Wallace has no idea what happened inside the Conqueror Starship.

However, he can already see that the Empire is not planning to attack the Seiji's Alliance soldiers.

They have certainly made a deal with the natives… It's not an action that the Empire would do but perhaps Ace's actions in outer space triggered them to agree with Seiji's offer.

Anyway, they wouldn't lose out on such an offer… They can even lessen their attackers and establish their stronghold easily.

He looked at the Grand Sage's entourage as they returned to the floating airship…

The soldiers on the ground were silent, as they await their announcement.

Then, after a few seconds, a yellow flare was lit up in the sky. It is a signal that confirms the success of their negotiation and to halt any aggressive actions for now…

"What?! That signal…"

"What's going on? There's a negotiation for non-aggression?"

"This… They killed a lot of people!"

"My home town… T-they destroyed my hometown and killed all of my relatives!"

"Why are we negotiating! We can definitely defeat them with our numbers!"

"Argh! This is frustrating!"

The soldiers that are unaware of the plans of the Council expressed their dissatisfaction about their decision.

Zephon heard them while he's on his horse but he couldn't do anything about it. This has been decided by the leaders of the four countries in the alliance.

The State of Kazan may have been the one that suffered most but at the very least, the destruction and massacre would no longer happen.

He knows that their forces right now are really strong… However, he also knows that many of them would die here if they insist to continue with the war...

'But the question is how long this would last…'

Zephon thought.

It may be true that the aliens have agreed with their non-aggression pact, alliance,  or whatever their deal was, but it doesn't mean that it would last forever…

'Haa~ Perhaps if all the nations have allied, we could've overpowered these aliens and we wouldn't have to resort to this negotiation… What in the world are they planning now?'

The general pondered as he looked at the golden airship…

Then he heard sounds of engines being activated. It created a rumbling sound the seems to be echoing all over the place…

Zephon wasn't surprised about their sudden appearance…

The country of Seiji changed one of its cities into a Steel Knight Factory.  Perhaps they have the most number of Steel Knights in all the countries combined.

He can still recall that as soon as the Molten Core was invented, the leaders of the country didn't hesitate to start a massive hunt with the Fire Mana Beasts everywhere…

They have also created a lot of Steel Knights designs and improved them to the best of their abilities before mass producing them.

The only problem was their method of transportation… It was a bit difficult to bring them from Seiji to Kazan since they have to cross the sea…

The airsh.i.p.s were not that suited as a mode of transportation since the Steel Knights were too heavy… Perhaps only three or four can be carried if they forced it.

This is why they made adjustments to some Steel Knights that could tread water.

These are the Steel Knights that they are seeing right now. They used magic to arrive here almost undetected to join the war…

However, since the negotiation was successful there was no longer any point in hiding and started moving away.

"We'll follow the Grand Sage's decision. Let's head back for now. I will confirm the details of the negotiation and fill you in with the details after."

Zephon said to his vice-generals as they ordered them to retreat.

He can only hope that this won't end badly for them.

Julian, the strongest magician of Montego, had a foreboding feeling since a while ago…

He entered the core room of his Mage Tower and bathed with mana at the highest purity he could ever know…

This place is also the control room of the Tower and with the help of the glowing stone at the center of the room, he could cast a powerful Mana Spell within five kilometers of the tower.

It was such an incredible creation that no other country could perhaps fight them as long as they are within the protection of their Tower…

This was why they are not really afraid of anyone.

"Mhmm… It's beautiful." He whispered.

As a man who spent most of his life studying the art of magic structures, he's always happy to see such incredible creations…

He then glanced at the framed portrait hanged on the pillar… It is actually the blueprint of this Mage Tower.

The blueprint of this place was found during one of their ancestor's expeditions in the Northern Continent…

Apparently, that ancestor is one of the few survivors of the last large-scale expedition and he's also a citizen of Montego.

He then sold the blueprint to this country as they saw the value of it…

Julian looked at the blueprint with words written on top of it…

[ Mavis Tower - designed by  Z ]

[ In honor of the late Mavis-Class Spaceship that brought me here. ]

This is only a copy of the blueprint's first page… However, seeing this was enough for the controllers of the Tower to remember everything they need to know about the power of this huge Mana Artifact.

As Julian was lost in thought, he realized that someone is waiting outside the control room…

The door to this room can't be touched by just anyone so they couldn't even knock to call for him.

Well, it doesn't really matter since anyone inside this room would have a boost with their senses. As long as someone stood outside, the magician inside would easily know…

Apparently, only those who have the secrets of Mavis Prayer are allowed to enter the room.

"What's going on?"

Julian immediately asked.

If this messenger would just give him unimportant news, he would just write it and leave it in his workroom or perhaps wait for him until he arrives in his office to tell the news…

After all, they know that they would be punished if they interrupted him with such trivial matters.

"There are signs of the Alien's descent… The alien spaceship should be descending to Solis Region according to Veda."

Julian finally understood the anxiety he felt a while ago.

"I understand. Since Veda's words are accurate, proceed with the protocol… Tell Archer to handle the first contact."

"Yes, your honor…"

The man quickly left and used his Mana Artifact to communicate with Archer. He's one of the young elite magicians of this country and a disciple of Julian.

After the messenger informed the man, he proceeded to inform the others about the descent of the alien spaceship.

He needed to inform the nearby citizens since they might be a casualty if they didn't take shelter to the nearest Mage Towers.

Luckily, the Solis region has 12 Mage Towers in the surrounding area and this will allow them to minimize the damage that the aliens might do after their descent.

On the other hand, Julian returned to the control room of the Mage Tower…

"Every controller, get into position… The Aliens are now targeting our land… We'll proceed with the plan!"

He shouted.

Apparently, through the Tower Core's help, he can directly communicate with the other controller of the Towers.

He heard their answers and immediately made a plan…

Now that he knows where the enemy will land, he wouldn't just watch these aliens descend peacefully.

Julian would do his best to stop their entry and even if he could not, he wanted to let them know that it wasn't a wise choice to select this land to start their invasion…

There's a total of 420 Mage Towers within the country and 20 of them were at the highest tier, one that could contend with the Tower he built.

"All the nearest Mage Towers, coordinate and try to destroy the descending spaceship… Do not hesitate to use everything you got…"

"Yes, Sir!"

They replied to his command and quickly found a dot in the sky… It seems that the gigantic is getting near really fast.

Finally, their time to fight the alien has come.
