Name:Pokemon Pearl Author:Marc0702
The next morning, Rico and Jonathan woke up from their good night sleep. Lucario then woke up as well. The two brothers then, simultaneously, fixed their beds, and went downstairs to eat breakfast, with Lucario following them.

Downstairs, in the dining room, the family are having breakfast. Their meal are waffles with maple syrup, strawberry and blueberry yogurt, milk, grain cereal, warm, crispy toast and coffee. And as they were having breakfast, Lucas asked the kids, "So kids, how's the room last night? Isn't nice and comfy?"

"Yup," Rico happily replied.

"Thanks, dad," Jonathan happily added.

"Okay, then," Lucas brightly responded, "what you're gonna do for today?"

"I think I'm staying home to help mom," Jonathan replied with concern about his mother.

"I'm going to learn more about Pokémon at Professor Oak's lab," Rico had a different plan, "looking at Ash's Pokémon."

"That's a great idea," Rosario replied brightly in interesting.

"Okay, you go on," Jonathan replied, "while I'll stay here." And as the sun rises the horizon and the forests and as an apple fell from a tree and the people took to the streets for morning walks and shopping, Rico, Iris, Ash, Serena, and Pikachu went to Professor Oak's lab for a visit and a view of Ash's Pokémon. Jonathan, meanwhile, was staying at home helping out Rosario in spring time cleaning and Lucas was at work for the day, as if it was written in his weekly planner.

"Man, I'm so excited to see all of your Pokémon," Rico commented to Ash while clenching his fist in enthusiasm.

"And you'll learn about these Pokémon," Ash replied brightly. His Pikachu then responded on happiness.

"I can't wait to see your Pokémon, Ash," Iris responded in excitement. Her Axew then responded with happiness.

Arriving at Oak's lab, one of Oak's ȧssistants, Tracey Sketchit, and one of Ash's friends, come out and greeted Ash whilst waving his hand.

"Hi, Tracey!" Ash greeted him back while running ahead of his friends. His Pikachu then responded with greeting.

"Woah, who's that guy?" Rico asked Ash in puzzling.

"I never seen that guy before," Serena as added as well.

"Oh, this Tracey Sketchit," Ash brightly introduced his friend to them, "he's from the Orange Archipelago." In response, Tracey exchanged handshakes with Ash's friends.

In no time, they are all inside Oak's lab.

"Wow, you're saying that your first Pokémon is Lucario?" Tracey commented Rico's Pokémon in amazement. At this point, Rico was neither narcissistic nor popular; he is just an ordinary kid with unique Pokémon.

"Yup," Rico happily replied.

"Lucar! (Yeah!)" Lucario happily responded. Ash then called out his Lycanroc, and it stepped into the scene seriously. Everyone was amazed and stunned at its fierce attitude.

"Whoa, who's that Pokémon?" Rico asked Ash in amazement.

"That's Lycanroc," Ash introduced Lycanroc to him. Rico then pulled out his Pokédex and pointed it towards Lycanroc; his Pokédex then responded, "Lycanroc, the Wolf Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Rockruff. A Rock-type. When properly raised from a young age, it will become a trustworthy partner that will absolutely never betray its Trainer."

"Oh, that's cool," Rico commented upon hearing this. He then put down his Pokédex and said to Ash, "Wow, Ash, that was so cool! Can you show more of your Pokémon to me?"

"Sure! No problem," Ash happily answered. Meanwhile, Professor Oak was too busy in his office, researching stuff.

Outside of the lab, Ash called his Pokémon, Bulbasaur, and it came to him in happy obedience. Ash then commanded it to use Solar Beam in order to call his Pokémon but most of them. His Bulbasaur then agreed with him, turned around towards the forest, and used Solar Beam, absorbing sunlight and then fire it as a beam upwards with randomized colors, calling most of Ash's Pokémon. Upon seeing it, 6 of Ash's Pokémon responded by coming to their trainer. Upon seeing these Pokémon, Rico was amazed by them.

"Wow, new Pokémon!" he shouted in excitement. His Lucario then greeted them in friendliness and response. Ash's Pokémon them greeted Lucario and Axew in response.

"Now, you may point your Pokédex so you could obtain information about them," Ash said to Rico in positivity. The leaf then fell from a tree in a swift speed. In response of enthusiasm, Rico, had been holding his Pokédex since leaving the house, pointed his Pokédex towards Serperior; his Pokédex then responded, "Serperior, the Regal Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Snivy. A Grass-type. They raised their heads to intimidate opponents but only give it their all when fighting a powerful opponent."

"Wow, so serious," Rico commented, "How about that?" He then turned his Pokédex's attention towards Infernape; his Pokédex then responded, "Infernape, the Flame Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Chimchar. A Fire and Fighting-type. Its crown of fire is indicative of its fiery nature. It is beaten by none in terms of quickness."

"Wow, so cool," Rico commented in rising amazement. He then turned his Pokédex's attention towards Goodra; his Pokédex then responded, "The Dragon Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Goomy. A Dragon-type. This very friendly Dragon-type Pokémon will hug its beloved Trainer, leaving that Trainer covered in sticky slime."

"So cute," Rico commented in low. Lastly, he then turned his Pokédex's attention towards Tortera; his Pokédex then responded, "Tortera, the Continent Pokémon, and the final evolved form of Turtwig. A Grass and Ground type. Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests."

"So cool!" Rico commented in low voice. He then put down his Pokédex and said to Ash, "Wow, that was so cool!"

"I know right," Ash brightly replied while crossing his arms.

"Those Pokémon of yours are really cute," Serena added a comment while tickling Bulbasaur. And so, that was a fun time, but Rico have a lot to learn, like a beginner who only done a handful of homework and yet have a lot to learn during his level.
