Chapter 605 - Vol 8: Ch 605 – Not a CA Entertainment artist anymore 2

Right away Lina goes back to her seat and everyone from the legal counsel team got goosebumps even her Father because Lina is really right on point and thanks to her career as a Police Officer since it's getting sharper compared to her sharpshooting skills.

Lina didn't know that everyone got thrilled and got goosebumps because of her observational skills and for the first time she fails to notice it because her focus now is fully focused on Miss Li and then asks everyone "alright everyone, do you need to go first?"

Everyone from the legal counsel team said in sync "you go ahead first Director Lina"

"Oh I see, then I will go first so now Miss Li before discussing your renewal, let me asks you first, so what do you think that we the Management and the Legal Counsel Team want to renew your contract?"

"Eh, is it because that I didn't violate anything from what the contract said and it's already for renewal?"

"That's all?"

"Well since you're the Super International Star, I expect you to answer that you are a great asset to CA Entertainment but well your answer is an exceptional one so then let me rephrase my question, how did you not violates anything from what the contract said even once?"

"Yes I didn't Artist Director"

"How sure are you that you didn't?"

"100% Artist Director Lina"

"Oh, I see and we'll see then if you are or not, so Atty. Kei it's your turn now"

"Yes Director Lina and so now Miss Li, are you aware of Clause 4.2.1, Clause 1.1.1, and Clause 2.5.6 from your contract?"

"Eh, that....." Not aware and got cut off by Atty. Kei right away.

"Of course you will be not aware of it, after all, some artist never reviewed their signed contract and they only let the managers do the task since its part of their job description and that's not a surprising thing since we already expected it and I guess I ask the wrong person, so Manager Ban are you aware of the clauses that I just mention now?"

"Yes, Atty. Kei"

"Good and care to mention it now"

"Clause 4.2.1 stated that you can't eavesdrop on your co-CA Entertainment discussions if you're not part of it unless you just happened to pass by in the middle of the discussions and you just leave as if you didn't hear anything.

Clause 1.1.1 stated that the signed artist must not have another contract from another company while the signed artist has an existing contract from CA Entertainment. 

Clause 2.5.6 that the said Artist must forward the 30% of income to her Assigned Manager and the Agent"

"Good and thank you for that Manager Ban, so now Miss Li after hearing the three clauses did it ring a bell to you?"

"Eh, and what do you mean Atty.?"

"Well, there's a saying that thief won't say the truth and I guess it's the same for you, Miss Li, though you're not a thief you are still a perpetrator and from the clauses, I mentioned just now, all of it you violating it and to refresh your mind. "What?" Danni got surprised since she just knows it now.

"Oh, so it means you are not yet aware of that but I guess you're underestimating the Klea J Entertainment, did you not know that the J of Klea is Jang and it's had a connection of the Head Family of Jang, are you?"

"...….." Danni got speechless because she's not aware after all she's the one who signed the contract without reading and without letting her know her Manager.

"Well that's not our problem and so now for the last clauses that I mention, Clause 2.5.6 and based on what we check from the Accounting Department, indeed you forwarded the 15% Share to CA Entertainment as your agent but then you failed to forward the 15% Share to Manager Ban who is the assigned Manager of yours, for the 2 years since your debut you forward 15% Share to Manager Ban but then it stops on the 3rd year and so on, so now are you still expecting that we the Management and the legal counsel team going to renew your contract knowing you breaching the contract not just once but twice?"

Her true colors got exposed "What? It must because of that bitch, how dare she is? That Manager Rei just because I got her dirt she's now ruining my career, how dare she is?"

Lina being a true friend of Rei, asks and said to Danni "and why it's because of Manager Rei? Did she tell you to breach the contract? Did she instruct you to sign another company, not to forward the 15% share to your Manager, and to eavesdrop on their team discussion? She didn't, right? And so why are you so hostile towards Manager Rei? Is it because she's Mr. Jun's wife and you happened to be Mr. Jun's ex-girlfriend, right? "Who are you to tell me that one, huh? Are you the owner ..." Danni going to retort but got interrupted by Lina with a very stern voice, well she's a former officer so that's expected of her.

"The door is open and we don't want to listen from ungrateful brat even dogs know how to respect their owner.

"What..."

"Either you leave on your own or we will call a security to drag you out, your choice so which one?"

"I will curse everyone from ......." Lina didn't happen to get scared of her threat instead she retrieves to get her phone "alright, alright I will leave, and let's see who will laugh in the end."

"Yes leave now or else I will be the one dragging you out"

Everyone from the Management and the Legal Counsel Team along with Manager Ban and some CA Entertainment Personnel and artist who happened to pass by heard her evil laughs and her warnings "Ha, ha, ha, you just a Mere Artist Director and that bitch is just a Mere Artist Manager, well let's see your end then along with CA Entertainment for having two bitches, ha, ha, ha"
