Chapter 215 - 215: Call Me Boyfie

After the incident, Sebastian sent Halora back home with all his presents for her. Along the way, the black, tented car filled with laughter as Jasmine couldn't stop herself.

She was talking with Halora who looked still surprise and floated into the air. "Hey, are you even listening to me? I am telling you Sandra's epic face when your boyfie stooped her from sapping you for the second time!"

"Boyfie?" Sebastian asked surprisingly that confused Jasmine.

How could be a man who lived in the modern era didn't know what boyfie means. It was quite strange but she laughed bitterly as she replied shortly, "Boyfriend! That what it means."

Sebastian smiled and looked at Halora's way. He slightly shook his head, "I like being called that, Halora. From now on, call me boyfie, do you understand?"

It surprised her and for a moment she was just staring at him back while Jasmine zipped her mouth and crossed her arms.

She said, "Aren't you going to stop, are you? I think you two have eaten a lot of sugar today! Goodness, seeing you like this makes me insane!"

In a wary manner, she shook her head in agreement. There was a sweet smile on her face until a flush crept on her cheeks.

"Boyfie…," she spoke, squeezed her cold, sweaty hands. "Can you please look straight on the road instead on my face?"

Jasmine rolled her eyes while she listened to their sweet conversation. Now she regretted that she chose to be with them than Roy and Zenith. She gasped, leaned her head back to the soft seat and closed her tired eyes for a moment.

Secretly, Sebastian noticed that she has fall asleep. He slowly reached for Halora's hands, held it tightly that made her uncomfortable.

She said, "What are you doing? Jasmine can see us!"

"She's sleeping." he replied shortly. Until there was a mischievous smile that flashed into his cold face. "Just let me seize the moment with you, Halora. Just this time."

Halora found it sweet as she giggled silently and quickly looked into other way. Heavily, she took a breath and she replied in a hollow voice, "I… I just can't still believe that… that you asked me in the middle of that crowded hall!"

"It was my plan and I didn't know about Zenith's not-so-perfect alibis!"

"Oh, that's one thing that I'm dying to ask for! I can't either imagine that she made that scene to make this… spectacular and magical like what it was earlier!"

Halora was still in the clouds as she laid her on eyes on the road. It was once a greatest dream and out of the blue, everything became all true because of him.

There was one more thing that she needed to know but, she sensed that it was not the perfect time to open it about. Halora secretly looked at Jasmine who peacefully sleeping.

"Huh, it was a long, tiring day for all of you, Sebastian. Are you going home straight or you'll stay for a couple of minutes?"

Sebastian took a long, deep breath as he drove slowly. "I'm sorry, Halora! But I have something else to do." he replied. He wanted to stay and make more time with her but, his presence was needed as Lord Solomon's life was at risk.

He wanted to tell her why but she shook her head and spoke humbly, "No, don't be sorry! I know you have to visit your grandfather."

But the truth was she wanted him to stay yet, she couldn't either want to dictate him what must he do. Otherwise, his time for his family would be pretty short. And Halora didn't want to put him into a complicated situation.

Until no one dared to speak as a long, cold silence filled around that was quite unusual. Along the way back to her place, they both chose to be silent while holding each other's hands tightly.

Sebastian turned the steering wheel to the right and from a distance, he saw her house. He gulped, caught a quick glimpse of her and hesitated to utter a word.

It was not his attention as he only wanted the best for their relationship. It was only the beginning of their journey and it would be a long spectacle to be accomplished until the end.

"Okay, we're here!" he enthusiastically said yet, her expression didn't change at all.

Silently, Halora unfastened the seat belt as she gave him a short, bitter smile. "Good night, boyfie. Have a sweet dream!" she told him without looking into his bluish, tantalizing eyes.

"Wait, what about Jasmine?"

"I'll carry her upstairs, is it okay to you?"

Sebastian asked for her permission as the girlfriend yet, she was still in shocked. And instead of saying it, she gave him a thumbs up.

Right then, like a flash of lightning, he quickly went out from the car and went to the other side. He opened the door, folded up his sleeve into his elbow and effortlessly carried Jasmine who was snoring.

He furrowed his eyebrows, pushed the door while Halora followed him astonishingly. "He's quite flexible." she whispered to the cold wind.

"Halora, the door!"

"Ohh, a moment please!"

As fast as she could, Halora ran towards the main gate and quickly unlocked car. It was a simple barricade against the thieves and intruders or some wild animals that usually appeared from the black forest.

Fortunately, the door has opened before he lost control. Halora ran again and unlocked the front door, stepped aside and let him in and walked upstairs.

"Huh, what a tiring day indeed!"

Halora exhaustingly stepped inside and glanced up at the stairs. "Come over, Halora! I don't know where should I lay her down!"

She shrugged off her shoulders and replied lazily, "J- just go straight into my room and lay her down to bed!"

Halora touched her chest when she felt thirsty and weary. Her eyes looked too heavy and her body became too hefty.

Before she walked upstairs, Halora went into the kitchen and took some water from the pitcher made up of glass. She poured it into an empty, shining glass and swallowed it continuously.

"It was strangely terrible!" she murmured and stared into the opened window when she heard a deep, terrifying sinister noises.
