Chapter 281 - WINS Streaming (1)

DEATH stepped outside the FAB_Gamers villa full of energy. For a while, he stared at the stary sky and mumbled, "It had been so long since I watch the sky at night. The regional tournament, my squad must bring victory."

With the amount of excitement that he felt, DEATH strode towards the training and repeatedly speak to himself, "The ban feature is indeed the key. Brother WINS is really smarter in one level than me."

He was smiling from ear to ear and he could not help but reminisced some great memories of the past that he shared with WINS. 

For a while, he just stood there like a lunatic smiling at the empty space.

He was a gamer from an early age. He learned to play games at the age of 6 by watching others in computer shops. At that time, he did not even know how to operate other pc commands. What he only learned was the basic gaming keys.

And before the popularity of gaming clubs and mobile RTS games as well as 5 v 5 versions emerged, the in-game name WINS and DEATH had already made a strong reputation in the early gaming world. 

It was true that they were the founder of the infamous DEATH WINS guild. But, only veteran players mostly remember their past glory. 

Back then, the reputation of their guild was rock solid. They were even dubbed by other gamers as the unconquerable guild in the MMORPG world. Later on, with the numerous games available, some would even copy their in-game names. 

This reputation had helped them to gain instant fame in the RTS and 5 v 5 gaming world. When they decided to become a professional player and joined a club, the two made an official notice and disbanded their guild. Most of their fans quickly shifted and follow them.

At first, the fans even admired their brotherhood. However, as time passed and they were not seen playing together, speculations of disagreement were quick to spread. 

And the two had gone on a separate path. Even if they were in the same club, the constant competition of their squad was something that really weakened their friendship. Soon after, most of their fanbase went to WINS.

'CEO UNRIVALED huh... just what did this person do that WINS have so much respect for her? If I defeat her in the tournament, would he still respect this person?' DEATH asked in his mind. The sudden surge of indescribable emotion enveloped his entire being. Now, he somehow found a different motivation to win the tournament. Defeating the Chronos squad to see the reaction of his former friend.

Meanwhile, in the training room, DEATH's members were anxiously discussing the former strategy that they have thought. 

"If we pick two marksman characters... we will also be laughed at! This is not how pro players play! We should maintain a balanced line-up!" Last_HP stated. 

"But how can we maximize our damage against the tank? We need range skill attacks. This is the only way," Extinction commented.

Just like their squad leader, they were too focused on the problem and overlooked the ban feature. 

As DEATH returned to the training room, all his members could tell that he was in a great mood. They quickly stopped their discussion and felt a sense of optimism.

"Targeting a tank... this is no longer our problem!" DEATH announced. He dragged a chair to the side and took a seat. In his hand was a wrinkled box that he was casually throwing back and forth.

"Boss DEATH, how is it? What is that box in your hand?" Lifeless_Combo asked while staring at the wrinkled box. "I have seen gaming guides in small notes. There are also gaming manuals. But, I have never seen any manual or guide in a form of a box! That can't be a solution, right?"

DEATH abruptly stopped throwing the wrinkled box. He had almost forgotten the tea and was just casually playing with the object in his hand.

"LC, what the heck! How can it be a solution? Have you gone too sleepy that you can't clearly see what it is?" Extinction raised his brow towards Lifeless_Combo.

"Extinction, I can see it clearly! I'm just saying," Lifeless_Como shrugged and yawn at the same time.

"Boss DEATH, what's that box?" Extinguisher_Mage also made a follow-up after not hearing any response from DEATH.

"T-this... Well, after going to the FAB_Gamer's villa, I discovered that WINS is selling tea. This is free taste," DEATH simply replied as if selling tea was within WINS personality. 

"Tea? Ohhh... I only see tea in the sachet. If you did not bring a box boss DEATH, I would never have any idea that they are placed in a box!" Extinguisher_Mage chuckled.

"HAHAHA... me too... boss DEATH, let me see that box! I have only held a box of cigarettes and other stuff... It's my first time holding a box of tea! HAHAHA," Extinction followed and snatched the box from DEATH's hands.

"Other stuff... ehh..." The other members said in chorus, giving an obvious teasing look at Extinction. Among them, he was a playboy. As for the 'other box', even if they don't speak it... all of them could understand what it meant!

Extinction returned a playful glare at his companions and put the box of tea back in DEATH's hand.

After teasing him, they seemed to feel perplexed by what their squad leader said.

"Boss DEATH, you mean, the squad leader of the FAB_Gamer squad is selling that tea?" Extinction questioned.

"He is. He had filled an entire cabinet in his dining area. It is full of this kind of box," DEATH casually replied. The image of WINS opening his cabinet suddenly flashed in his mind. "Haha, he has so many supplies!"

'Many supplies!' This time, his members were completely stunned. One after another, they could not help but expressed their opinions about it.

"How can the squad leader of FAB_Gamers sell tea when he has money enough to support five families?" Extinction stated.

"That's right! Even if we don't know the exact digit of WINS monthly income, it is known to us that he is the highest earner in our club! Is there even a need for him to become a tea seller?" Extinguisher_Mage said.

"This matter is really something that is unexpected! Even the highest income player is engaging in business!" Last_HP followed.

"What's wrong with it?" DEATH suddenly asked them.

"Well... S-selling tea? T-that... that is rather unexpected for someone who has the highest earnings in our club! Why is squad leader WINS selling tea, Boss DEATH? Is his family engaging in the tea business?" Extinction asked with an innocent expression on his face.

"Hmmph, I don't think so. What else is the reason? He is probably bored. In any case, I already have a good strategy. Go... login to your personal account in social media first. Send the most expensive gift to WINS stream. He should be streaming now," DEATH quickly instructed them. He remembered that WINS told him about losing money because of their conversation.

"Boss DEATH, are you serious? That guy is earning more than my combined income. Why would I make him richer by sending a gift in his stream?!" Lifeless_Combo quickly complained. 

"That's right! Boss DEATH, let's focus on our income. WINS has already enough money!" Extinction supported.

"If you don't want to do it, it's fine. I just want to return a favor to WINS since he gave me an idea on how to defeat the Chronos squad," DEATH stated. He took his phone and opened his social media. Then, he quickly clicked the button to switch to his personal account. 

In his pro account, his profile name was his in-game name: DEATH. After it was successfully switched to his personal account, his profile name also changed to his real name: BLAKE

Not long after, he joined the stream of WINS and did not hesitate to send a gift. He watched for a while and saw a series of bubble messages on his mobile screen.

Cedric gifted *****

Tobi gifted *****

Clarence gifted *****

Tristan gifted *****

Then, they instantly heard the sound of WINS' voice announcing and saying his thanks for the gifts followed. Only that, they did not expect that WINS would also tease them in his stream!

"AH... I have seen Blake gifting my stream... Thank you the squad leader of Slayer_Gods! This is rather generous!"

"Ohh... another member of your squad... Cedric gifting the stream... Thank you, Extinguisher_Mage!"

"Yet, another member of your squad... Tobi gifting the stream... Thank you, Lifeless_Combo!"

"And there's more from the Slayer_Gods squad... Clarence gifting the stream... Thank you, Extinction!"

"Hahaha... wait, the entire Slayer_Gods is here! Tristan... ahh Thank you, Last_HP!"

Hearing WINS series of shout-outs, all Slayer_Gods players were dumbfounded. It was very fast when WINS speak of it that he did not take a minute to mention all of them. 

But, this was not the reason why they were dumbfounded. 

It was because WINS had actually exposed their in-game names alongside their real names!
