The workers had gathered around us at the garden wnen they had finished their work in the warehouse and were anticipating their new task, roles and responsibilities. They were discussing themselves earlier on what their tasks may be since they had completed the works for the warehouse.

The saw the banner from where they were sitting and was expecting something big to happen next. Little did they know that the warehouse in front of them spells future for the three of them.

The girls noticed the men gathering there and served morning tea break and it is the norm for Hiko-sama and me to discuss matters over food and drink. The men ate and drank their morning tea as they await further instructions.

"Good morning men, today is the day where everyone would be permanently employed by us and deployed according to specific roles, responsibilities and duties."

I greeted them as we were about to commence the meeting.

"First of all, please tell me your names as take note of this into our records." The men rattled off their names and we took every single one of them. Age and profession are not important at this moment as they would be rotated in terms of their duties.

"Have anyone of you ever held a weapon in your life?"

I asked and they said the only weapons they ever had held were hoes and rakes. I was thinking of them to hold truncheons when they were deployed as guards.

"Never mind about that. It is not that important because you won't be carrying any cold weapons except maybe a 2x4 in the future."

I explained and they understood that they were required to be guards.

"OK, listen up men. There are 10 of you here and every week your duties would be rotated. For example, in one week you could be a storekeeper working from 8 am to 6 pm to keep track of the inventory of the stocks in the warehouse."

Hiko-sama took over from me as he was assigned and takes responsibility for the deployment of these tasks.

"The next following week, you may be assigned as delivery boys to attend to deliveries in town or out of town. Those who were assigned to deliver out of town, please be expected to be outstation for some days at a time."

I asked if they had any questions and they said they had none and understood so far. One asked that he had no experience in storekeeping and I explained that the first two would be taught in how to manage stock levels.

"After that week, you would also be assigned to work as security guards here based on an 8-hour rotational duty starting from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm and 11 pm to 7 am. At any one shift, there would be 2 security guards guarding this premises."

Again I asked if they had any questions and they replied they had none.

"Today is considered as your first day of work and you would be paid 1 gold coin every 2 weeks, are there any questions so far?"

Hiko-sama asked the men and they said that they would prefer to be paid by 5 silvers every 7 days. They asked if it's alright as they need money to roll to get the necessaries for their family.

Hiko-sama then decided that the men will all be paid 5 silvers per week and the men signed inwardly as they heard the good news.

"Alright, remember one important thing. At any moment or circumstances, NO ONE is allowed to enter the small storage room in the warehouse, do you understand? If you were caught peeking or trying to gain access in any way, you will be TERMINATED. Do I make myself clear?"

The men nodded and understood that they could not go near that room or else they would lose their livelihood. They knew that they need not do any much labour now and they could easily earn 5 silvers and learn 3 new professions.

Also, they were thinking that their jobs would be scheduled for 8 hours daily and would have more time to spend with their families.

"OK, I will now call out your names now and assign your roles for this week."

Hiko-sama called out their names and their duties. 2 men assigned as storekeepers, 2 men as delivery boys cum messenger and 6 men assigned as security.

6 men stayed back and the other 4 were told to go back to rest and return back for the 2nd shift and 3rd shift duties respectively. I told them that 2nd shift security would be needed to help out in production line for this moment. The 4 bowed and headed back home. While the 6 were awaiting their orders.

2 men were told to make a short 2x4 timber as a means of deterrence from intruders. I told them that they need to guard the main door here and monitor the movements for the goods that move in and out.

Since its a start of a new day for Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha, and we have no products left, the 6 men would help out in the production line today and they would be doing it in the garden.

I went back to my room and entered the Realm of Mind after meditating and brought out the new batch of papers to the real world. I placed them near the main door and called out the men to help carry it to the garden.

Since the warehouse is empty and had not been properly inaugurated, work has to be done outside. I asked one of the girls to guide them men on how to fold the papers and turn them into paper bags. After some tries, they managed to do it perfectly.

