Chapter 617 I Don't Want To Be With You Anymore

Name:Billionaire's Gift Author:Rabbit
However, when she leaned closer to Simon, she smelled a fragrance that immediately sent her into a fit of unbridled rage. It seemed like Bonnie had been here not too long ago!

With her arms across her chest, she said in a condescending tone, "This is the divorce agreement. Sign it."

Upon seeing Simon's wronged expression, Nacy couldn't help but feel amused. Simon, on the other hand, couldn't believe what he heard. 'Divorce agreement?' he thought, shocked and confused. 'What did I ever do wrong to make you want to divorce me?!'

With a smile on her red lips, Nacy said calmly, "Simon, I do not want to be with you anymore. The mere sight of you makes my blood boil. So, just do me a favor and sign this right now. I don't want to have to pester you for it."

"Why?" Simon asked defiantly. "Why do you want to divorce me? Give me one good reason, Nacy." At that moment, Simon was earnestly fighting his impulse to just take everything inside the brown envelope and shred it to pieces.

"Oh, please, Simon. Stop playing dumb and stop taking me for a goddamn fool!" Nacy replied angrily. "I know that bitch came here only recently. If you have the audacity to act so shameless by being with her, why do you pretend to be innocent when you're around me?" Nacy's eyes were full of anger, contempt, and disdain for the man she used to love.

"Look, Nacy," Simon started, taking a deep breath to calm himself. "I have never, for the life of me, pretended to be innocent. Yes, Bonnie was here before you came, but she was only here to talk about the contract she has with me."

"Oh, please, Simon!" Nacy said as she laughed loudly. "Are you kidding me? I can't believe that you're still trying to find excuses for your disgusting actions. Okay, so you two were talking about a contract? Then be honest with me: is that contract a sex contract?" At this point, Nacy was already shaking with anger. "Reporters were able to secretly film you when you booked a hotel room with Bonnie. Why are you still pretending like you don't know shit? Come on, Simon! Man up! This is not only embarrassing for you, but also for me! Can you at least recognize that you fucked up? Or at least that you made a sloppy mistake! And if you're worrying that I'd ask for monetary compensation because you cheated on me, rest assured that I would not! As soon as you sign this divorce agreement, I promise you that I will be out of your life forever!" The way she was furiously laying everything out didn't leave Simon any kind of leeway to explain or present any alternative scenarios. When he found his chance, he quickly chipped in:

"What do you mean I booked a hotel room with Bonnie?" His tone was uneasy. He then began to wonder if Nacy knew that he got drunk that night and went to the hotel with Bonnie without him agreeing to it.

Nacy, however, decided to

and psychotic people resort to such tactics!'

"Ha-ha!" Nacy laughed loudly. "You don't need to remind me, Simon. I have thought of everything, even before I started this whole process, and I have already made an appointment with the abortion clinic for tomorrow." Nacy clenched her fists hard as she said this. She truly wanted to keep the baby, but doing so didn't make sense anymore if she and Simon were going to separate anyways.

The child would only be a burden to both of them. The way they were breaking up wasn't exactly peaceful, and having a young child in the middle of it would only cause great pain to all the parties involved.

Simon couldn't believe his ears. Without sparing any thought, he quickly snatched the folder containing all the divorce documents and tore it apart. His eyes were gloomy, but the way he was breathing heavily made it obvious that he was livid as well. "Divorce?" he bellowed. "I won't let you! I won't let you hurt my baby. You will not have an abortion, and from now on, I won't let you leave my sight until you give birth!"

The way Simon talked shocked Nacy. It was her first time seeing him act in such a way. She remembered how she fell in love with him because he was notably gentle and humble, but hearing how he was talking to her at that moment, it seemed to her that the man she once loved was gone.

The atmosphere in the office became incredibly tense and heavy. Suddenly, the sharp pain in Nacy's lower abdomen came back, but this time, it seemed like she would not get any relief from it any time soon. 'What a torment!' she thought, clutching her abdomen tightly. With the documents already ripped apart by Simon, she knew that staying and convincing him to agree to her plans would be fruitless. Since he proved to be difficult to talk to, Nacy would rather take her case directly to court. 'I will win, no matter what!' she thought.
