'This teen... Miss Sofia, you are really something...' Jing Jing trailed in her thoughts while Sofia faced the two men, persuading them with her idea of starting their company.

To watch someone as young as her lecturing about growth and development, it's almost as if Jing Jing could see her professor back when she was still studying. The same manner and the same tone. But the gap of age was too big.

It was not her first time to see Sofia having such a firm bearing. She had seen this kind of attitude before. The young lady's strong sense and belief of her belief... In her eyes, it would always be an incredible scene to see.

If the two men were characters in the game, then, Sofia had completely silenced them with her lecturing skills. They just opened their mouth and find no more words to say.

"Are you sure about this decision, Miss Sofia? We have not yet started our operation. Can we offer them to become our subsidiary?" Jing Jing whispered behind her after not hearing any response from the other side. She had never heard of such an arrangement where a starting company took in a subsidiary. The risk was unimaginable. They had not yet earned a stable profit. If they share their resources, there was also a tendency for them to lose big time even before they could profit!

"I am sure. Sister Jing, we can make adjustments in our organization, later on. As long as they agree, it's doable! Anyway, once they got their licenses, our company is already in operation," Sofia softly answered.

"Young boss, we just want to earn money," Franco reluctantly said after noticing that Sofia and Jing Jing were secretly exchanging a conversation.

"Believe me, if it's just money that you want to gain by getting a salary from constructing computer systems. Then, my idea will give you tremendous profit! There is so much opportunity in the area of owning a company in software development. With the right attitude and skills, your pockets will not go dry. Money will only overflow!" Sofia answered and tucked her hair behind her ears.

She was no longer aware that her way of talking to them had gone beyond her current age. Fortunately for her, the three people around were also too surprised that they have no time to notice or question her way of talking.

Despite standing on the side of the road for a very long time, the other passerby has not bothered to pay attention to them.

At that time, Sofia was like a vendor. But instead of talking about a certain product to make sales with the two men, she was actually marketing them the idea of starting their own company. And Jing Jing could tell that her words had almost convinced them.

"If we open our company and become your subsidiary, what will happen to us?" Riel questioned.

Because most citizens in district 7 had really no objectives of starting their company. These two men only pay attention to getting money by working.

So, for Sofia's suggestions, they really had no idea how to even start. Heck, they did not even bother knowing about the licenses needed for their line of work!

Creating a series of codes and selling them were easy tasks. Even students who had access to coding could do it.

Based on the law of district 7, this kind of job does not need them to get any license. They were not bound by any legal responsibility other that their the agreement between employer and employee.

Only the company or the employer that would launch the programs must have the license to ensure that the content of their software programs would adhere to the humanitarian guidelines and the internet legal protocol.

"You don't know where to start?" Sofia asked.

"We don't want to start a company!" Riel reacted with a helpless tone of voice. He even stomped his feet to make an emphasis on their situation.

"Why not? If you are scared of the responsibilities, then, I will help you and give you the resources needed. Within a year, the Chronos company will assist the two of you to meet clients," Sofia offered.

"Huh?!" Riel crumpled his face and looked lost in Sofia's persistence.

"Just do what I say. I'll guide the two of you," Sofia calmly answered.

"And--- young boss, what will you get from giving us guidance and your resources?" Franco also inquired while scratching his head.

"Profits! But that's for a long-term partnership," Sofia stated.

"What's the deal really?" Riel sighed.

"Hmmn... Our deal would be... The Chronos will help you and we won't claim any profit in your initial year. You can have all the money. But for the next succeeding years, the annual profit will then be split into 50/50. As for the ownership, 50% should be owned by the Chronos company. If you have enough money in the future, you can also buy this 50% share from us and be an independent company," Sofia explained.

To put it simply, the Chronos company will be obliged to assist them to find the necessary resources to start. In exchange, the company will give Sofia 50% ownership of them since she is the registered CEO of the Chronos company.

It would be a collaboration but the advantage was really more on the part of Sofia.

'Alas! If these two did not hesitate to start a company, they would probably become richer than my Chronos company. But, since they are unwilling, then, I can only push them by offering support,' Sofia mentally commented while waiting for the two to respond. But she could not blame the reluctance of the two men. After all, they were not like her.

To become a subsidiary of the Chronos company, it was only reasonable for such an arrangement to let Sofia have 50% ownership. This is the absolute rule of their corporate world.

"We came here to provide you an app, we did not expect that we would discuss a much serious plan. We are not fully prepared," Franco sighed.

"No need for any preparation. I will handle the rest. If you want to waste your talent, I can't bear to see it being wasted. I won't allow you to waste your potentials either. All you need to focus it to get the necessary license and, I will give you the resources. Don't think too much, it's not that complicated as developing an app. Contact me or sister Jing anytime," Sofia commanded.

Without waiting for their response, she looked at Jing Jing and signaled them to leave.

Jing Jing nodded her head and they turned around and started walking towards their car. After sitting comfortably inside, Sofia rolled down the window and waved goodbye to the two men.

Not long after, they left the two men who were still in daze while staring at the empty road.
