat oil in the same skillet; add onion and saute until soft. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper, and chicken. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg. Serve hot.

This simple fried rice is done with 15 minutes of cooking. When I'm still cooking, Ming Er comes from the upstairs with the laundry in her hand and go to the washing room to wash them.

"Hubby, what you cook?"

"Just a simple fried rice, not worthy to take pictures because everyone can make it"

"Um, I will put this laundry in washing machine first then I'll go to the kitchen"

"Sure, take your time"

When I finish cooking and move the fried rice to the plates, Ming Er comes from the washing room.

"Hubby, you're done?"

"Yes, let's eat together while it's still hot"

We eat breakfast together while discussing our plan again for today. At ten o'clock, a technician from Guanghe electrical appliance repairs coming and check our water heater. After he checking, there's a part that broken and must be replaced, luckily he also brings the spare part for that broken part, so he can installed and repairing the water heater can be done within the day. Finish repairing, checking if the water heater functional, and after all was okay, the technician give the bill, we pay him and he returns to his office. The repairing water heater only took one hour, so I and Ming Er still have time to go to the Department of Industry and Trade in the city hall to register our business.

We take a bus to go to the city hall after preparing all the necessary form that we need to register a business. With Ming Er advice to re-register my restaurant under the new name, we will register two business unit, food truck, and restaurant, although I don't know when this restaurant will be open but at least we already have a permit to open the business.

There's no trouble at all when we register our business at Department of Industry and Trade. They're very welcoming for every new business that opened in He Xing city. Well, with more business that's mean there will be more tax income for them too. After filling the form and submit all necessary item needed to register a business, we told to wait for another day while our application processed in the Department of Industry and Trade.

We are done with our business in the Department of Industry and Trade just when lunch time arrived. I ask Ming Er if she wants to eat outside or go home and eat at home. She prefers the later

"After eating hubby cooking, other people cooking taste only so-so in my mouth"

That's what she said when refusing to eat outside. So we return to our home to eat lunch.
