Bleach With A Twist - Chapter 14 - The brothers awakening: start

GOD POV. A few months after the last chapter.

In the usual forest, grunting and panting could be heard. Occasionally there would be mȯȧn and the panting would get harder. Two figures could be moving back and forth in rhythm, they were sweaty and their clothes sticked to their skin.

"I...can't... please sta-aahnp! Soi Fon I can't please!" Wisp pleaded trying to endure.

"Ho hush you big baby, it's only stretching." Soi Fon rolled her eyes.

After around five more minutes or torture- I mean stretching he got up, his bones making popping and cracking noise. All of this because she saw him stretching incorrectly, her being a super trained ninja didn't help either. Even with Wisp's own training (the one from his past life), wasn't so complex and hard.

Next was Soi Fon's turn, safe to say she handled her stretching like a pro which she actually was. It was like she was made of rubber, it was strangely beautiful seeing her do it. Since the last time they have gotten considerably closer, they now did more activities together like sightseeing, cooking or even playing with the local wolves. They began that one a few days ago.

Flashback.

Soi Fon was inside the house looking for Wisp, she was looking for him forever now and still couldn't find him. He could be as clumsy as a toddler but sometimes he was like mix between a soldier and a ninja and when that happened she just couldn't find him.

Just when she was about to give up as usual she heard some noise outside, she went to check it out and to her surprise, she found Wisp playing with the old pack of wolves from some time ago. She listened closely to hear what Wisp was saying.

"-Oyyyy, who's a good boyyy, you are! Yes, you are!" He was crazy about the wolves.

The next hour or so she watched him play with them, he rolled around, acted like them too by going on all four and something showed his teeth and played like a wolf. That was funny and cute as hell, it was kind of like the last time but this time they was more wolves and seeing Wisp getting submerge by the now very fluffy wolves was just adorable.

She smiled lovingly towards Wisp and waited for him to finish, after awhile he got up and saw her. He just froze.

"uuuuh this isn't what it looks like."

"Suuure~" she said with that look in her eyes, she went back inside.

Back to the present.

Soi Fon smiled at the memories and looked up to Wisp who was helping her stretch. While she was stretching back, she looked up to Wisp and put her arms around his neck pulling him into a kiss.

They kissed passionately, not roughly or hungrily, just a passionate and loving kiss. They stopped and looked at each other warmly, suddenly Wisp swept her off her feet and carried her bridal style.

Soi Fon was a little surprised but laughed out loud, she nuzzled into his neck while he held her close to him. After some fun, they went back into the house to clean up as even if they are souls they still need to clean up, especially since they were in physical form. (Gigai for Soi Fona)

While inside, Soi Fon went in first and Wisp sat down on a nearby chair. He talked with Ken for a moment and heard Soi Fon get out of the bathroom. He got up but suddenly pain, an enormous amount of pain shot up through his foot, leg and spread through out his body.

He looked down to his foot to see that he hit his toe on the table foot. Invisible tears feel out as he grabbed his foot and rolled on the ground. Soi Fon not understanding, immediately went to his side and checked up on him, he simply told her what happened and she burst out laughing, Wisp was mesmerized by her laugh, it was just so beautiful, but his toe hurt too much. After a few seconds he went inside the bathroom.

Inside the bathroom

Hitting his toe was one hell of an experience in this body, first he hasn't felt this amount of pain in quite some time, second he was surprised he could still feel this amount of pain from that, guess things never change.

While he was taking his clothes off, an uncomfortable burning feeling tore through his stomac. He stumbled and steadied himself on a nearby wall, breathing in and out to make the pain go away, the pain didn't stop and spread through his body, slowly.

Wisp flinched back and reflexively closed his eyes, when he opened them again the blood disappeared, his flesh was normal. He splashed water on his face but the illusion was back and he now had blood on his hands, he closed and opened his eyes and the illusion was gone.

The burning feeling had now spread throughout his body and he was gasping and holding his neck as the feeling was stronger there. He looked again in the mirror and everything except the mirror faded away into nothingness.

The world was black and the mirror was the only thing left. Suddenly a powerful distorded voice sounded all around him at the same time, he looked into the mirror and saw that the reflection was that of a purple storm. In this cloud there was a silhouette looking at him.

"WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?!" Wisp yelled back, not understanding the words spoken, although the language was the same he could not understand it, as if it was a different language.

The figure then began laughing monstrously. This being was powerful, in fact it was so powerful that just his laugh caused Wisp's body to shake.

Wisp still didn't understand any of it, black goo seeped out of his eyes and nostrils, he coughed violently and vomited the black fluid into the void, his body rejected the already present corruption in his body while also building a resistance against it but it was not enough.

And then Wisp lost consciousness.

Meanwhile, Soi Fon heard the pained groans and the sound of a loud crash, glass exploding and then silence. It happened so fast she didn't have time to react, though when she did react, she bolted towards the bathroom.

She tried to open the door but it was looked, she tried calling out to Wisp but she got no response. Not having any choice left she shoulder bashed the door with surprising strenght and the door broke open. Inside she saw Wisp leaning on the sink unconscious, the ink black goo had already ran out and pooled into the sink, Wisp breathing was ragged and he trembled slightly.

