74 The More People, The Merrier

"Are you done packing your things?" Ren Zhi asks Ha Eun once he enters the room. He brings her coffee that he buys from the cafeteria on the ground floor.

"Yeah." She lifts up her medium size bag.

"Hold this." He handed the coffee cup to her and lift the bag for her.

"I already clear the bill. So we're good to go." Ren Zhi said while both of them walk into the elevator.

"Thank you, Ren. I'll pay you back." She said honestly. She didn't expect that Ren will take care of her for a few days. He didn't even meet with his girlfriend at all.

Ding!

"Ah, wait at the lobby. I'll get the car." He said and they went to a different way.

"Which floor are you in, again?" Xui Li asks with a bit serious tone. He is on the phone with his sister. Early in the morning, he got a call saying that his sister Feng Li Jing admitted to the hospital because of bleeding.

She just married three months ago and she is now pregnant with her first baby. Her husband right now at the outside of the country and are on his way to return now.

While needing to wait for her husband, she calls Xui Li to help her bring her clothes to the hospital.

"Okay, I just arrive. I got it. Bye." He ended the call and find the elevator hall.

When he walked toward it, he accidentally saw Ha Eun walking to the lobby. He noticed that she wore a red tag on her wrist. Because he is in a hurry, he did not call her name, and he just let it go.

Ding!

He walks out of the elevator and went to the VIP room on the right side.

Knock on the door, he calls his sister. "Sis."

"Haa..good timing, come here." Li Jing breath in relief.

"Did you bring my clothes?" She asks and takes the bag from Xui Li's hand.

"Inside there." He just points it using his eyes.

"By the way, what happens that makes you had bleeding?" Xui Li sits on the chair beside the beds.

"High-stress level can influence her pregnancy. Not only that, what she consumes also can be one of the reason. That is why a pregnant woman needs to take care of what she eats, she does,and do not let her stress. All of this factor can lead to bleeding. Lucky your sister did not have any serious bleeding and cause of abortion. But still, need to take precaution." A female doctor who is checking her now explaining to Xui Li.

She smiles looking at the handsome man sitting on the chair. Even though he is a bit younger, she can't help but admire his handsome face.

"Did you stress yourself out, sis?" He asks worriedly.

Bit her lips, she replies to his little brother. "Erm..maybe a little bit."

"Hey, I'll tell brother-in-law to make sure you were confined in home and don't do any related with office work again. Did you get it? He was so worried you know?" He nags his sister.

Li Jing pouted.

"You guys really close huh?" The doctor said.

"Erm..you can say so." Li Jing reply to her.

Xui Li notices that his sister's wrist has a blue tag. Then he remembers about Ha Eun's tag.

"Erm, doc. May I know what is the meaning behind this wrist color tag?" He looked up at the doctor.

"You mean?"

"I mean, I saw someone wearing a red tag and my sister is blue. And…" He turns around and points his finger to one of the patients who just pass by their room. "That patient wearing a green tag."

"Erm, normally someone who wears a red tag is either special case, or that patient is seriously sick. Green means the patient is a medium mild case and blue is just a mild case." She gives a short explanation.

"Oh.." Xui Li rubs his chin a little.

"So if there is nothing else, I'll leave you here. You need to finish up this IV saline before you can discharge." She smiles to Li Jing.

"Okay, doc. Thanks." She smiles back to her.

After the doctor leaving, Li Jing shot her brother with a curious look.

"Why did you ask about the wrist tag anyway?"

"Huh?" He turns his head to his sister.

"Nothing. Just curious." He smiles a bit.

'So why did Ha Eun wear a red tag? Is she seriously sick?'

Most of the student already going back to their parents' house. In Fine Art female dormitory only left Xue Mei, Risa, and few other girls who did not return to their hometown.

It just one week break, so for her, it's wasting money to go back to Calestical City. She also already told her parents that she will stay back at Imperial City.

While she was enjoying her movie time with Risa in Risa's room suddenly her phone ringing.

Looked at the caller, she scrunches her eyebrow for a bit before she picks up the call.

"Hey, babe."

"Ren..what's up?"

"I'm in your room. But you're not here."

"What?" She sits up and waves her hand to Risa. Signaling her that she wants to return back to her room.

Risa makes an 'Ok' sign to her.

"Wait. I'm at Risa room." She ended the call and open the door.

"Sorry, Risa..I'll come again."

She nods and waves her hand to Xue Mei before she closes the door.

Sprint to her room, she opens up her door.

Once she opens the door, Ren hugs her tightly at the door frame.

"I miss you." He said.

"Uhm... Ren.." She pushes him a little. Afraid that other girl might be seeing them right now.

"What?" He releases his hug.

"Move inside." She said and Ren does as she says.

Close the door. She looks at Ren in front of her.

"Where have you been these few days?" Xue Mei ask. She went to her desk and took out the trophy that they won yesterday night.

"Sorry. I really am sorry." He hugs her from behind.

"Did Ha Eun really sick? How bad is her illness?"

"She's sick. And babe, I promise her I won't tell about her illness to anyone. So, again..I'm sorry." He turns her around and begs her forgiveness.

Sighing, she handed the trophy to him. "This. Take it. We won the competition."

"Eh? Seriously? I thought you didn't go to the closing ceremony."

"Erm..I'm an independent girl. Even my boyfriend did not show up at all. I still know my responsibility to go there." She's being sarcastic.

"Okay, I got it. You mad at me. I make it up to you today. Wanna go somewhere?" He caresses her cheek.

Push his hand aside gently, she went to her bed.

"I think I wanna go this place."

"Hm? Where? Name it. We go together."

"White beach? But not only us. Xui Li, Risa and oh, you could also invite Ha Eun. The more people, the merrier. right?"

He frowned a bit. "Today?"

"No..this Saturday? Stay over there one night?"

"Okay. I got it." He went to her and kiss her cheek.

Xue Mei was waiting for him to make another step on her. Well, she believes that she already ready for that. But no. He didn't make any move at all.

They just talk and play chess together.