I told them not to rush and I want everything to be perfectly done. The men nodded in acknowledgement and started to work on the Furoa Kurina "Eucalyptus Scent" paper bags.

I gave the Hanna and Izumi 2 gold coins to prepare extra meals for the men. Hiko-sama explained who these men are and their roles and responsibilities for the following week. Since there was nothing much to do at the moment, they would chip in to assist the product line. Hanna and Izumi passed the message down to the rest and proceeded to go market to replenish their food supplies.

I remembered about the charity funds and decided to use one of the herbs basket in the Realm of Mind and bring it back here, lined it with a cloth and pour all the coppers and silvers in them for the purchase of foods and place them in the house so the girls would get it from there instead.

Since the men and the girls all had their tasks, Hiko-sama and I decided to head to the Realm of Mind and prepare Kurin and Furoa Kurina and went back to our room.

After entering our meditative state, we entered the Realm of Mind and get to work. Hiko-sama and I used a scraper to scrape the 1st stack of the tray that was the Kurin with the Lemon Scent. After scraping them, I showed Hiko-sama the way to blend the scrapes and once he had done so, he poured the granular powder into a sack that was used to store lye.

Hiko-sama was stationed at the blender and he blended all the 15 kilograms of soap scrapes and mix it with the 5 kilograms of washing soda. After he had done so, he threaded the openings shut and carried it to an empty pallet and marked them accordingly.

I was busy scraping the trays and were joined by Hiko-sama as we continued on the second batch of mix for the Furoa Kurina Pine Scent.

Hiko-sama proceeded to process the same way and worked in the 20 kilograms of nett weight for the Furoa Kurina Pine Scent while I worked on the 3rd stack of Furoa Kurina Eucalyptus Scent.

The whole process was related and I joined Hiko-sama to blend the 3rd batch and mix it with the 5 kilograms of washing soda. Once we had completed the tasks, we stepped back and looked at the stack of gunny sacks on the 3 pallets.

There were 4 sacks on each pallet and told Hiko-sama that we will bring this back to the storage area tonight after the grand opening event. He smiled and he was somehow satisfied with the work done and had created 60 kilograms of powdered formula that would be packed accordingly and distributed.

"We do not have to wait for the products to be completed before we send to the clients. We can send them by batches and receive cash upon delivery."

"Before that, we can patent these first and I will promote it to the lady boss and told her that these items are readily available. How much you want to sell these for?"

"How about we based on the offer made by the lady boss and see what she says. How about we go together tomorrow?"

"Sounds fine with me, kid. We go to the Patent and trademark department and then we can proceed to meet the lady boss."

With that, we logged off our meditative state and went back to the real world all smelling nice with the residue of powder in our hands. When we sat at the garden to have our tea, the men can't help noticing that we smelt like as if we had poured perfume in our bodies and asks what was the smell all about.

We explain that these are the powder that was meant for packing and distribution soon.

Hiko-sama explains the 3 types of powder and the men listened intently and hoped to buy them for their households soon.

+-==Meanwhile for Hide and Toshi==-+

They arrived on horseback and was greeted by the guards manning the gates and when they noticed the then Samurai without their armour and katana, they opened up the gate just large enough for the horses to pass through.

"What brings you here to Aizuwakamatsu Town, Samurai-San? It is been some time we had met you by a couple of months back. How are you doing?"

"Ah... We are here on research. We need to find out how many Blacksmith Shops and Cosmetic Beauty Shops here in this town. We also need to find out certain things from the Treasury. Maybe you guys can help me."

"Sure Samurai-San, anything we would do to help." one of the guys replied.

"How was the exchange rate here in this town? Is it the same as 10 coppers for 1 silver and 10 silvers for 1 gold?" Hide asked.

"Yes, the exchange rates here are the same except for smaller villages that charges slightly higher for coppers to silver."

"Oh, we would be dealing here in Aizuwakamatsu Town only so it doesn't matter much. By the way, how many blacksmiths are there here in this town?"

