"Ok. Base on your reaction just now, I guess they're not newly engaged, am I right?" Xui Li said while walking at her side.

"Yup. You're right." Xue Mei reply.

Both of them went to each ride and enjoy it just the two of them. At night, the amusement park is not too crowded as day, thus, they don't need to queue in a long line.

"So, he actually cheating on your friend, huh?"

"Hmm..yeah, a man like him deserves to be punch." Xue Mei grit her teeth, a bit angry.

"But, why your friend never talk this with him? I mean, she can decide to break the engagement with him."

Sighing, she shakes her head. "That's because.."

"She loves him, right?" Xui Li take a guess and Xue Mei nods her head.

"Love can make one blind. To do such a thing, what a disease."

Glances at her, he bonks her head a little. "Don't talk like that when you also at the same boat as her."

She turns her head to him and tilts her head a little. "What do you mean?"

"Hmm, nothing. Come on." He stretches his hand to her.

"Please get in." One of the instructors said to them politely.

She takes Xui Li's hand and gets inside the love shape passenger-carrying components.

Sit facing each other, the instructor closes the door and the love shape components move upward, slowly.

"By the way, why are we riding Ferris Wheel? I didn't notice how we get in here." Xue Mei looks at the outside view.

"Why? You don't want to ride it with me?"

"Huh? No..I mean this setting is kinda romantic, isn't it? Normally only a couple will ride this." She said casually.

"Hm? So have you ride it before, with Ren?"

She shakes her head. "No, we didn't. Last time we spend more hours on Roller Coaster."

"So, this is your first time?"

"Kinda. I use to ride it with my father back at the town. When I was five."

"Glad to be your first." He also diverts his eyes to the outside view.

"What first?"

"The first man you ever ride the Ferris Wheel with." He curled up his lips. Making him more dazzling.

"..." She part her lips wants to say something, but nothing came out. She blushed a bit and divert his eyes back to the outside of the window.

When they almost reach the peek, Xui Li continue again.

"You know, this is where normally a guy propose to the girl he likes or confesses their feeling to them. Or..vice versa."

"Huh? Is it? I thought it just happen in Manga only." She giggles.

"Xue Mei." He calls her name. Hoping that she will look at him in the eyes.

"Hm?" She still focusing on the night view.

"I love you." He confesses to her. Yup, he really did!

"Okay.." She replies casually and after a moment, she snaps her head to him with a surprised expression.

"W..What? What you say earlier?" She's stammering a bit.

"I said, I love you. And I'm not joking." He looking straight into her eyes.

"I..I.." Her heart right now pounding like it's gonna exploded any minutes.

"Don't bother to answer me, I know your current status. I just want you at least know that I love you. As a man. Not as a brother or anything similar to it. You got it?" He said again. His face remains calms and his voice still gentle as usual.

Xue Mei nods her head. Not knowing what to do. She feels happy, seriously happy. But at the same time, she feels guilty. Of course, she feels guilty, she can't return his feeling. And one more feeling, she feels awkward. Yup, awkward. How is she supposed to face him from now since she knew he loves her? He didn't say 'like' but 'love'.

"Hey. Your expression is scary. Don't make that face. I said I know your status, right? Just treat me as usual as before." His word struck through her heart.

She nods her head again.

"Umm...Xui Li..since when?" She can't help but wonder.

"I don't know. I never set my time when or where? It just happens that way."

"Oh.."

"Erm Xue Mei, if you break up with Ren in the future, just call me and I'll run to you. Or..you can just run to my arm. I will always be there for you." He smiles at her.

She blinks her eyes. Not know how to respond. She really thought that's not gonna happen. However, she still nods her head.

"Okay..so, Xui Li, what will you do after your graduation?" She asks trying to change the topic and the romantic atmosphere around them.

"Hmm.." He runs his finger on his hair. "I've been thinking of going to LA or maybe Paris. Practicing my skills.." 'and open my branch there.' He replies to her but the last sentence he only said it inwardly.

"Oh! That's great." She smiles.

"What about you?"

"We've talked about this. Me and Ren, we decide to go to France. I will further my study there."

"Well, as an artist, I think it's a good opportunity if you study there. There's a number one art university in France. You'll be a great artist if you graduate from there." He gives her his full support.

"I hope so."

"Careful on your step, Mr and Ms," the instructor said politely after opening the door for them to out.

"Thank you." Xui Li said and hold Xue Mei's hand to go out from the passenger-carrying compartment.

While walking at the park, he asks again.

"What about this summer break? Going back to your hometown?"

"Ah..no, it just one week break. So, I'll stay here."

"I see. I'm going to White beach on the weekend. Wanna come along?"

Hmm...I need to ask Ren if he wants to join too, you know.." She looks a bit awry.

"I'll ask him tomorrow." He stops and looks at his watch.

"It's already 3 AM, should we return back?"

"Erm, I need to call Risa first." She took out her phone.

Just when she wants to call her, she got a notification from Risa.

'You guys head back first. I'll stay with Shou tonight. And don't worry about me.'

Sighing, she put back her phone on her bag.

"She's not coming back with us?" Xui Li asks.

Nodded her head, she said. "She asked us to return back first. She's with Shou tonight."

"Oh...Then, let's pick up our teddy bear first."

"Yup. Let's go."
