Chapter 1069: Phitrus

After preparing everything they could, the group gathered in the garden with Ragi bringing the compass.

"This is the place, Your Excellency."

Alex nodded with a smile. "Thank you."

He took at everyone's face again before using his Teleportation Array to leave the world.

The place wasn't really that far, so Alex and co arrived at that planet within a few hours.

This was the first time he saw nothing other than grey ashes in the sky. According to Ragi, the world's volcanoes kept erupting to the point of making the entire planet dark. However, once in a while, the God Beasts cleared the sky up to let enough light inside.

And that time was now.

Something big was flying from the right side of the planet, circling around the planet while burning the entire ashes cloud.

The Beast was none other than the same snake as Ragi.

Alex activated his Spirit Eyes and found that the snake was Rank 2 God, so it must be either his father or mother.

As soon as the snake noticed their presence, it took a quick look before starting to approach him.

Ragi instantly leaped toward the snake and returned to his original experience.

"Ragi!"

"Mother."

The two snakes flew close to each other before they faced each other with their head touching each other, creating a heart.

"I am glad that you are alright. Besides, you have become a Rank 4 God."

"I am at the peak of Rank 4 God. I should be able to become a Rank 3 God within a decade."

"Really?" She looked surprised before turning to Alex and the others. Lowering her head, she said, "Thank you for taking care of my son, Your Excellency. My name is Myra, Fire God Phitrus's God Beast."

Alex waved his hand. "It's fine."

"May I know what your excellency's purpose for coming to this planet is? Is it really for our Lord's promise?"

"Yes." Alex nodded with a solemn expression.

"I understand. I shall lead you to the others." She nodded. "Please follow me."

"Please."

The snake turned around and flew to the planet. As soon as she came inside, she entered one of the volcanoes before coming out with another snake with her.

"This is my husband. I believe, Your Excellency needs to talk with my husband first while I am calling the others and doing my job."

Alex acknowledged it with a smile. "Thank you."

He seemed to have just woken up from his sleep, looking at Alex while trying to come up with an excuse or whatsoever to start their conversation.

"I am honored to meet you, Your Excellency. My name is Rhadon. I am Fire God's Phitrus Chief Beast."

"So, you are like a leader or something?"

"Yes." He nodded.

"Then, I want to talk regarding the promise. Well, this is my secondary purpose of coming here, but I think it's important to talk about it first."

"I have read my son's letter. You are planning to train here, right?"

"Yes."

"In that case, I think it's better to talk in private so we can resolve it quickly." He looked at the others.

Lin Xingzhi nodded while sending a thought transmission. 'I will be with them, making sure they are fine while you are settling things.'

'Thanks.'

Lin Xingzhi then grabbed the others and dragged them fifty meters away from them.

Instead of worrying about Alex, Rose focused on the planet itself. She looked at the sky as ashes kept raining as long as the thick ash cloud remained in the sky. A portion of them had been cleared by Myra, but it still covered eighty percent of the planet, so the planet was dark as if it was a night.

She began looking at the horizon and found that her vision was limited not only due to the ashes but the lighting.

After that, she lowered her vision and found that the ground was grey. Out of curiosity, she descended to the ground and sank until the surface reached her knee. "This is quite deep. And to think that the entire world has this thick volcanic ashes."

"Indeed. But I think I can compress them again and create concentrated volcanic ashes. From my perspective, this ashes barely reach Divine Item rank. If I compress a huge amount of them, I will be able to get five concentrated powders. Of course, I will need to make it after getting all the resources in the entire world." She chuckled.

"I am afraid that is possible. We have no one who can do it."

"Still, to think that it's this cold on the surface. It's very different from Eulja." Evelyn raised her hand, letting the ashes fall onto her hands.

"This will happen to a planet that is so far from its sun, so the heat from the sun will disperse first before reaching the planet."

"That's the reason why the one from earlier burning the ash cloud, right?" Rose asked.

"That's one of the reasons. Anyway, I need to find the water spring as soon as possible."

Meanwhile, Alex and Rhadon stared at each other for a while until Alex activated his Sound Insulation Array. "I am sure that this is the best solution for us, right?"

"Agree. I don't expect you to trust me completely, but before that, I want to show you something." He took out a memory crystal from the Space Ring and handed it to Alex.

Alex waved his hand and took the crystal with the help of Spiritual Energy. He channeled his Energy and a figure came out of the crystal.

It was none other than Phitrus.

"I am here. If you see this recording, it means I have already died," said Phitrust with a serious expression. Suddenly, his face turned red as he burst out. "Ahaha…I thought that would be a perfect opening, but I guess it has been used too much."

Alex sighed. He'd heard from Lin Xingzhi that Phitrus was even more carefree than him and she seemed to be telling the truth.

"Anyway, I am leaving this message to you for a few things. First, I want you to know that I am leaving the process to burn your own Universe Oath or Life and Death Contract with your Godly Pure Fire in them. You can say that each God Beast has a piece of information, so make sure to meet them all, okay?

"After that, I want to mention the reason why I left all my God Beasts behind. I am worried about your future. I am not talking about your current state, not the beast. I am sure that you are finding this recording when you are lower than a Rank 5 God, so there might be something big going on after that stage.

"Can you explain about the phoenixes to me?" Alex looked at Rhadon.

He nodded. "I shall explain everything to Your Excellency."

Suddenly, Phitrus turned around as if he knew someone was behind him. "Since I left this message to Rhadon. He must be here. Yo, Rhadon. How are you? When Rhadon heard the message, he couldn't help but lower his head while smiling. His way of talking was very nostalgic to him, especially with Phitrus being their Godfather.

"In that case, the business is done." Alex smiled and snapped his finger as the Sound Insulation Array disappeared.

He saw Lin Xingzhi raising her head as if waiting for someone to appear. As soon as Alex followed her line of sight, nine shadows appeared in the sky as they stared at one person.

Surprisingly, all of them lowered their heads in unison and said.
