Chapter 42 - Accident

Soon Gil struggled out of the Hug If his Grandmother's hug and took a long breath, and said " I missed you too Grandmother"

"If you have missed me then you would not have stayed away for entire 2 years," Grandma Merlin said with a pout, it was an expression that no one has ever thought that it can come on her face except her Grandson no one can bring her to act like this not even her Husband

"Sorry Grandmother I have been busy with my work and training so was not able to come back HOME," Gil said with a gentle smile

" Alright, I accept your apology," Merlin said this and pat Gil's head and she continued "Let's go inside I have made Food especially for you"

Gil nodded this and started to walk with her and Siduri was following them, at Siduri wanted to greet her but she was not able to interrupt talk between Grandson and Grandmother

As for Merlin's Cooking is nothing special, more like ordinary and even more so when it is compared to someone like his mother but he still likes it because he knew that Grandmother only started to learn cooking after he was born since she wanted to feed her Grandson by herself when he grew up 

As they were walking Gil looked at the entrance and took a long breath and Merlin asked him curiously " What happened Gil?"

Gil shook his head and said "I am Home but still feels something is not complete"

"Oh," Merlin said this not anymore but gears in her were running while started to walk again, and then she suddenly said "Siduri, I would like to have a chat with you and Gil you can go alone"

Gil said nothing and nodded and started to walk inside that Mansion leaving his Grandmother and Siduri behind

Soon Gil entered the Mansion while Siduri and Merlin were left in the Garden and then Siduri said "Lady Merlin ...." She wanted to say something but she was interrupted by Merlin

"Siduri just leaves out all formality, all I want to ask one thing, Do you love my Grandson?" Merlin asked out of the blue 

" I-i don't know Lady.." Siduri said with a fl.u.s.tered expression but then again she was interrupted her

" Siduri I know you have a feeling for Grandson since you were a child and assigned as his retainer but I want to know that DO YOU LOVE MY GRANDSON, GILGAMESH LIONHEART," Merlin asked Siduri very clearly 

Siduri suddenly started to cry as emotions that bottled up in her finally came out and it took all her strength to nod and seeing this Merlin smiled widely and hugged her and wiped her tears with her hand

"Siduri I support you if want to be my Granddaughter-in-law as you are the best option to be my Gil's partner" Merlin with a happy smile

" Why Lady Merlin?" Siduri asked out of curiosity

"Why?" Merlin said with an amused smile "HAHAHA... have you seen my husband and my son, have seen how domineering to the outside world but they cower in fear to their wife, it feels good when it is your husband but when it comes to your Grandson it is unbearable, I know if it is you then you will never be the dominate one in your relationship and while still by his side faithfully and my grandson while having a happy life and I know what I say might be rude to you but as Grandmother I can only think about best of interest of my grandson"

Siduri hold Merlin's hand and shook her head telling her that she did not mind her at all but then she realized something and her eyes dimmed all of a sudden

"What happened Siduri ?" Merlin noticed a change in her and asked

"Lady Merlin, Young Lord Gilgamesh already engaged to Lady Yaoyorozu and it is not right to..." Siduri tried to explain

" Listen to me Siduri, Gil is only engaged right now and that engagement can be broken anytime and if you feel that bad then give up on him, I will find someone else but listen to me Siduri you don't have to do anything just show him that you are there and try to be little more assertive on him, although I hate to say this, he is a man of Lionheart Family and they are like that and of course Gil is no different and also he has kind fetis.. cough kind tendency to go after the girl which is hard to get which make me worry even more for him sigh," Merlin said with a sigh

" I will not let you let down and try my best Lady Merlin," Siduri said with a smile

Merlin nodded and lead her to the Mansion

Meanwhile in the Mansion

As soon as Gil arrived in the Mansion he was greeted by a row of staff consist of Butler and Maids and between there was an aged face full of vitality who was none other than Head Butler of Lionheart family, Sebastian

