603 Training

Name:Gacha Sovereign Author:Fixten
In the middle of the night, the sound of cricket filled the entire Cursed Forest. Nonetheless, no matter how hard they investigated the forest, there was not even a single cricket around, let alone monsters.

This was the first time Alex visited the Cursed Forest at night and it could be said it was creepier than during the day. He stopped not far from the portal, gathered his spirits around, and sat on a stone.

He pointed his palm to the front and released a fireball to brighten the space.

"Assuming that the Black Devil Sect will be angry and people know they are weakened, how do you think they will cope up with the situation?" Alex asked lightly, but there was a hidden meaning behind his words.

"They? Are you asking about how Black Devil Sect will do or other influences?" Anya asked.

Alex smiled, but his answer came in the form of a nod.

"If I am the Ancient Blue Family leader, I will end the agreement with them. After all, they have lost their purpose. It's not like there is a good relationship between us." Anna snorted. "As for whether I attack them or not? There is a high chance I will attack them to prove that Ancient Blue Family doesn't have some sort of agreement with them."

"Indeed. But you should know that their agreement is also with the Main Family of Ancient Blue Family. If that family on the Heavenly Continent interfered, what would you do?" Nelson narrowed his eyes.

"I will still attack them. Unless the main family wants to lose their face on the Heavenly Continent, they won't help a puny evil influence all the way." Anna shrugged.

"Certainly…" Anya nodded, closed her eyes, and thought for a moment. She opened her mouth after a moment of silence. "I believe it's futile to talk about it. We can ask Nelson… No, Narman should be enough to oversee this continent, specifically Black Devil Sect."

"You are right. If I'm the spy, I will just check the condition of Black Devil Sect to learn the Ancient Blue Family situation. As for the other three influences, if they are planning to act against the Black Devil Sect, their movement must be big. It shouldn't be too hard to track their movement." Nelson agreed as an expert in espionage.

"Alright. We shouldn't discuss this for now. Anna, ask Narman to observe the Black Devil Sect. We have cut their strength more than half, so they must be panicking right now. Have him search for everything and inform me if something happened." Alex ordered.

"Then, are we going to enter the Underworld? Let's ask Njomo first." Anya looked at Alex's expression for a second to get his affirmation before pulling out Njomo's Card. "Njomo. We need to have information about your situation."

"Woof Woof Woof."

"He said he is going to tell him all the way from the start. If you have time, that is." Nelson, who stood beside him, translated Njomo's words nonchalantly.

Njomo began his explanation, of course, in the form of barking. Alex was completely clueless about it, so he could only wait for someone to translate it.

On his left, Nelson listened to Njomo attentively before he even wanted to translate. He simply didn't want to misinterpret his information.

After a whole fifteen minutes' lecture' from Njomo, the sound finally died down. Anya turned around and looked at Nelson, "Who is going to translate it?"

"I will do it. You can add anything if I misinterpret or misunderstand his words." Nelson nodded at Anya.

"Sure."

Knowing Nelson would be the one to give him the explanation, Alex looked at him with great interest.

"As you know, there are three races inside this realm that stay in harmony. According to Njomo, the space inside was around half the west side of this continent or in another word, it was half the size of Black Devil Sect territory." Nelson started with the geography first.

"Alright. It's really a big place. How about their power level?" Alex asked.

"This might be a bit troublesome for us. Each race has one strongest person as their leader and all of them are 7-Star Martial Saints. As for their subjects… I am sure you can imagine. You can say that this realm is a pseudo Heavenly Continent." Nelson said.

"Still, their power level is not…" Alex furrowed his eyebrows.

"Yeah. Njomo has tried to search for the reason, but it's not possible." Nelson shook his head helplessly.

"Alright. We can see what we need to do inside. Though I don't know if we can survive inside, considering they have a high-level power system…" Alex frowned, wondering if it was too risky to go.

"Njomo said they were pretty civil. If what Teodross said was right, they shouldn't attack you without reason. Of course, We need to make sure they are not hostile to humans. If they are hostile, I can somehow intrude their place and present the sword. If it's not possible, I have a way to retreat." Nelson assured him.

"That's work too… Well, I'm close to Martial Monarch anyway, and the enemy is a Martial Saint. Looking back on our past record, we needed to be aware of a Martial Lord or a King when I was merely a Martial Master. And met Martial Emperors when I was a Martial King… Nonetheless, we should be able to do it as long as we are careful." Alex nodded.

"You are indeed right… but you should add that those two occasions know about humanity. However, this place doesn't have a single human. If possible, I want you to hide yourself or maybe cover yourself with a long robe… In case we are in trouble, we can summon Wright, who has the closest appearance to an undead to talk." Anya added.

Alex thought for a moment and nodded. "Alright. We should do that."