"Oh, this is a big town and we have 3 blacksmiths for every corner. They mainly focus on either metal armour, metal weapons or armour mixed with metal and leather and 3 Blacksmith in the trading district. So there's a total of 15 Blacksmith here all together."

Hide and Toshi looked at each other, and the thoughts of striking oil had been achieved. They excused themselves and went to the first 3 blacksmiths.

Since they had 2 [Refined Iron] plates with them, they could tackle 2 Blacksmith shops at the same time. They first went to the weapons and armour shops and introduced themselves as ambassadors from Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and had brought along the item that they want to introduce to them.

"Omagai! These are the exact pieces that we had been looking for! We heard it originated from Kitakata and it costs 8 gold pieces each! We had bought 3 pieces to try out and it made a fine piece of weapon that frankly worth at least 50% more than the value that we had paid! "

The leather armour shop next door also came in to take a look and he too had bought 2 pieces to make a partial breastplate for the adventurers.

The ambassadors explained that it would be cheaper to buy direct from FJK and they noticed that the piece had been stamped with the trademark and also the purity.

"How about this, we gather all the Blacksmiths here and then you could place orders for your own shop, how about it? At least it saves our breath in discussing one at a time, right?"

"Great idea, I send my messengers now."

"Same here too, we will have a short meeting and all can go to the tavern here and hold it there. We had not been having such meetings for a long time."

"Good...good...lead us to the tavern and we could have our lunch and let our horses rest a bit"

And so the ambassadors dismounted and pulled the horse by the reins as the 3 blacksmiths summoned all their messengers for an emergency meeting stating that [Refined Iron] has arrived in Aizuwakamatsu and could buy directly from the ambassadors.

The ambassadors had rested after a quick lunch when throngs of Blacksmith came and soon occupied the rather quiet tavern. Most of them ride mounts so it's faster to cover the distance in a short while.

Soon, 15 blacksmiths from Aizuwakamatsu had congregated and the ambassadors took out the [Refined Iron] and passed it around to be assessed and examined.

There was a lot of commotion as discussions go around and they welcomed the ambassadors to their town as purchasing directly from them was definitely going to be cheaper.

"Good day, fellow gentlemen. My name is Hide and thus is my brother Toshi and we are the ambassadors from Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and we are gathered here today to give you an opportunity to forge better weapons, armours and sub armours for your clients as well as supply them to the Militia, Imperialist as well as adventurers and other classes of warriors."

"The piece here that we brought along comes directly from our factory and we are gathered today on this blessed day to gather your interests and orders for the next coming week or so. We won't take any money from you first, but you could settle the payment with us when the goods had arrived in your shop verified and accounted for."

"There won't be a delivery charge to transport the item here and it would be sent directly to your shops by yours truly. If you have any questions or queries, please ask them now and we would answer them to our best capabilities."

The Blacksmiths were discussing among themselves and some were mentally thinking about how many pieces they would need from their shop and the resources they had in their safe boxes.

"How much are you selling those [Refined Iron] pieces? Are they the same price as the ones we were offered by a Blacksmith from your village?"

"How much did they offer you, my friend?"

"8 pieces of gold each! A bit expensive but the goods we forge is also very fine! Some of the adventurers wanted to trade their weapons and armour as well when they heard that they had better equipment now. And better equipment means their survival chances are higher by 50-80%!"

"We would let you have a better profit margin and if we do, would you be able to commit 200 pieces of [Refined Iron] each for your shop in the initial purchase?"

"We need 2 pieces to make a sub armour plate, 4 pieces to make half a breastplate and 2 pieces to make a gauntlet and thigh armour and other smaller pieces of armour."

"Yes, as for shields and weapons we need at least 3 to make a short sword and 3 to make a small buckler. Anything larger than that would need 4 to 5 pieces or sometimes 6 pieces to make a full shield."

"The sub armour also needs to be replaced for all Militia and Imperialist horses and there are at least 5,000 of them here alone in this town."

