Chapter 384 - Platform Raising-III

Jung Hwa and Seoyeon shared one look over each other and she nodded signaling him that she would leave. Jung Hwa nodded her head in response.

Yeseul crossed her arms while watching Jung Hwa's calm expression but that was only on the surface on Yeseul's trained eyes. "You are not going to follow her?"

"She isn't a child I have to follow every seconds and being with me all the time will not give her a breath," Jung Hwa answered with a meaningful smile, his gaze that looked at Yeseul was borderline feral as if it was on the tipping point between kind smile and an evil one.

"I thought vampires are greedy and selfish it reflected on their wishes and behaviors that is often possessive when it comes to the objects or people they like. Just like a child who already has many toys but when one had taken one of was still angry, they are greedy and possessive on things they has even if they don't need it," said Yeseul. "But you. Clearly I can see you like Seoyeon but no passion is there, is it?"

Jung Hwa narrowed his eyes and raised his eyebrows. His smile showed his fangs that gleamed as the light on the corridors fell to shine on.

"I don't want her to run away from me. I love her but Seoyeon have her wings and it's call freedom. I respect her freedom on her and give her the needed choices for her so she would be able to control her own life," Jung Hwa answered calmly as he had make peace with the thought on his mind even before Yeseul had asked him. "I love when she flies high, reaching the new better version of herself. I won't clip her wings as loosing the flight will not make her who she is now."

Yeseul didn't appear surprised, as if she had expected it before head. "In short you are hiding yourself." Jung Hwa didn't answer but smiled. "But I do feel sorry for you two couples that there haven't been opportunities for you two to be alone."

"That's not necessary," Jung Hwa replied casually, "I believe that once this all ends we will have a time for us together, forever."

In meantime, Seoyeon who was asked a question by Lee Young, pulled her brows together. She was surprised but at the same time intrigued.

"My speculation might be wrong and right at the same time. But it do has a high probability and when I stimulate it in my mind, I can see how it will work." Lee Young announced. "I can't tell this to Hwa because I know he would never agree to it."

"I need to act alone for this," Seoyeon whispered, earning a nod from Lee Young.

"And if I have to be honest, I think you are the most suitable person for this," Lee Young said.

"I can tell," Seoyeon mulled over her choice for a brief while in silence. She could see what Lee Young said in her head and believed what he said to be true. "It is a sound and good plan. I will go for it but for Hwa, if he knows this-"

"I will take care of it when the times comes," Lee Young assured her. "Of you agree or disagree, everything is down to your choice which I respect to."

Seoyeon looked at the man and showed her smile, "No, I agree but I will want you to convince Hwa as well. Keeping him in the dark about this will only concern him when the plan is running."

Lee Young hummed and nodded his head. "Then I will."

Having nothing else to talk about, Seoyeon thought about excusing herself when finally it seemed that Lee Young spoke again. She wondered what Lee Young had to ask.

"There are still something which I want to know but it isn't related to the witches, vampires, or associates. It is about your ability bring back people to life."

Seoyeon nodded her head, letting him to continue on.

Do you think you can do it again this time?

"I am not sure," answered Seoyeon honestly. "While it appears that I have frozen my friend's soul so that she won't be able to go to either Heaven or hell in order to come back. I am not certain if I am able to bring back the people who had died like Haneul did."

"And do you know how she might have done it?" Lee Young asked her again and she shook her head. "Another question. I heard from Yeseul that she is searching for her husband's reincarnation. Have you find him?"

"Unfortunately we don't have the power to know those who had been reincarnated," answered Seoyeon. "I would say no."

Lee Young hummed again before nodding his head. "Then I will not keep you long here. Thank you for all your honesty."

Seoyeon replied the man with another smile. When he was gone, Seoyeon retraced her steps back to find Jung Hwa when she heard Haneul's voice inside her head.

'That man,' Haneul said, 'he has a very strong instinct.'

Seoyeon tilted her head, "What do you mean?" She whispered so she won't look crazy as she sauntered through the hallways.

'When he asked about Han Anhye, I think he noticed that something was off,' answered Haneul.

Off? Seoyeon didn't notice anything off at any case, "What do you mean?"

'Han Anhye, I resurrected him but he was incomplete. While Jae Gil was able to be resurrected fully well with all his memories and without his soul breaking as he had a strong blood line of light witches, Yeseul suffers from the drawbacks and lost her memories because she had died too early. But Anhye, he died faster than all of us,' explained Haneul in a silent tone like a child who was told to confess her sins and spoke ashamedly.

"So you meant there was something wrong on Anhye's resurrections?" Seoyeon questioned her.

'I have met his resurrection only once. Once after this thousands of years and since then I have never felt his presence again.'

Then what about Yeseul? Seoyeon asked in her mind. The fortuneteller won't say it but deep down, Seoyeon knew she was waiting to meet Han Anhye again.

Waiting was the most terrible thing to ever occur to anyone and this was not the matter of days but months and even centuries.