Nelson waited for another question, but Alex signaled him to continue. "Anyway, the three races inside the realm are the same as you predicted. The First Race is the Dwarf Race, and they are the same as your knowledge, good in forging. They are highly appreciated as a strong weapon, so I assume, we can entice them with Teodross's weapon.

"The second race is beastmen. They contain many beasts such as cat tribe, dog tribe, and so on. Suppose you tone down Sherry a little bit and become a normal fox, she can be placed in the wolf tribe. They are the same as Sherry and Stina, but it is more of an animal tribe.

"The last is like Wright, Undead Race. There are living skeletons, zombies, and so on. It would seem that this race is like the truth keeper in this place. If you want to ask anything, you can ask them. Of course, you need to gain their trust first."

"..." Alex furrowed his eyebrows. "I only want to get my sword and spear done. After that, we can leave the Underworld."

"Fair enough. Young Master might need the Spiritual Weapons to fight the Fire God Clan anyway." Nelson nodded. "I will ensure everything first before Young Master joins. However, I believe Young Master doesn't need to practice arrays or pills because you won't need it in this realm."

"What do you mean? I am practicing these two for money." Alex frowned.

"There is simply a lack of medicinal herbs in this realm. On the other hand, there isn't a single monster in this realm." Nelson shook his head.

"No materials I can use in this realm?"

"Yes. If you want to use the Gacha items, then I won't stop you… but they are not enough to make a few million Spirit Gems in total… I believe you can only get around five million Spirit Gems."

"I see…" Alex let out a sigh. "I will still practice though. After all, I doubt I will be powerful enough to produce rank 8 pills or arrays by the time I leave this realm. I will just grab some ingredients on the Heavenly Continent and sell the products."

"If that is Young Master's wish, then I have no qualms." Nelson bowed his head.

"Anyway, we are going inside in two months." Alex paused for a moment and asked, "Did Njomo tell you anything other than that information?"

"No. I believe we have covered everything up." Nelson shook his head before glancing at Anya. "Do you want to add something?"

Anya pondered for a moment and shook her head. "No."

"Alright. Since we have finished our discussion, I'm going to proceed with my training session. As for the others… I will be raising all of you to Martial Monarch because we don't really need to use EXP Cards earlier." Alex scratched his cheek because he only relied on everyone's True Spirit Body. "System, please."

[Processing.]

The system used Alex's EXP Cards on Six Spirits: Anya, Jean, Fabio, Vera, Greg, and Artur. Most of them required two EXP Cards, so Alex had no problem leveling all of them.

"You guys can stand by here for two months. As for Nelson, you might want to go inside and check our surroundings first."

"Yes. I will make sure we are safe after entering this place." Nelson nodded.

Alex quickly opened the portal and sent Nelson to the Underworld. After ensuring everything, he began his practice. For his Arrays, he learned two more arrays: rank 7 Teleportation Array and rank 7 God Sword Array. It took him almost two weeks for these two arrays.

His current rank 6 Teleportation Array could teleport him a few hundred kilometers at once. This rank 7 Teleportation Array could cover ten times that distance. In fact, he could cross the ocean by using this Teleportation Array a couple of times and arrived on the Heavenly Continent.

On the other hand, God Sword Array was an array specialized in the offense. Alex could summon a rain of swords in the middle of the enemy and combined them with his Firebirds. It could cause a huge ruckus in their ranks.

After that, Alex moved into the Alchemy Training. He only had one pill in his mind, which was Dragon Strengthened Pill. And yes, the effect was to increase his strength. By consuming this pill, Alex could gain two thousand dragon strength. His current strength was one thousand and three hundred dragons and it was already equal to 1-Star Martial Monarch. This pill would become his assurance to enter this realm.

He produced the pill with everything he had in the System, exhausting all the medicinal herbs of this pill. In the end, Alex somehow made fifty pills and swallowed one of them. As for the rest, he was planning to give Rose one and sell the rest. If there was Evelyn, he might give it to her, but he believed Manness would surely take care of her, so he proceeded with the next training.

Alex had been wasting a lot of time thinking about this and finally came to a conclusion. The last training and the one that took the longest was the creation of his Original Spear Technique.

His Original Sword Technique was Triple Draws, which was more a kind of support technique to enhance every Martial Art he used. A normal person might only master one technique in their life, but Alex still had his spear. If his Sword Technique was a support, he chose an attack technique for his spear.

The name of the spear technique was Mythical Spear Cannon. And surprisingly, he found something unbelievable in this technique. The Mythical Spear Cannon itself couldn't be used together with Triple Draws due to its power. However, when Alex used his Sword a couple of times, the strike became more refined and focused on penetration power.

As for what kind of power this technique had, Alex could only try it with an opponent in the near future.

It was only after two months, he finally finished all of his preparation. In these two months, he had been waiting for Sherry, Kyle, and Stina to finish their evolution, but they needed more time. Alex ended up going inside the realm before they finished.