The ambassadors wrote down the information so they could use as a gauge on how many pieces of [Refined Iron] that are required.

After some 5 to 10 minutes of discussion and also a spark of heated argument arises, the blacksmiths had all come to a conclusion.

The sub armour section would order 200 pieces, while the weapons and armour section would order 250 and 300 pieces respectively.

The ambassadors quickly took out the sketchpad and wrote the orders and their names and had the figure written as above.

Sub armour section 200x5=1,000 pieces

Armor section 250x5=1,250 pieces

Weapon section 300x5= 1,500 pieces

Just for Aizuwakamatsu alone the total amounts to 3,750 pieces.

The ambassadors took their names and section and informed them that they will send a messenger to let them know the date of delivery so that they could get ready the payment.

"But... You had not told us the price. Is it 7 or 6 and a half gold?"

"So sorry, we were too busy writing the information and forget to tell you the cost. It's 5 gold pieces each."

"5 GOLD EACH?!?! We were ripped off and paid 8 gold for the last time! We saved 3 gold each and luckily you guys came at the right time. My God...! Just for 5 gold and delivery is free!! Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha for this blessed day and this item."

"Alright, we will process the orders and will be sending the items partly so that everyone would be able to receive the same number of [Refined Iron] plates all at the same time."

"For example, we will pass you 50 plates each for all sections to be fair for everyone and you would pay for the 50 pieces first. Followed by another round until we had satisfied your orders. Would the be fine with everyone?"

"That sounds very fair to us. We are from the Blacksmith Alliance so we do not compete with prices but we go along well. Settled then, the first 50 pieces for everyone here."

The ambassadors made a quick note and discovered that this town alone, they would need to visit 5 times to deliver the plates.

The ambassadors thanked the blacksmiths and retrieved the plates back. Soon the blacksmiths dispersed and went about their own way.

"Wow... Didn't realise that we can strike oil in this town. I'm sure the situation with Miroku and Kami would be the same."

"Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha!!!"

+-==Meanwhile for Miroku and Kami==-+

The situation there in Yonezawa was not different, and they had congregated at the Blacksmith Alliance instead with the 12 Blacksmiths.

The order for the goods would in the same order as the 3 sections since the 4 of the ambassadors had discussed on their mode of delivery and how to perform their sales talk. They concluded the fact that if Hiko-sama alone can do it, why can't they.

So for Yonezawa, their orders would be as follow:

Sub armor section: 150x4=600 pieces

Weapon section: 250x4=1,000 pieces

Armor section: 350x4=1,400 pieces

For a total of 3,000 pieces.

Since the ambassadors have other tasks to attend to in their respective towns, they sent a messenger each to Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha with a note simply as follow:

Aizuwakamatsu 3,750 PI 50px15bx5t

Yonezawa 3,000 PI 50px12bx5t

If anyone saw the note, they could understand its the name of the town but won't know what the rest means except for the numbers.

The note was sent express and it cost 2 silver from Aizuwakamatsu and 4 silvers from Yonezawa. For normal delivery, it would just cost half price.

+-==Meanwhile in Kitakata==-+

We were sitting at the terrace when a messenger came from Aizuwakamatsu Town. We were drawing up a plan on our next day arrangements when we received a note from the first town. Our hearts skipped a beat because the duo had been a samurai and we hoped that they were doing fine.

When we opened the note we were in for a sweet surprise when we say the name of the town and the orders for [Refined Iron] had been placed. We looked at the codes right after that and was figuring it before I finally exclaimed that it was meant for 50 pieces for 15 Blacksmith for 5 trips for a total of 3,750 pieces and that figure alone is 18,750 gold pieces! And for each delivery, we earn 3,750 gold coins!

After sometime later, a messenger from Yonezawa arrived with a note and we were delighted that the managers had done a super swell job on the very first day!

The note states the same thing with the codes of 50px12bx5 which equals to 3,000 plates at a total gross of 15,000 gold coins.

