Chapter 1036: Before the Training

After meeting the Guardians, he returned to the castle first.

"They are pretty nice and fun to get along with," Alex explained his thoughts about the Elemental Gods and Guardians.

"No, no. They are just troublesome people that you need to deal with." She shook her head helplessly.

"Haha…" Alex laughed.

"Anyway, now that you have met them, what are you going to do?"

"I will probably start my training. Before that, I will bring Letizia, Rose, and Evelyn to the Sword Pavilion first."

"Sure. Letizia is in the Ice Phoenix Tribe while Rose and Evelyn were training in the garden." She nodded.

"I will grab Rose and Evelyn first." Alex nodded and decided to part way with Lin Xingzhi.

"Alright. I will do my own job then." Lin Xingzhi turned around while waving her hand as they walked in a different direction.

Alex went to the garden, finding Rose and Evelyn training together.

As soon as they noticed Alex's presence, they knew that it was time to go for their second stage training.

"Master. Are we leaving now?"

"Yes." Alex nodded. "After we grab Letizia from the Ice Phoenix Tribe though."

"I understand." Rose nodded before asking. "I wonder…Can we get a reward if we are able to use a Weapon Qi first?"

"Don't think about it. You have gotten the strength of the Bow Mastery. It will be your advantage of course." Alex shook his head while patting her head. "But if you managed to reach Rank 9 Weapon Qi first, I will give you a reward."

"Really?" Rose smirked.

Alex shrugged. "Of course, I am setting a time limit. Let's see… If you can do it within ten years, I will give you a reward."

"By the way, did Master have the Rank 9 Weapon Qi?"

"Nope. Still Rank 8. I should be able to reach it during my training in this world."

"I see. In that case, won't ten years be too hard?"

"Not really. Calculating the progress I have since the first time I cultivated Sword Qi and Spear Qi, I used around five years."

Evelyn chuckled and said, "I have."

"See?" Even Alex knew that Evelyn only joked around, but he couldn't help but use it to tease Rose. This girl was always serious, so it was better to relax a bit.

After a wave of laughter, Alex teleported them to the Ice Phoenix Tribe. It was a tall mountain that could rival that of the highest mountain he saw in the previous world. The Ice Phoenix Tribe built their settlement on top of this mountain, so Alex spared no effort in climbing the mountain.

As if they sensed him, Alicia and an elderly woman appeared right before he reached the top. The elderly woman was astonished to see Alex's face.

"Ya, I am going to take Letizia somewhere for training. Is she occupied at the moment?" Alex asked Alicia before turning to the elderly woman. "And this is…"

"Letizia is cultivating, and I can wake her up right now." Alicia nodded before introducing the elder. "This is the elder of the Ice Phoenix Tribe. You can say that she has served under three Ice Phoenix Queens. Me, Vera, and the one before her."

"I see. Thank you for taking care of her, Elder." Alex politely bowed, showing his respect.

"Please…don't." The elder bowed and said, "This elder is not worth your bow, Your Majesty. I just did my job as the elder of the Ice Phoenix Tribe."

"May I have the pleasure to know Elder's name?"

"This humble self is Sien. I am honored to see you again, Your Majesty."

"Nice to meet you." Alex nodded with a smile. "May I have the permission to enter the tribe?"

"Please, Your Majesty. Even Vera is missing you."

"Haha. She is not missing me, she is missing Fabio." Alex laughed.

"That…I can't deny. But she indeed wants to see you." The elder made a gentle smile before stretching her hand, asking Alex to follow her.

Alex nodded and flew to the top with Rose and Evelyn.

However, he immediately hid inside his Space World while walking near the elder. Knowing the reason why he did that, the elder didn't mention anything. In fact, she helped him camouflaging the Space Element, so no one noticed.

He then arrived in a huge tent.

It turned out that this was Vera's tent. She was cultivating in the corner of the room.

When Alex came in, she gradually opened her eyes and smiled. "Master, welcome."

"Vera. It's been a while. How are you?"

"I am good and steadily increasing my cultivation. Thanks to the medicinal herbs you bestowed upon us, I should be able to reach Rank 5 God within twenty years. I will be able to fight alongside you again."

"That's encouraging. However, have you met Fabio yet?"

"Not yet. He is undergoing another training. I am not sure, but he said he wanted to ask the Elemental God to train himself." She shook her head.

"Is that so?" Alex nodded. "To be honest, I haven't visited anyone. I plan to visit them again, but a bit later."

"I see. All of them are planning to regain their previous cultivation so that we will meet again soon. Sadly, Divine Energy is not the same as Spiritual Energy. If not, we can just kill more monsters and regain our cultivation back." She sighed.

