17 Limiter...

A 10 years old Neo is sleeping inside his room peacefully from others point of view…

While sleeping or inside of his inner world…

After all, this year's finally Neo reached the point where he finished part one of the million parts of the books in the Library of Eternity…

'Now I shall consume all the knowledge from the library at once… ' Neo said as he extended his domain of Divinity and covered the whole Library.

Upon covering the whole library he started getting all the Knowledge at the same time and in the blink of an eye he got all the knowledge there is from the past to the present day but nothing about future because that will come to him on its own with time.

With that, he currently has all 3 traits...

After he completed reading all the books in the library he said with a smile 'Now it is time for me to put limiter to my powers for me to enjoy my life as a human and I will only use my powers when necessary. '

With that, he started putting limiter to his power…

With the first limiter, he stopped his omnipotent which means he couldn't use his universe-destroying powers as much as he wants.

Still, he had enough power to destroy the universe with his thought one time. So he put limiter and with tr second limiter it went down to the Galaxy level in which he is now able to destroy a galaxy.

The third limiter made him strong enough to destroy a star system.

The forth limiter put his power to the planetary level.

The fifth limiter made him a sub-planetary level.

This is all the level which he doesn't need to lift his finger just with his thoughts he is able to destroy so the next step is to put his limiter on his omnipresence.

This time with his sixth limiter he no longer has the power to destroy a Sub-planet with thought but he wi have to punch or shoot energy himself to destroy the secondary planet.

The Seventh limiter put his energy half of that.

The eighth limiter put his power to a level where he is able to destroy a country with his power.

The ninth limiter put his power to city level.

And the Tenth limiter puts his power to the level of a normal human level.

But still, he has Omniscience with which he is still able to see future and destroys anything even in the mortal level so he put this into zero(0) level which means he will only unlock this limiter when he needs to…

After that Neo became almost like a normal person but he still contained his power and charm though it refused a lot…

As soon as he woke up Piko his pate Sate beside him and asked "Did you put on limiters on yourself master??? "

[Remember the Kun-Ping from earlier as he promised own self Neo's first creation is a Primordial Kun-Ping which is now at its Golden seven wings bird form.]

"Yes, now I will be able to spend my life like a normal human being though I will only stay like this until I feel its time for everyone to know about my presence though I don't really care for their opinions… " Neo said with a smile.

"That is a simple matter my lord after all there opinion won't change anything... " Diana said appearing in her Grown up Angel form which looks like Angels from Dragon Ball world.

"Yes, indeed their opinion is not important as my lord is the Sole ruler of this infinity and their thought can change nothing. " another voice said with a nod who has the same clothing like Diana.

"That is indeed true but I need you two look after my parents from now on… " Neo said with a nod.

"Understood my lord. " They said without asking anything after all they didn't have the authority of asking Neo for an explanation.

"Is it really necessary Master after all they are protected with your divine energy and no one should be able to harm them. " Piko asked surprisingly looking at Neo after all Neo's parents are the strongest two people though they didn't know them self.

"I know what you are thinking but I am pointing them because I want to know who wants to harm my parents after all currently I ant see through everything...  " Neo said shaking his head and turned his head toward Diana and said "You will be looking after my Dad and protect him from any supernatural, enemies and don't show mercy to them. "

"Understood my lord… " Diana vanished after saying that.

"As for you Ethina you will be looking after my mother and do the Same as Diana… " Neo said with a serious tone.

"Understood my Lord… "Ethina vanished after a slight nod.

Ethina is the Ghost girl Neo meet above their new house all those years ago and even with his powers he wasn't able to find about her pat and she was also unable to tell him about herself.

So he divided to transform her just like Diana and currently he has two Angels and a Pet at his services to flow all his order.

All three of them are above the Galaxy level.

While Neo was talking with Piko the door of his room got opened and a black haired girl entered his room and said with a smile "Young master the breakfast is ready your parents are calling you down right now. "

"How many times do you want me to tell you not to call me Young master Akeno but call me by my name… " Neo said looking at Akeno while standing up from his bed.

"No can do young master. After all, mother said I should call young master young master or if in the future I become your… " Akeno had a red face while saying that and quickly run away with a red face.

"Come on Neo Kun don't stand there we need to go to our new school from today remember… " Tsubaki said from the door.

"Coming Tsubaki-chan… " Neo said as he came out of his bedroom.