We round off delivery of 100 pieces x 27 (2,700 pieces every 3 days) for the blacksmiths of both towns. Right now we need to increase the number of moulding sets for the plates which we currently had about 120 moulds.

I said to Hiko-sama we would increase the plates to 200 moulds so the output would be set at a steady rate of 1,000 pieces which would be completed by 5 hours or less than 2 hours in the real world. While the time to take for the plates to cool and harden in the Realm of Mind would only take 8 hours in the real world.

I asked 2 of the men to send a note to their former boss and bring back 2 horse-drawn wagons filled with the junk from the furniture warehouse and return back the horse after sending the wagon here. I specifically told the men to store the 2 wagons inside the warehouse first and place it near the storeroom.

The 2 men volunteered and trotted back to meet the former boss after I had handed the note to them.

In about an hours time, the men reached with 2 horse-drawn wagons. They unhook the wagons from the horses and they pushed it inside the warehouse. I sent another note for the former boss that we would like to borrow the horses for a few days next time around.

They sent the horses back and returned with regards from their former boss saying that we could borrow the horses anytime at no additional costs.

"Great, tonight our task and workload would be increased by 3 fold but it's worth it!" I thought to myself.

I whispered to Hiko-sama about a change of plans and he himself is looking forward for the workout. Sitting around, lazing with a jar of sake does great harm to a body that had been used to the elements and working out in the Blacksmith room in the Realm of Mind really worked up a sweat. Hiko-sama was looking forward to it.

The 6 men soon dispersed back home at 6 pm. The first 2 security had stayed till 6 pm and joined by another 2 on the 2nd shift. The 2 security helped to compile the bundles of paper bags according to a stack of 50s and placed it on the table for the girls to collect.

The 2 security had dinner served by the girls and then helped to set up the roman candles and rockets at 630 pm and passerby saw the setup and were all milling around to watch the spectacle unfold. By 7 pm when the first yatai arrived to serve supper, the girls joined us and distributed the sparklers to the children that were brought by their parents.

When the 1st rocket was launched, it shoots high in the sky before the fireworks burst above, searing their brilliant light and vivacious colour onto everyone retinas. It lit up the sky, momentarily, as it plunges the village into brightness. Each one draws a pattern into the sky, something unique and breathtaking, never to be repeated exactly no matter how many are ignited and sent to their sky-bound destiny.

Everyone cheered and clapped their hands as the yatai seller made a quick sale as a large crowd gathered there to view the spectacle in the sky. Each rocket was released into the air a few seconds after the fireworks had died down.

I shouted, "God Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha" and all the girls echoed and soon the cheers spread among the crowds. The roman candles were lit one by one in front of the main warehouse doors.

After the event had died down, several people asked about the nature of business and Hiko-sama saw the lady boss among the crowd and remarked as he gestured the lady boss forward and announced,"In a day or two, please do come and visit our lady boss here, who is the owner of the well-known cosmetics shop here in Kitakata as our products would be on display and sold there."

"Please do support her in her business and trade and I assure you that the products sold by her are exclusive! Thank you, my dear friends and neighbours!"

The lady boss was delighted and was standing close to Hiko-sama that she can smell the lemon, pine and eucalyptus scent on him. She asked what perfume he wore and Hiko-sama smiled and said that it was the product of 1 Detergent for laundry and the other 2 is for washing the floors.

The lady boss was surprised that even the floors and laundry can smell so nice like perfume. "I was about to go to your shop tomorrow after visiting the patent and trademark," Hiko-sama explained.

I took the opportunity to ask one of the girls to bring me a paper bag for Kurin and Furoa Kurina each and I gave it to Hiko-sama and at the same, I assessed the lady boss.

She takes one look at it, just the paper bag alone and she was extremely delighted. Hiko-sama said the product is readily available by tomorrow and its about 80 packets for the three types.

She offered 1 gold coin each and asks for all of them to be delivered to her shop once it is ready. All 240 packets without even seeing the actual product and just by the paper bag alone.

"God Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha"