Although he is a Butler at Lionheart household he has the strength to compete for Top Pro Hero and his quirk is SELF CONTROL which allows him to control his body and mind and train it to an unimaginable degree with ridiculous self-control and this head Butler is well proficient in every hand to hand combat technique. Except for a few monsters he can destroy anyone in close combat and he looks like Sebas in Overload

"Welcome young Master " Sebastian Greeted Gil with a bow

"Long time no see huh, Sebastian" Sebastian is one of the few Gil acknowledge

"Indeed Young Manster, It has been 2years 1month 13 days since we last met " Sebastian answered Gil

" So where is my Grandfather, Sebastian?" Gil asked 

"Lord has gone to the Office Headquarters due to an important meeting but will arrive after lunch, Young Master" Sebastian answered Gilgamesh

Gil nodded in confirmation and started to walk toward his room and after having a bath and changing clothes and has the same that original Gilgamesh had in Fate/stay night UBW 

Soon he came down to the Dining room to Have breakfast which was made by his Grandmother and his Parents, Aunt, and Grandmother were already present there waiting for him to come and join them

Gil sat down beside Merlin which was his seat from the day he was able to eat his food on the dining table Merlin doesn't allow anyone to sit there and another seat beside Merlin opposite to Gil belongs to Angelica while the seat opposite to Merlin on the other side of the table belong to Gil's grandfather 

While Gil's Father sat beside the Head Table and his mother by his side while Siduri settles herself besides Gil and she or any other of her family would always sit beside Member of the Lionheart family they serve until the Person they serve gets married or they get Married

Soon under Sebastian guidance breakfast was served which made by Merlin, Although the food was not great everyone except Alesha enjoyed it as they felt the love there Mother/Grandmother poured into it

While they were eating would always Merlin always urged him to eat more and say how thin he has become and always compared his size to that of his Grandfather at there age and also scolded Alesha a few times and saying that she was neglecting Gil's health and also tries to ask Gil if his Mother has scolded back at Japan so that she can get back for him but in the end, Gil could only smile wearily as he knew if into his mother hands, later on then he will be doomed so he didn't say much or just denied it

" Alright, I am done," Gil said as he stands up and ready to leave 

"Wait for I have present there for you in Garage," Merlin said this throw a car keys to him with Taurus(Raging Bull) symbol which was Lamborghini symbol and then he started to walk out of the dining hall and soon Siduri also stand up to follow him Gil but suddenly Gil spoke to her "Siduri you don't have to follow me " 

He didn't say more started to walk toward the Garage and after few minutes he finally arrived and there he found many Luxurious car presents and also few Vintage cars too and soon Gil pressed the button on the keys and he found a Brand New Lamborghini in metallic black color with metallic Grey interior to Beep 

Soon he drives out his new car out of the garage and soon makes his way to the entrance of the estate, where guards open ups the gate for him, and soon he leaves for the road from New Jersey to New York ( First of all its not odd for him to drive at age of 15 it is the USA and people can get there on age of 16 [differ from state to state] and of course you will have different privileges of being Super Rich )

Soon Gil came to the downtown area of New York at 5th Avenue and while they're a lot going in his head

'...Yes Momo and I are engaged'

'[scene were Siduri kissed on his lips while he was sleeping]'

'I don't know what to do and what not sigh' He thought

While he was driving there at the sidewalk was he lady waiting with her daughter for the walking signal to be Green so that she can cross the road with her daughter who was playing with a ball along with many other people who were waiting to cross the road but suddenly Ball slips out of the little girl's hand and rolls in the middle of the road right in Gil's car path and as Childish nature of Little Girl she runs toward the ball while she was few meters apart from Gil's car but still it hasn't caught Gil's attention even with his passive clairvoyance due to all that thoughts in his mind, the small stature of the little girl and no threat to his life and biologically he wasn't aware of it of situation

But soon a silhouette catches his attention, a Young Girl around his age with pink hair running toward the path of his car and stand with her hands wide open blocking his path, maneuvers his car to the right side while avoiding people right sidewalks, and hits the break stills his rams into a fire hydrant
