418 It's Not Over 3

A little pass sundown, Sienna left her courtyard and arrived at the household docks for her mother's shuttle.

Key in hand, her pressed a button to unlock the hatch doors.

Off to the side she saw a barrel tucked in a dark corner. Running to it, she popped the lid off and saw a full barrel full of pure grade honey lying inside.

Pulling out two containers she bought from home, she filled the canteens to the brim with honey before closing the barrel and containers shut.

Hiding one of the canteens in her bag and the other in the passenger seat, she went to the navigation and entered in the coordinates for the rendezvous location.

In a place isolated from the crowds of the city, she parked to shuttle in an alleyway and waited for buyer to show.

It wasn't long before she saw a male in dark clothing signal for her to come outside.

Leaving the barrel behind in the shuttle, Sienna went out with a stun gun in her pocket.

"Honey…?" The male asked.

This was not the same male she speak to on the comm, but she was used to the buyer sending different people to meet her every time they traded.

"Yes."

"Where is it?"

Sienna pull out the canteen she had in the passenger seat and tossed it to him.

The male twist open to top, stuck his finger in and took a little taste of what was inside.

"Good...good." The male smiled in delight. "Is the rest here...?"

"As soon as you give me what I came for."

The male eyed Sienna before reaching into his robes to pull out a golden envelop that only the Celestial temple is allowed to use.

Holding it out for it out for her to take, she didn't waste any time and quickly snatched it from his hand.

Opening and reading the letter, Sienna was happy to see that the buyer held true to his words.

"Hello~ If everything is good, I good like the rest of my goods now." The male cut into Sienna's excited mood.

"En…" She turned around and guided the male to inside of the shuttle, where she directed him to the heavy barrel in the corner.

"Can you lift it?" She asked, she didn't bring any carried equipment with her.

"Yea...I'll be fine." She stood off to the side as the male wrapped his arms around the heavy barrel and carried it outside.

Once their transaction was done, Sienna took off leaving the male in the dusty alley.

Before the sun poke its head into the sky, the clan was up to see Prince Ailwin off.

"Lord Mano this really isn't necessary." Ailwin whispered. He had hoped to leave quietly, however, most of the clan members stood before him with food and sendoff gifts.

"There was nothing I could do, the elders found out you three are leaving today and felt it was only proper for most them to see you off."

"Sigh...I understand." The elders at the Amara estate, always found ways to coincidentally find him to talk about projects or bring their unwedded granddaughters and nieces to him.

I can see why Mika curses them every time she see them.

"Prince Ailwin, please come again soon. The Amara clan will always welcome you." The elders huddled around him, blocking his way from saying farewell to Lady Lyra.

Even up to this day they were still pushed their nieces and granddaughters to say goodbye to him.

Every single time he would head towards Lady Lyra and Mikaela, they would find a way to guide him in another direction.

Fed up with the way they were treating him. Ailwin decided to leave some parting words for the old croons and any other clan member who thought they would get their way.

"Elders of the Amara clan, I've enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for having me…" The elders smiled brightly hearing Prince Ailwin compliment them. Just as they were about to push their grandaughters once again towards him, Ailwin spoke again.

"I would also like to thank my mother-in-law for cooking me a delicious farewell dinner." Ailwin walked over to Lyra and kissed her on the cheeks.

Mother-in-law!?

The elders thought Prince Ailwin was just playing around with Mikaela, they never thought it was serious.

Realizing that they were making fools out of themselves. The elders and their families took a huge step back from Prince Ailwin. Feeling like they got a slapped in the face, the group of old croons eyed Lyra and Mikaela with bitterness.

"Prince Ailwin, please there is no need for politeness between us. We are family now." Lyra added on the cherry on top.

Sienna watched all this from the side as she waited for all the goodbyes to be said. She woke up extra early and was the fist one to arrive.

When Lord Mano saw he second daughter standing by herself. He couldn't stop himself from going over to say goodbye.

"Sienna…" Mano was sad that his children were turning out the same way his generation were. Seeing your children at each others throats did not make him felt good.

Is my family doomed to be this way…?

"Father, you don't have to say anything. I know my mother and I brought this on ourselves. I will commit my life to the gods from now on." Sienna bowed her head and gave Mano a gentle smile.

"En...after you have cleared your mind and heart of useless thoughts... I will welcome you back." Mano hoped Sienna could be better than Kamryn and Lula. He didn't want to lose all his daughters.

"Okay…" Sienna hugged her father to hide the sneer on her face.

The next time you see me...I will be someone way above you, father. I won't need your approval anymore...

With goodbyes said, the three boarded the warship with Ailwin's soldiers and servants.

The next time they land it will be at the imperial city.
