116 You're Jealous, Aren't You?

A few months have passed.

Lucky Milan told her about the morning after pill. So she takes the pill that day.

Xui Li call her when she put her clothes on her luggage.

"Dear, did you already pack your things?"

"Mm. I'm doing it right now." She nods her head. Even though she knew he can't see it.

"Good. Your passport?"

"Checked."

"Okay. I will wait for you here. Tomorrow, Ivan will pick you up at the airport. It'll be a bit problematic if I were the one who fetches you. I'm sorry dear." He said earnestly.

"Ok, I get it. Not a big deal." She smiles.

"Sleep early. I can't wait to meet my girlfriend tomorrow." He also smiles at the other side.

"Good night, darling."

"Sleep tight, dear."

The next morning, Milan send her to the airport using her car.

"Have you check your passport? Your ticket?" She asks her for ten times already.

"Got it here..you sounded like my mom you know?" She rolled her eyes.

"I just worried about you. By the way, here." She put a poster roll on Xue Mei's hand.

"Please get him to sign my poster. I already help him by sending you to the airport." She blinks her eyes a few times to Xue Mei.

"Urgh..fine." She growled a bit and take the poster. She hugs her and then went to the airport hall.

While she was rushing to the gate, someone at the side of the airport hall takes off her sunglasses when she saw someone who looks like Xue Mei.

Her eyes widen and she wants to call her, but she walks fast and now that person can see her no more.

Shrugged her shoulder, she said. "Nevermind, I'll see her later."

Xue Mei sends Risa a message telling her that she will go to LA this semester break and will meet her again for the next winter and new year break.

Risa also told her that she will hold a wedding ceremony on the summer break, next year.

Smirking a bit, she replies to her message by asking why so sudden and rush for the wedding. Less then a minute later, Xue Mei laughs to see Risa's replies.

She said that Shou forces her to get married to him. While actually, Xue Mei knows, she also looking forward to that. She knows Risa love Shou as much as he loves Risa.

After a short chatting, she turns off her phone when the plane already starts to take off.

She arrives at dusk.

The airport is busy with a lot of people coming from all over the country. She tries to stretch her neck out and not long after, she saw a bald-headed man standing near the crowd with his black suit holding a paper written "Ms. Shen."

She went to the man and ask "Ivan?"

That man tilts his head a bit and looks at Xue Mei from head to toes. "Ms. Shen Xue Mei?"

"Yes. I am." She smiles showing him her beautiful white teeth and dimple on the right cheek.

'Such a pretty girl.' He thought and soon he brushes off his thought.

"This way, please." He took her luggage and lead her to the airport lobby.

Just when they reach there, a black luxury Maybach stop in front of them.

"Please, get in." He opens up the door for her before he went to the car trunk and put her luggage inside it.

Sit on the back passenger seat, she was startled to see Xui Li also in the back passenger seat.

"Darling!" She shouted happily and hug her.

Same as him, he returns the hug and kisses her cheek. "Sorry, I can't get out of the car."

Shake her head, she said, "It's okay."

He kisses her lips lightly.

Ivan at the front passenger seat cough a bit. The driver also peeks at the couple behind using the back mirror.

"Oh, dear. This is Ivan, and beside him is Ethan." He introduces her with his team.

"Hi." Xue Mei smiles at them even though they probably can't see it. They went back to Xui Li's mansion. All along the way, they chat with exciting in the car.

When they arrive at the gate, Xue Mei scrunches her eyebrow a bit. "You live here? Alone?"

His mansion is so huge. It'd be so lonely if he stays here alone, right? She thought and when she looks at Xui Li, he just shrugged her shoulder.

"At first month, yeah. But then I feel so boring to live here alone so I ask Ivan, and my team to stay here as well. So, we are currently live together." He caresses her hair softly.

Ivan and Ethan nod their head.

"Dear, you can put your luggage here. Later, there's a maid who will arrange your clothes in my dress room." He wrapped his hand around Xue Mei's waist and show her around the house after that.

When they arrive at the pool, suddenly a woman with short hair coming to them.

"Hi, you must be Xui Li's new girlfriend, huh? I'm Amanda." She introduces herself.

"New girlfriend?" She turns to look at Xui Li.

"No, you're not new.." Xui Li shakes his head, denying it.

"Pfftt..sorry. I must have caused such an understanding. Before you, Xui Li and I are a couple but then we break up and when I met him again, he said he already had a girlfriend. Thus, you are a new girlfriend, it's the correct term, right?"

Xue Mei furrows her eyebrow a bit. Well, she did not deny it. True, it's a correct term. But this woman in front of her makes her feels uneasy. She is not someone who will lose her composure over the ex. But this time, with Xui Li, she totally feels her jealousy is at the top.

"Amanda, don't you have work to do right now?" Xui Li cut the conversation into a work matter.

"Oh, right. I need to inform Ivan about the concert next week." She snaps her finger and went inside the house.

"Ignore her." Xui Li said when Xue Mei is still silent.

"..Mei?"

"Hm?"

"Are you okay?" He asks. He saw her spacing out a little.

"Is she live with you too?"

"Huh? Amanda?"

Xue Mei nods her head.

"No..her house is near here. She's Ivan's assistant."

"Oh.."

"You're jealous, aren't you?" He already grinning.

"No.."

"Yeah, right. I can read your expression, so you can't lie to me." He pulls her closer and wrapped both of his hand around her waist.

Bend his body to her, he kisses her lips. "But I like that. That shows that you love me."