Soi Fon grabbed Wisp and laid him on the ground, he was obviously still alive so he probably was okay, still it didn't mean she wasn't worried for her lover, she looked into the sink more precisely the black stuff in it and frowned. She decided to clean him up and then bring him to bed, it wasn't the first time she did this and probably won't be the last, still didn't mean she wouldn't blush a neon red while a doing so.

Soi Fon, after taking care of Wisp, had fallen asleep next to Wisp, they shared the same bed for multiple years as the house wasn't that big and there was only one bed.

They were now both sleeping peacefully in bed. Wisp, in his sleep, turned around and hugged Soi Fon and buried his face into her neck.

Inner world : Wisp pov.

Wisp opened his eyes to the familiar sight of his inner world, this hellish world of his was just the same as always albeit the ground was harder, trees were as well and the air was harder to breathe.

In the corner of his eyes he caught Ken's figure, he was as huge and intimidating as always but there was something new. Something that shook Wisp's being entirely, red lighting fell from the sky and flames broke through the ground in the horizon.

Ken had his usual red energy coursing through him but he now had purple energy too, Corruption had seeped into their beings. Wisp looked at Ken with sadness and grief, if only he hadn't been so reckless maybe this wouldn't have happened. Maybe he wasn't worthy after all, and after seeing what he was facing of against he could only think that he simply had no chance.

"Wisp, what are you doing, is this the attitude you should have right now?" Ken's voice boomed towards me.

I looked up to him and responded "I'm so sorry Ken, if only-" but I we cut off.

"AREN'T YOU THE BEARED OF ALL ENERGY?! Aren't you the one who will conquer all energy and make them his to control?!" Ken walking towards me, his footsteps shaking the very earth we stood on.

"Are you not the one who has lived twice, the one who has conquered death multiple times even without the help of gods? Is my brother such a coward?! As you are now you can't even protect the one you love!" He stopped in front of me, towering above me. He looked as imposing and powerful as that monster in the mirror.

I looked into his eyes and though about what he said, he's right, as I am right now I can't protect anybody, not even Soi Fon... I... I need more power, that's it, if I want to face that monster I need to conquer all the mountains that stand before me. I need to conquer every obstacle, smash and rip them apart, always move forward.

And now... now my brother stands before me. My brother and rival in his strongest moment has got me cornered and I shall break through out of it.

"So what will it be Brother? Will you fall or will you rise?" Said Ken.

We were looking in each other's eyes, no words were needed, nothing could convey something better than our fists. Burning emotions flashed into our eyes, fury, brotherly love, rivalry, excitement.

Their fists collided with the others face and they went flying backwards several meters, a disturbing sound rang out in this infinite world.

I landed on my stomach, coughing blood and violently bleeding from my nose, while Ken... He wasn't even fazed by the hit.

I got up from the ground and blew the blood out of my nostrils, we once again approached one another. Ken was as serious as he could ever be because this fight... this fight was the ultimate test, to see if he was worthy of being the Alpha.

They were also fighting to conquer the Corruption and make it theirs, transform it into a part of him. Control it and overcome it.

"You really have become strong brother, but you have yet to awaken YOUR true power." He stopped talking and raised his other fist and punched the ground making a spider web like crack spread out for several meters, he continued unhindered and punched Wisp through the ground.

Wisp flew back while letting Ken go, he landed dazed on the ground. Two hits and he was already shaken, and today there was no regeneration. The Corruption stopped it all.

"Until you awaken your power... you won't win this." Ken finished while getting up.

Wisp got up shaking, all the minor damage he received didn't bother him, he could survive and since the last time he fought someone he has had many breakthroughs, he has been reinforcing his Hierro, and body. Ken charged at him and punched his ċhėst making him fly back into a huge boulder, naturally this boulder was extremely hard, many times harder than the tree of metal this world was filled with.

He made impact with the rock and cracks spread through it, Wisp grunted when he made impact but before he could look up another punch hit his face pushing him inside the rock. Then another, then a massive round house kick to the guts, obliterating the boulder with Wisp's body, he truly attacked with the intent to kill.

During the short amount of time that had passed since the beginning of the fight, multiple trees were gouged out, flattened and broken, the ground was shattered and flattened, thunder fell in the horizon, while the sky slowly cleared itself out of any clouds letting more and more red light coming through.

Wisp landed with a groan on the ground and Ken looked down on him, Wisp growled and showed his wolf like teeth. Ken threw another punch and Wisp redirected it while throwing another punch, this time Ken's head snapped back and blood came out of his nose but that didn't stop him, he continued to punch while Wisp did his best to redirect, block and take the punches he could endure while also hitting Ken.

Blood flew from the faces and fists, bruises formed on Wisp and Ken, even if he had a bloody nose, wasn't hurt much. They snarled at each other like two alpha wolves fighting for dominance.

This didn't last long as Wisp was hit in the gut with an uppercut sending him into air. He fell down on the ash covered ground, he looked back up instantly his face morphed into an animalistic snarl, his pupils disappeared covered by a protective layer, his bones shifted and his hair grew wilder.

He got up while growling, his hair was spikier and blacker, it grew out and reached the back of his neck, hair also grew out on the side of his face. His teeth got sharper, his ears grew a little, his primal instincts awoke and his body grew denser, now packed with raw strenght.

The real fight starts now.