"Take your time. You all have helped me so much. This time, I will be the one helping you." Alex smiled.

Suddenly, the tent was opened, and Letizia came in.

"Master, are you waiting for me?" Letizia asked.

"Yeah, I want to start with your training." Alex nodded. Even though Alex already told her not to call her Master again, she couldn't because she had gotten used to it. Besides, it made her a bit special, so Alex ended up letting her call him what she wanted.

"I understand. I can go right now." Letizia nodded.

"In that case, I will be bringing her, Elder." Alex looked at Sien with a smile.

"No, no. You don't need any permission, Your Majesty." She hurriedly waved her hand.

"And can you keep my visit a secret first?"

"I understand your current situation, Your Majesty, so you don't need to worry."

"In that case, I will be leaving first. Let's meet again in the future." Alex smiled as he used his Teleportation Array to leave Eulja.

It took them a few hours to reach the place he used to train. He wanted to see Aria, but he decided to leave her alone for the time being. She would visit Eulja soon, so there was no point visiting her now other than checking her well-being.

He and the three girls arrived in the Sword Pavilion.

Taking out the token she gave back then, Alex channeled his Divine Energy in front of the Pavilion.

Suddenly, he heard a sound from the token, saying, "Come inside with your Space Element. Opening the gate will be too eye-catching."

Alex snapped his finger without hesitation and brought the three girls.

As soon as he entered, the tower sent its Teleportation Array and brought them to the top floor.

"This…" Rose looked around. "This is amazing. It's the most realistic one I have seen."

"Yeah, yeah. The one living here is a Rank 2 God, so you three should be more respectful, okay?" Alex patted Rose's head before looking in the house's direction.

"Ya, I have been waiting for you, Alexander Sirius." Suddenly, a woman's voice resounded in everyone's ears.

Alex turned around, looking at her with a smile. "Yes. These three are the ones I told you."

"I see." The woman appeared before the three as she observed them from top to bottom.

The first one was Evelyn. "Hmm, this girl has a good foundation. She might be able to go far in her journey with her sword."

"Thank you." Evelyn glanced left and right, not knowing what to say with this person.

"Don't worry. I am just trying to see your foundation to check whether you are ready for training or not. You have a good foundation… Hmm, Alexander must have trained you well."

"Yes. Big Brother has taught me well." Evelyn nodded.

Alex twitched his eyebrows and asked, "Where do you get that information?"

"Books, of course."

"I am sure there is something wrong with the books you read…"

"My Lord was the one who gave me."

"I see. It seems the Sword God also had that kind of collection." Alex nodded in understanding.

"I don't know what you are talking about." She decided to change the topic, so she took a look at Letizia. "Hmm…Foundation is solid but not at the same level as the first one. It's going to be troublesome, but I don't think it will be a problem. She must haven't studied under you for a long time."

"Yeah. She is the last one that I started to teach."

"I see. I will be fixing some issues with her first before teaching how to accumulate the Sword Qi."

"I will leave it to you. She has a Pure Ice Element, so she is also reliant on it."

"Don't worry. She is in good hands." She nodded before moving to Rose.

When she glanced at her, she almost stumbled on the ground as she blinked her eyes a few times. "This…This girl…"

"This is the one I told you."

"I see. She is a monster like you." She nodded her head. "It seems I don't need to worry about the next Sword God. You will surely bring me the best successor."

"Well, I will do my best." Alex nodded. "They are Evelyn, Letizia, and Rose. Rose is my disciple."

"Nice to meet you. I am Zera." She smiled.

The three also introduced themselves to her once more.

"Alright. Since you three have met her, I think it's time for me to leave."

"Yes, sure. The sooner we start, the better their progress later." Zera gave a thumb up.

"Okay. I will leave them to you. You three, I will bring you back in three to four years Eulja time."

The three nodded simultaneously, assuring Alex they would be fine.

Alex then turned around and used his Teleportation Array to return to Eulja, specifically the mushroom house where his training would begin.

Surprisingly, Rilt seemed to be waiting for him outside the house.

"Yo, you have finally returned. How are those guys?"

Alex thought for a moment before answering him with a smile. "They are pretty energetic."

"I see. Sounds like them. Just need to make sure that we are not that friendly with each other, okay?"

"Yeah, yeah." Alex shrugged.

"You are ready for training, right?"

"Yes." Alex smiled.

"Come in first and rest for tonight. We will start training tomorrow. By the way, the room is soundproof, okay?"

"…"

"The room is soundproof."

"You don't need to repeat it!" Alex twitched his eyebrows.
